LESSON 4 – The HEART

The heart is the center of all creation. This is where everything
resides.
It encompasses every ‘good’ thought and every ‘bad’ thought.
It contains the everything and the nothing.
It is the point of infinite stillness.
It is all creation, and it is the miraculous.
It resides at the center of you which is why you are a miracle.

Everything we have stored that has been projected upon us is
waiting here to be uncovered, released, and powerfully resolved
back into the nothingness from which it came. Every challenge,
every idea, every philosophy, and every difficulty all remain stored
within this center. When we realize we are the creators and co-creators of our own reality, we embrace our fullest potential.

Our
hearts vibrate at 528hz capable of dissolving anything less than its
frequency and raising vibration to meet it exactly where it is, love.
All we must do is tune into and tap into love and allow the heart
center to sing its vibration.

When we become this, we enter a new state of awareness
embodying everything as connected. As we realize we are
connected to everything we also realize our brother’s and sister’s
pain is our own. The heart does not take on the illusions of pain and
suffering. It cannot carry such a load. What it does is transform energy into its vibration if we allow it to do so.

As we tune into the
darkness and the light, as we see ourselves as part of everything, we
can be within the illusion and become the vehicle for
transformation. This is power. This is the most powerful force in the
universe residing within you. Stand in the center of love and all
those trapped in the illusion of anything less than love will either
raise their vibration to meet yours or they will move the other
direction until one day they are ready. This is the meaning of
surrender and the true understanding of why we must accept
everyone as doing and being the best versions of themselves at every
point in their lives.

We are always exactly where we need to be, in
all ways.

 

Therefore, I believe Ethan’s birth and almost every difficult
experience in my life was exactly what I needed to have happen. It
transformed me into better versions of myself all leading me back to
the truth of my existence, of our existence, of all of us, the vibration
of love. With every difficult experience I was challenged to ask
myself if I wanted to look at this situation from the eyes of a victim
needing to protect and shield myself from the outside world or am I
being asked to go deeper to resolve and release something that needs
to be transformed. I chose to believe in the latter so that I and my
entire lineage could become the love that was waiting for us to
rediscover.


Personally, I had a lot of resolving and releasing to do
throughout my life and I was put here to shine the light on all of it.
I am the fortunate one with the honor of becoming this. This is my
truth, and this is my lineages truth. This is my purpose, and this is
my grace. The weight of generations lived within me waiting to be
released and transformed back into the light from which it came.

We can all do this for ourselves first and for our ancestors if we allow
ourselves to deeply go where no one has ever gone before; back to
the return of love.

We are the vessels for change.
We are the sacred chalice.
We are the love we have been waiting for.
We sense and feel this with every cell in our being because we
are vibrating at the heart level.

We are everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We know it is all taken care of in new and more beautiful ways
every time we connect through our hearts and allow the lower
vibrations to pass through as they are transformed through our
bodies.

We are the vehicles of light.
We are all space, time, and dimension and our home never left;
it was always right here within us.
It was the vibration of love that contained everything and
nothing. Our true center and the point of inner stillness. It was
always waiting for us. It was always right here in this now moment
as our true power waiting for us to reconnect.

Remember…
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast,
it is not paid. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily
angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes,
always perseveres. Love never fails.”
(1 Corinthians 13, 4–8, the Bible)

This quote will live on forever within the Christian writings. It
certainly is a form of truth for all of us. This is also who we already
are and what we already contain.
Love can do anything, and nothing is impossible to love. We are
love and so nothing is impossible to us.

We no longer stand in our own way because we know the truth
of who we are. Through vibration we can do anything, and
everything is possible because we are the point of creation.
We are this now moment, we are the vessels, we are the infinite,
we are the everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We are the ocean, we are the skies, and we are the earth. We are
connected to it all.


Anytime there is something that happens, something you feel or
sense, something you hear or see that brings up anything less than
love like anger, hatred, rage, or fear we know it will no longer stay.
As we become the vessels of light it now becomes our purpose to
help it transform.

We don’t avoid the darkness. We pass through it. As we stand
strong in the darkness it transforms through us.
We breathe into it, and in presence, we allow the great mother
to transform it all. We are the wombs of transformation and within
us is the love that nourishes and enlightens all energy into
something more beautiful. All illusions release, all insecurities will
dissipate, and all impossibilities will cease to exist.

We can choose our creations through our awareness.
Meditation and heart-full practices centering us in the body are
critical to this transformation. They create the space and the
strength needed to tune in, drop in, and deeply sense feel and always
know, even amid chaos. It might be chaos out there or chaos within
— either way, it is all the same.

