Creating Miracles through Prayer

Simply by using the word.  As we pray we connect with Consciousness.  As we connect with this light we bring more of this Essence into form.  As this happens we are literally building our lightbody which is the vehicle for healing to happen.

We become a channel of the light.

We bring Essence into us, into our form.

As we merge with the word this vibration changes is everything within us and around us.  We quantumly shift to a new reality.

Read this forgiveness prayer every day.  

Next…

Tune into and sense the feelings of your body.  How is your body speaking to you.  Where do you feel it?  What is it saying?  Not the story.  The sensations.  Describe the sensations.

See the image or the memory

Describe the sensations – are they hard, stiff, jagged, tight?  Basically, anything that describes this.  It is not a story.  Stay out of the story.

Rate them on a scale of 1-10

Breathe – Take 3 slow deep breaths.  This should take you 3 minutes.

Sense and feel.

Re-calibrate.  We are looking for changes.  Is there anything left?  If the answer is yes, we do it again.  If the occurrence is in the same location we must go deeper.  There is something that is missing.  Another perspective?

Breathe again.

Slow it down.

Describe the sensation. Rate the sensation. 

Breathe into it. 

What is the image, memory, or story.  Come up with the ‘one’ liner.  Breathe into it… do the breath work.

Repeat the process until it exists no longer.

If something keeps repeating itself and does not get resolved.  You’ll know there is one of three things happening.

1 – Trusting and believing that is it has been delivered by God, Source, Divine Light. We must know that something bigger than us is taking care of it.  We MUST give it all up and say ‘Thank You’ –gratitude and trust are everything. Please & Thank You.

              This can be one of the biggest hurdles for people. 

2 – Something needs to happen first.  Could there be a different direction.  Give it some time.  There is something we may not be seeing, or it will lead to the next uncovering of what is next.  We must trust the process.

3 – Ancestral Patterns- We may be shifting a huge ancestral pattern that is dependent upon our consistency, strength and determination.  Keep your focus and go through to the other side.  Keep up.  You will come across to the other side with the shift.  Guaranteed. 

If God can’t handle it, nothing can.

Which means it IS happening.

There could be something that your lineage has been ‘dealing’ with for a longtime.  It is within us to shift it for us and the entire lineage.  This is how connected we are.  Keep going.  It will happen.

Patterns can be any number of things.

There are many and we need to discover the ones that we are supposed to face and then we do nothing.

We ask for Creator to handle it all.

And then we act on this through presence.

We set our intentions.

We watch and we listen.

We act through being in the moment and listening.

We remain strong and steadfast.  We remain consistent.

This is one of the hardest areas to shift.  This is one of the hardest things for humans to do because it requires complete in the moment awareness and gnostic knowing that we keep going deeper.  Until there is nothing left.

Use the techniques. Come up with your own prayer.  And work the magic.

It only takes moments when we work together.

Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing and meditation that is proven to decrease stress and increase the life force of the body. Experience reiki + new meditations weekly. Learning to breathe is an art form.  Allowing the breath to center and rebalance the body & mind is a practice.  Meditation helps to focus our energy and enhance our lives. Practicing breath and meditation can help with a variety of intentions including relaxation, stress reduction, focusing, intention setting, directing energy and more.
