4 Steps to Permanently Releasing an Experience

In this work, we transcend a limitation through the limitation itself.

We don’t go around it, over it, or under it.  Rather, we sense & feel into it.

There are 4 steps to permanently releasing an experience.

  1. Tune in & breathe.
  2. Locate the experinece int the body & describe what is happening.
  3. Ask for assistance and offer it up to Source, God, Creator.
  4. Say ‘Thank You’ and know that is is Done.  

We can learn to control the mind and increase our positive self talk but until we focus on the root issue and pull out the original cause we can find ourselves reliving the same experience.

If we truly want to permanently transcend a limitation we must be in the limitation itself and take care of it in the moment that it is occuring.

Use these tips:

Breathe into the experience.

Through the breath we presence ourselves IN what is happening.  Slowly inhale and exhale.  This should take 2-3 minutes to completely inhale and exhale appropriately.

Locate the experience in the body.  Where do I feel what is happening? Describe the sensation.  Does it feel prickly, tight, jagged, constricting.  Does it have a shape?  Is it telling me something?

Our body holds programming.  As we sense into an experience we can tune into a recording that has been playing in our day to day experience shaping our reality.

Some key phrases coulds be,

“I can’t do this anymore.”

“No one is there for me.”

“I’m not good enough.”

“I messed up.”

Ask for assistance.  Ask for consciousness to take care of this for you.  Offer it up and allow it to be taken care of.

One of my favorites is, “Creator, I don’t want to carry this anymore, please forgive and release this from me now. Please take this.  I love you, thank you for loving me.”

Then slow the breath down, breathe.  This should take 2-3 minutes.

Re-evaluate the experience.

If there is nothing left.  You are ready to move on to step 4.  If there is something still there, we repeat steps 1-3 until it no longer shows up.

We end with a ‘Thank you’ and Know it is Done.

9-10:15am at Gorton Center in Lake Forest – For the next three weeks, Puranpreet Kaur is teaching.  We are fortunate to have her come to the Gorton Community.  She brings her expertise and wealth of knowledge to the practice.  Please join us.   Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation. Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

Wednesday Evening Reiki + Meditation

Trillium Yoga 8:30 to 9:30pm – Meditation helps with relaxation and stress reduction helping to elevate and enhance your life. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing and meditation that is proven to decrease stress and increase the life force of the body. Experience reiki + new meditations weekly. Learn how to breathe, chant mantra, and receive healing energy. Crystal bowl clearings during this practice as well. Learning to breathe is an art form.  Allowing the breath to center and rebalance the body & mind is a practice.  Meditation helps to focus our energy and enhance our lives. Practicing breath and meditation can help with a variety of intentions including relaxation, stress reduction, focusing, intention setting, directing energy and more.