We must drop in — be with ourselves, sense, feel and know the
chaos so that we can know true love. There is no other way around.
There is only one way: through the fires of limitation. This is where
our spirits ascend as the rising above. This only happens through a
complete experience of the oneness that already exists within you in
the heart.


This is the key you have been waiting for; it is your life’s work
waiting for you to turn the key. Now open the door and walk
through. You must begin where you are. And with everything that
comes up, you connect with love and send it back to the nothingness
that it came from which is everything.

This is your work, this is your way, therefore you came here…
To experience and be love… That’s all there is. That’s all we do.
We return to love.

Becoming Intuitive in 28 Days.  Live connected in the flow of your self-empowered life! Introduction

Intuition involves listening with the entire body.  There is a collective energy system made up of everything within and surrounding us.  It is tuned into everything.  Through intuition we understand that energy does matter.  Energy is everything within us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  It is also everything surrounding us.  The environment we live, our work, our social outlets, and all our relationships.  It is the energy of our cars, our bikes, our homes, and every physical and non-physical thing we can think of.  Energy is everything.  We are a part of all of it and it is a part of all of us.

Collective energy is everything made up on a massive scale.  Social institutions, religious institutions, educational systems, political systems, towns, cities, etc.  These are much larger in scale and just as influential energetically.  We are a part of everything, and everything is a part of us.  From the person we sit next to on the airplane to the words in a book we just finished reading.  It is all perfectly aligned with our energy, our vibration, around us and within us.

Everything that comes to us has been brought through our thoughts, beliefs, and ideas.  As we believe, as we shall see.  Our conscious and unconscious beliefs shape our reality.  This really does matter.

We are made up of our lineage, our ancestors and everyone that came before us.  This is all a part of our energy, our vibration.  This means as we become aware of all our connections, we become aware of our ability to shift our reality.  We have the power to shape our reality by keenly tuning into thoughts, beliefs, and ideas about life.  These are connected to our families thoughts, beliefs and ideas, and our societies thoughts, beliefs and ideas.  It is truly amazing.

Therefore, being deeply honest and full of integrity is absolutely important to us, our heritage, and our future generations.  Any hidden secrets or lost information within our histories has a valuable impact on our awareness and what happens in our lives.  Uncovering the truth of this can be extremely valuable to our welfare.

It is easy to acknowledge and appreciate the good things that happen.  We are grateful and we celebrate these experiences.  For example, the extra money that comes to us, the job promotion, the A on an exam, or something that we simply just did well.  It is difficult to recognize our downfalls.  The startup company that failed, the new employee that isn’t working out, the unsuccessful relationships, broken marriages, and multitude of other possible experiences. These are more than just negative events. They are a part of our energetic vibration living within our field of awareness.   As we vibrate on a certain level we draw these experiences to us.  We attract what we contain.

What we attract calls our attention to the gifts being presented and helps us learn more about ourselves on many different levels.  With insight we can clean up the past through our present and positively influence our future.  First, we must be where we are, tune into the current vibration, and become aware this is happening.

As we shift our energy through awareness, we shift to a new perception where blocks no longer exist.

Many of us were taught to think hard and make wise choices.  Always to reason life and mindfully live through carefully calculated thoughts.

Intuitive living is thoughtful and heartfully inspired together.   It accelerates critical thinking and elevates our energy.  Opportunity is our friend. Failure is perceived as opportunity for growth, and we learn to improve our lives.  As we learn from our experiences, we inspire others to do the same.

Intuition is sensation. It is heart intelligence speaking to us through the sensations of the body.  We ‘feel’ the right path to follow, we ‘feel’ connected to the right relationships, we ‘feel’ good in a certain environment.  We ‘know’ through embodied sensations what is good for us.  We also ‘feel’ when it feels confusing and bad.  We ‘feel’ afraid in certain environments, we ‘feel’ constricted in certain social situations, we even ‘feel’ bad around certain people.  We are very smart with embodied clairvoyance.

One of the issues blocking intuition is that many of us have not grown up honoring our gifts.  We have been inhibited by our societies, institutions, or families.  We are taught that what we ‘feel’ is not right. We are taught to reason everything through the mind.  Unfortunately, this removes us from our intuition and makes us numb to our internal voices from within.

To return to the intuition that resides in all of us we must learn to exercise this part of ourselves and live fully from the heart.  It is easier to live from the heart than the mind and creates an inspired, connected, and fruitful life.  At first, this may seem unfamiliar and uneasy.  This is common when we are used to mindful living.  The more we sense through the body and tune into our heart intelligence, we learn to listen to our internal voices already awakened to inspired living.

The intuitive feels everything around and within discerning truth.  We believe there is another way to living that is lighter and full or inspiration.  We hold the vision as we walk the path guiding us along out journey.  We know what is possible and feel this is truth letting go of how it is going to happen.

Intuition is not always easy.  It is an unusual way to live. It combines faith in something greater guiding us on our way and embodied listening.  It is not always accepted nor is it in tune with the rest of the world.  It can be very humbling and extremely rewarding.   Intuition lives in unison with the heart, the environment, and spirit.  It is harmonious and connected to flow.  Conscious Intuitive Living is coming from the wholeness of your being allowing Spirit to guide into the unknown.

Our physical bodies function without thought.  Our hearts beat, blood is pumped, our lungs deliver oxygen, our skin tunes into sensations.  Intuition functions the same.  It leaves out thought or predictable patterns and tunes into embodied understanding.  We are connected to an ever-expansive universe responding to our vibration.  When we realize our power through awareness our highest vibration begins to greatly matter.  We know we are always being answered by our vibration. It is law.

In the next 4 weeks you will learn how to build your intuitive muscle and shift your vibration to expanded awareness fully connected with heart intelligence.  The goal is to become intuitively confident and consciously live from an elevated state of vibrational awareness.

This will positively shift and affect relationships with the people places and things around you.  Joy will enter and inspired living will consume life. It will be more important to follow the calling of the heart than the rational of the mind.  Living at the highest possible vibration will take precedence.  A power so strong will be revealed that anything less will not be tolerated. Lasting energetic vigor will prevail.

This practice will help you live from the inspired joy you have been waiting for. Your glass will consciously always be full and never half empty.  This is the heartful way of living inspired by the conscious intuitive. Let’s get started….

Here is a general outline of what to expect:

Week 1 – Embodied Listening –

We will understand what it means to be a fully engaged tuned into all 6th senses.  We enhance our ability to listen with our bodies, our spirit, and the callings of our soul.

Week 2 – Cleansing our Energy –

We cleanse the body of limiting thoughts and beliefs.  We work the energy centers of the body, the chakras, and release everything unaligned with our truth.  We become powerful. Our vibration elevates and we learn to co-create with the universe.

Week 3 – Cleansing our Environment –

We cleanse our environment.  Our homes, work, or establishments we frequent.  Everything holds energy. We release stagnant energy and surround ourselves only with our highest potential.  We learn how to self-care in all environments.

Week 4 – Consciously Merging Life as Intuitive

We focus living authentically as an intuitive.  We live from the heart and merge into a fully inspired life.  We shift our relationships and environments.  We continually expand our consciousness and live expressively making lasting changes in our world to this new way of high vibrational living.

Finally, there are a few things you will need to do to prepare for the weeks ahead.

You will need to bring ritual into your life. It is extremely important to embrace time for yourself in the morning.

  1. Keep a journal by your bed. As soon as you begin to wake in the morning you will ask yourself what you need to do this day.  You will lay there and wait for answers.  This may come in visions, words, or sensations. Whatever you feel led, guided, and directed to do you will embrace.  Allow yourself to open to the awareness’s that come through the promptings of your soul.  Take as long as necessary to feel what comes. Do not get up until you feel this connection.  Then allow yourself to journal what comes though.  Write all of it down.    Even if it does not make sense. This is one of the most sacred times of the day that will develop your intuition.
  2. Then listen to the daily lesson. Listen and visualize how you will structure your day according to the daily lesson.  This is a fundamental component of this course.  Listening and visualizing your day will instantaneously set you up for success.  It will connect you to the energy of this course meant reconnect you to your power.
  3. Set up a folder in your email ‘inbox’ designated for the daily lessons. You will neatly organize the audio and written lesson to easily refer as needed.
  4. Lastly, set aside 20 minutes at the end of your day to reconnect with you. Undisturbed and preferably immediately before bed.  Record what you learned that day.  Keep track of the revelations that came in.  Record all of it. Then ask for spirit to guide you in your dreams and continue to teach you what you need to know as you become aligned with your intuition.  Ask for spirit to clean your energy body and realign you with your high vibrational self.  Ask and expect miracles through the night and into the next day.

Remember, some of these lessons are shorter and some are longer, but none are more than 20 minutes in length.  The REAL PRACTICE comes throughout the day as you shift over into this new way of inspired living.

Become confident in yourself to access spirit and live life intuitively.  This is your power and setting yourself up with the 4 points above by:

  • Asking spirit to direct your day – listening to what comes in and writing it down.
  • Listening to the daily lessons and visualizing your day.
  • Organizing and setting up an email folder.
  • Reconnecting with your spirit and your intuitive self at the end of the day. Asking to be cleansed, cleared, and reunited with your high vibration through the night.

Creating Miracles Through Prayer – The Power of The Word

Creating Miracles through Prayer

Simply by using the word.  As we pray we connect with Consciousness.  As we connect with this light we bring more of this Essence into form.  As this happens we are literally building our lightbody which is the vehicle for healing to happen.

We become a channel of the light.

We bring Essence into us, into our form.

As we merge with the word this vibration changes is everything within us and around us.  We quantumly shift to a new reality.

Read this forgiveness prayer every day.  

Next…

Tune into and sense the feelings of your body.  How is your body speaking to you.  Where do you feel it?  What is it saying?  Not the story.  The sensations.  Describe the sensations.

See the image or the memory

Describe the sensations – are they hard, stiff, jagged, tight?  Basically, anything that describes this.  It is not a story.  Stay out of the story.

Rate them on a scale of 1-10

Breathe – Take 3 slow deep breaths.  This should take you 3 minutes.

Sense and feel.

Re-calibrate.  We are looking for changes.  Is there anything left?  If the answer is yes, we do it again.  If the occurrence is in the same location we must go deeper.  There is something that is missing.  Another perspective?

Breathe again.

Slow it down.

Describe the sensation. Rate the sensation. 

Breathe into it. 

What is the image, memory, or story.  Come up with the ‘one’ liner.  Breathe into it… do the breath work.

Repeat the process until it exists no longer.

If something keeps repeating itself and does not get resolved.  You’ll know there is one of three things happening.

1 – Trusting and believing that is it has been delivered by God, Source, Divine Light. We must know that something bigger than us is taking care of it.  We MUST give it all up and say ‘Thank You’ –gratitude and trust are everything. Please & Thank You.

              This can be one of the biggest hurdles for people. 

2 – Something needs to happen first.  Could there be a different direction.  Give it some time.  There is something we may not be seeing, or it will lead to the next uncovering of what is next.  We must trust the process.

3 – Ancestral Patterns- We may be shifting a huge ancestral pattern that is dependent upon our consistency, strength and determination.  Keep your focus and go through to the other side.  Keep up.  You will come across to the other side with the shift.  Guaranteed. 

If God can’t handle it, nothing can.

Which means it IS happening.

There could be something that your lineage has been ‘dealing’ with for a longtime.  It is within us to shift it for us and the entire lineage.  This is how connected we are.  Keep going.  It will happen.

Patterns can be any number of things.

There are many and we need to discover the ones that we are supposed to face and then we do nothing.

We ask for Creator to handle it all.

And then we act on this through presence.

We set our intentions.

We watch and we listen.

We act through being in the moment and listening.

We remain strong and steadfast.  We remain consistent.

This is one of the hardest areas to shift.  This is one of the hardest things for humans to do because it requires complete in the moment awareness and gnostic knowing that we keep going deeper.  Until there is nothing left.

Use the techniques. Come up with your own prayer.  And work the magic.

Healing Prayers for Women & for All Men Influenced by Women

We are in a time of fast change.

Not because of AI technology.

Rather, GOD consciousness.

Light.

Able to penetrate through any block with butterfly wings.

Healing in all situations.

The strength of the diamond.

The light that refracts from this diamond.

Only light comes to me and only light goes from me.

Boundless, unwavering, solid, and strong.

All that is.

Everything.

A reflection of you.

This past week, several nights I could not sleep. I had an intuitive feeling rise within me. I felt a w/hole within my heart. I couldn’t explain what was happening. It felt so deep and so dark in need of so much help. It felt like a loss of one hundred thousand years old and a hundred thousand generations wide. I could not sleep. The absence became greater… the disconnect felt huge. I felt a longing, heartache, stress, and pain. I felt fear, loss, abandonment and isolation. I asked myself, “Is this my stuff or is this anothers?” I heard an answer…

“BOTH.”

I heard further, “It is yours and it is another’s. It is all of ours.”

I saw a web. A web of healing that needed to happen and then the healing came in golds in whites and violets… here’s what happened next…

As I lay in bed, I felt all the years within myself within the sheets. I felt the sensations of loss and abandonment especially at such a young profoundly innocent age.

I was 18 again. I had my own healing that I was tapping into at the same time that I was feeling this within all those who have ever felt this same way. I felt it within every woman out there that knows that her healing is deeply profound and affects us all for generations to come.

It is wide beyond all imagination. It is strong.

It is all space, time and dimension.

It is ancenstral.

It is within each of us especially the womb of all healing.

The chalice ourselves within the women.

It is the strain and stress of generations that lost the ability to connet through love and true power that only comes form the heart.  The depth of the understanding that we are all connected and that as one of us heals we sense and feel the healing of another at the same time.

It is our ancestors. It is every woman out there that deserves to feel nurtured, loved, supported, and taken care of. That deserves to be connected to the mother with in us all, in all space and time and dimension.

It is the pictures of families torn apart, families just wanting to connect, and the absence of this deeply profound connection. It is the wisdom and knowledge of a time from long ago when we truly all were ONE and we understood the deeper meaning in every plant, every animal, and in every being of existence. It is the reconnection that is happening again and again and again. We are awakening, and in our awakening is the healing that must be done.

To all women needing this healing, this is for you.

And to all men who have been influenced by the women, this is for you as well.

In all space, time, and dimension.

For all the times we felt we were not enough, tried to earn or learn our value in family, relationships, and life in general.

For all those we abandoned because of this and for the abandonment that was done to us as well.

For all empathetic hurts and wrongs and all that we made it mean about ourselves, life, love, and family.

For all the let down within our lives and lineages. For all the times we didn’t feel safe. For all the times we couldn’t be children and lost years of innocense within our lives.

Creator, we ask humbly and gratefully to please lift out all weight, pain, burden, sin, debt, death, negativity, spells, hexes, black magic, white magic, curses, guilt, fear, shame, negativity, unworthiness, and limitation of ANY kind.

Please transform this into your love and light and let this love and light flow effortlessly back into us filling and giving us complete peace now and forever more.

Especially the children and us as children.

Please and thank you.

Creator, for all the women in all space time dimensions that ever suddenly perished, who lost their lives unexpectedly, who gave up, who were depressed, abandoned, cheated, saddened by life and all the illness and disease that came from it. For all the disconnection that resulted emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially because of it and for all that we made it mean within our lives, lifetimes, and lineages.

For all the hardships and sacrifices we endured and for all the effects it had on each other.

Please help us all, forgive us all, release us all, and forever resolve this within us. Please and thank you.

For all the times as women we were too worn out, depressed, and alone, that we turned our backs on each other and especially you as creator in all forms and names. Please forgive us, please help us to forgive each other, all of us.

As we say these prayers, as we merge to oneness with this consiousness…

We actually drink from the nectar of Light Consciousness.

We actually open the gateway from the heart to the heavens through the river of the throat directly in line with our third eye and in alignment with the pouring down of essence into form.

We actually become the light.

When we see the greatest good for all comes as we channel the greatest good within ourselves. Even amongst the pain of it all.

When we are real, we allow for healing which only takes minutes and moments.

What happened next after I prayed for all of this healing. More healing came in… through more connections. I found that deep healing needed to happen within us, within our relationship for past events and circumstances that lingered like a w/hole in our hearts. This is the web of healing.

A web for all of us.

Everyone.

I felt generations of healing happening at once and felt honored that underneath this all was a diamond that was unburdened once again to shine in her/his true light. For this I am forever grateful for the wisdom of women/men especially the ones that are real among us all.

Tuesday Morning Kundalini Yoga

This makes me sad as I transition into a new role. A temporary role that I must take for now.  And as we end Tuesday mornings I hope that new opportunity comes. We shall see.

9-10:15am at Gorton Center in Lake Forest – Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation. Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

**ONLINE ONLY WEDNESDAY MORNINGS** 6am-6:40am (FREE) – CHANNEL THE LIGHT. Learn to heal with light energy and the breath. The I AM presence within you that lives and breaths within every cell of your body. The Webs We Weave

From dusk until dawn, it is there, a vast opportunity to step into the newness of life.  

A place we can go to and create our own Garden of Life.  A web of possibility waiting for us to access.

The question we can ask ourselves is “What will you create today?” 

What goodness would you like to deliver to the world?  What loving impact do you want to bring forth and how do you aspire to create within your world?  

How do we access such creations?  

In the present moment. 

We have access to a web of information within our own being.  A web of consciousness we can tune into and become a part of if we learn how to access from a point of all positivity which creates all possibility which allows for miracles to unfold.  

How do we get there?  We focus.  Only on the good.  Only on the light.  Only in the web of access consciousness that continually asks and continually desires to help you create “Only good and only light and only love coming to you and only all of this coming from you.” 

It is a continual form of expansion and contraction of goodness and grace bringing amazing experiences the more we only focus on this.  The more we directly beam our intelligence into the Web of Divinity only capable of miracle after miracle after miracle after miracle.  

It really can be this good.  It really is this light filled.  And it really is this AWESOME.  

How to do this?  

We expand only into light.  We release and resolve for anything less. We allow the beliefs and ideas that no longer serve us to be set free and we continually breathe into this reality until we become one with only good, only light.  

Then we exude what it is we are asking for and the miracles of life can be passed along from person to person, place to place until we become one large golden grid of grace capable of ascending above all that we came here to learn.  

We all have goodness to bring forth.  We all HAVE GRACE TO BE WOVEN.  We all have golden webs of iridescent light to integrate into our realities within and around us.  

The more we lean into our web of perfection the more we attract that which we only contain… light.  Frequencies of light of higher realms of possibility only accessible to those who choose to pass through into this realm and focus their minds only on the connection this place offers itself.  

So…

The question remains:

What web will you weave today?

What light will you bring in?

What do you want to allow to unfold into your beautiful eclectic existence of amazing experiences offered to you daily?  

Creation is up to you. 

Be your own creator and realize the power of light you already contain.

The Heart – True Love 

Lesson 4 – The Heart – Love (From “Transcending Limitation-How to Start Where You Are & Transcend Limitation”)

What is the heart?  The center of creation.  This is where it is at…all of it…all of what?  You may ask. Everything and nothing all at the same time.  Every ‘good’ thought, every ‘bad’ thought – everything and nothing.  Meaning, its all there.  And it is all not there too.  Meaning, everything we have stored there that has been made by the external truth is there waiting to be uncovered and released into the nothingness that it is that it came from.  Meaning, every challenge, every idea, every philosophy, every happy thought, and every difficulty all came from there.  If we/you/or I could just tune back into the heart then we could see – everything is an illusion, even the happy ones.  And when we can tune into everything as an illusion it means we can drop in even further to all acceptance.  And when we drop in even deeper to all acceptance we can sense and feel and know it is all taken care of in new and more beautiful ways all on its own and all because we never left.  We were right here and surrounded by it all – all the time – all space and time and dimension – it was always here – all Love.

Love is Patient
Love is Kind…
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not paid.  It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.  Love never fails.  (Adapted from 1 Corinthians 13:1)

If this is truth, which it is – then – love can do anything, and nothing is impossible to love.  If we are love…then nothing is impossible to us.  What stands in the way of us knowing this is ourselves.  Meaning…we can do anything…anything.  Everything is possible because we are love.  Meaning – anytime there is something that happens, something you feel or sense, something you hear or see that brings up anything less than love like anger, hatred, rage, fear, etc. you breath into it…allow it to spiral out of you…whatever it is.  Because it is not you…love is all you are. 

All illusions will release, all insecurities will filter out, and all impossibilities will cease to exist.  Because we can choose our creations through our awareness.  This is why meditation, centering, and heartful practices centering us in the body are critical to a loving and joyful life because they create the space we need in order to tune in, drop in, and deeply sense feel and know in the midst of chaos at all times.  It might be chaos out there or chaos in here – either way it is all the same.  We must drop in – be with ourselves, sense, feel and know the chaos so that we can know true love.  There is no other way around.  There is only one way through – it is through the fires, and this is where our spirits ascend as the rising above.  This only happens through complete experience of the oneness that already exists within you. 

This is the key you have been waiting for, it is your life work waiting for you to turn the key.  Now open the door and walk through.  You must begin where you are.  And with everything that comes up you connect with love and send it back to the nothingness that it came from which is everything.  This is your work, this is your way, therefore you came here…to experience and be love…that’s all there is anyway, so let’s begin.  Over and over again…that’s all we do.  Begin again and again and again until we always know in all ways that love is all we are.  This is the circle of life.

The Power of Love

The Power of Love Celine Dione sings this so beautifully…

“We’re headed for something,
Somewhere I’ve never been.
Sometimes I am frightened,
But I am ready to learn,
Of the power of love…
The power of love…”
 
Love reaches us all at some point in our life.  In can come in packages great and small disguised as so many gifts and wearing so many different colors at the same time.  At the root of it all is the power of love.  How great do you want this power to be within you?  How incredible do you want the truth within you to shine.  How abundant do you want your life to become?  Get ready… because when we answer yes to all of these questions and when we honestly want it all, we are ready to learn.  The acceleration into the power of love will happen in incredible amounts of time space continuum blasting anything that is less than this out of its way and propelling you into the infamous creative process of love in ecstatic creation and the epitome of divinity. 

Love is truth.  It is the creative force within us that wants to bring us all together.  Holding us close… holding us tight to the eternal bosom of the mother breast and allowing each person to be nurtured and unfold into the aliveness that is waiting to burst out from within them. 

How can we love so many and be so strong within that love?  We can.  We can love so many at so many eclectically different levels.  It is the extension from our hearts that is the creation of who we are.  If we can become the divine love that resides in creator and allow that love to encompass our entire being than we can extend this love to every person place and thing that we encounter on all levels of creation.  You are creator and you create your existence.  If you come from a place of eternal and exuberant love for every living and nonliving thing and being than there can be nothing but satisfaction and all-encompassing compassionate love for all of creation.  The mother of divinity looks upon us with the eyes of wonder in who you are and marvels at your existence seeing the light in everyone she gazes upon.  I see that in you.  You are love in creation seeing and knowing yourself for the first time and every time every day.  In every moment there is a spark of creation wishing and desiring to become more of itself… love.  It can not be contained and all it does is wish to unfold into more of itself.  It wishes to become more of its glorious music that seeps into its bones and encompasses every inch of skin that lays upon your body.  Love is in every creation… it does not, not exist.  It is impossible to go without and it feeds the very essence of our soul. 

How open do you want to become?  What are you afraid of?  Are you thirsty to be quenched with the music of love and laughter that wants to feed you and lift you up to all eternity?  Then come to her.  Allow her to rearrange your life, lift your soul, and sweep you off your feet.  She wants to bring a heavenly guide into you that is leading you on the path that you can not see.  No one comes to tell you where you are going when you are in love.  It just is. Being in love is the very essence of each one of us.  We are love, we are in love, it is all around us.  It is as if the fish is seeking the water and fails to see that it is everywhere all around her until she one day pauses and senses deep within the sustenance that was always there seeping through her skin, her gills, deep with in her bones and propelling her forward swimming naturally all on her own. 

Once you realize the love that you are there is nothing that can’t happen, nothing can hold you back and all you are comes radiantly out and within you and elevates the world as you know it into a higher state of awareness that cannot be figured out.  It is miraculous truth unfolding innately on its own without the rhythm that you know and completely consumed by divine forces of music that know nothing else but to grow and blossom right where it is.  It is the eternal unfolding of the great mother love that is grasping your hand pulling you close to her body and consuming your every being until you finally realize that you are the sun and the moon and the oceans that you marvel so deeply at in awe. 

The power of love will lead you to a place that you have never been.  Allow yourself to be frightened and be ready to learn because your soul is finally escaping into an infinite reality that is beyond limitation and truly sensed with every part of your miraculous being.

Become the power of love, dear one and let it take you to unlimited divinity discovered within.

You are High Vibration

Imagine yourself as a highly tuned-in being.  Everything you think, say, and do allows you to vibrate at such a high level that wherever you go and whatever you do you are highly affected and effective at shifting to higher states at any moment, no matter what.  You are highly attuned to the energy and the energy is highly attuned to you.  You are a receiver and a transmitter all at the same time.  Everything you do, think, and touch is dependent on your ability to transmit such a high vibration that miracles manifest in a moment’s notice.  You shift time and space.  People, places, and things are drawn to your very vibration because they want to vibrate high as well.  Attracted to light, you are the light.  You burn so brightly that others cannot help but shine brighter as well.  You give us all permission to be our true self.  You allow us to gain confidence and strength in the abilities that we have.  We become our greatest selves because you welcome us and ask us to bring this forth from within.  You are a vehicle of light burning so bright that vibrations around you must raise up or they must step back away.  The only way that others can gain this high energy is through their own inner work of surrendering the false lower vibrations to the high vibration.  As they surrender, they join in vibrating higher and as they do this, they give many others the permission and desire to so the same.  It will take some time and with time all errors of the past are erased, and all light comes shining through. 

It only requires a desire to be filled with light to achieve the light. 
Simply with one desire the universe will begin working for you.  She will bring you the love of a thousand suns to burn away the dark spots.  This may seem uneasy and full of effort.  It does not have to be.  It is simply an awareness that darkness no longer exists and only light is shining.  Through the light we fill our bodies with high vibrations.  We fill our environments with high vibrations.  We can do nothing else but fill our lives with everything within and around us that is high vibration.  Everything.  We are the sun, we are the light, and thus we may consume it all.  We can be nothing else.  You are High Vibration. 

This is possible.  This is you, this is me, and this is within everyone we see.  In the coming weeks and months ahead all of the teachings from IntuitLove will be focusing on this one desire.  We are highly attuned beings vibrating higher in every moment.  We will practice through helpful lessons, techniques, and strategies developed in all the classes offered.  Every single class that is taught has the ultimate goal in mind; to help us all vibrate at the highest possible energy in every moment.  There is no limit to this work and there is no limit to you.  Anything that is of your heart’s desire is possible.  We only need the tools and strategies to get us there.

Attuning with the Archangels – These beings of light vibrate so high that when we attune with their energy they are capable of shedding all darkness hiding our light.  All we need to do is ask.  I will guide you through connecting with each Archangel and personally instruct you on how to accomplish this on your own.  The archangels never disappoint. Healing Rays of Light – We each vibrate on a level of light frequency and so do the Ascended Masters and Angel Guides.  We will connect with the various light rays and learn how to connect with the powerful masters associated with that ray.  They help us in humanly ways and angelic ways. Their energy is miraculous and deeply transformative.  I will be your guide to attune with their energy and learn how to access them on your own. These classes are zoom possible.

The Sandwich Connection – Attuning your energy to high vibration is a process that requires dedication and effort.  You can do absolutely anything your heart desires.  We merely need the tools and strategies to understand what we are up to and how to vibrate higher to achieve our dreams.  This class has been taken by past participants and this is what they have to say:

We ARE Super Beings!

We ARE Super Beings!!!
Super Beings are people who live a human life and know they are in this world and not of this world.  They are super extraordinary.  I know several of these people.  They have unique qualities that are insurmountably amazing.  They have awakened to the gnostic knowing that they are one with Super Consciousness.  They have learned many life lessons and tapped into the hidden mysteries of life and the unseen world that is within our reach.  They have made a list of what they want to see happen in their life and have figured a way to obtain that list through amazing super strategies and lessons along the path of their hidden mystery school that they have created within themselves.  They have mastered Successful Living and brought in the extraordinary superpowers encompassing health, abundance, prosperity, soul alignment, spirit joy, connection, awareness, compassion, and love.  They have become One. 

This is the ultimate way. 

We can all become this ultimate Super Being.  They have shown us the way.  We can do anything.  This is real.  They are real and they have shown us how to do this.  We have the map.  All we must do is follow their direction.  Live it and Be it.

Throughout history this has been achieved repeatedly.  There are several facets to a Super Life. 

  1. We need to know what we want. 
  2. We need to be aware of where we are. 
  3. We need to be honest with what we are up to. 

It seems simple enough.  And yet, typical humans, can make this so complicated.  We tend to be convinced that our way is the only way to get from point A to point B and then we believe that what everyone says ‘out there’… all the professionals and experts, have the keys to get us there.  We become disappointed when what they say we need, does not line up with what we actually want.  And I wonder, do we know what we want?  Do we really “gnow”?  As a “gnostic knowing”?  Hmmm…I wonder? Or maybe we have grown accustomed to settling and we become indifferent and passive in our ways.  It is easy to accept that ‘it can’t get any better than this.’  Or can it?  Surrendering doesn’t mean that we have to settle… no way… and it means that there is another way… this or something better! Let us go there!  Together!

I believe there is another way.  A more fantastical way! A SUPER BEING WAY!

Super Beings believe that anything is possible.  However we need to get from point A to point B will show up.  We may only need to take a different form of transportation than we ever thought possible.  I mean, think about it… we walk, run, drive, take a plane, or train.  Or we might have to walk a bit, run a bit, drive a portion, fly a portion, use a wheelchair, skateboard, use secret passageways, or dig our way there.   It’s just that as human beings we have forgotten our connection to the One and how many possibilities there are to get to our destination.  We THINK that the pothole is keeping us from going forward.  We THINK that we missed the plane and can’t get there.  We THINK that our car broke down and it is keeping us where we are.  We THINK that our bike is broken and now we are stuck.  AND that is NOT how it works. 

These are the signs that are trying to point us to a NEW way of PERCEIVING what is happening that will open us up to that what we want or something EVEN BETTER!!!!   We only need to tune into and tap into the “gnostic knowing” of what is actually happening and why the perceived ‘road blocks’ or ‘unravelings’ are happening.  We shift our perception from a limited mindset to an Access Consciousness Heart Set that knows that I Am on my way.  I Am one with the One so it must be so.  There is nothing that can not be achieved.  There is no one that is denied.  There is only reunification with our true self which is the ALL that IS.  I know.  I’ve done the hard way for a long time.  It’s time to let go and become the ONE. 

These are gnostic knowings that have been around for thousands of years that will become the new normal that we are heading towards through this planetary evolution that is happening.  We merely need to keep asking and lining up with what they are showing us to do next.  If you want help with your path… it can be done.  Whichever direction you desire to go; whatever you decide to master; it will be done.  Thy will be done.   
So let’s dive in together. 

The SANDWICH CONNECTION is going to be starting soon.  If you have an interest, please let me know.  Our group is growing, and we have now become a MATERMIND GROUP meeting every month in addition to the program to support you and continue to help you elevate higher and higher and meet your goals.  This is all included in the initial program.  Because we keep becoming better and better with our techniques and our group, the program becomes better and better and so once you are a part of the group you have access forever.  It’s that simple…why not?… everything should be that simple. 

AND this weekend…lets dive into some of my favorite helpers… the Angels… I don’t go into specifics on the angels in all the other classes I teach because it requires a certain heart set to open and receive from them and understand that they are here to help you on your amazing journey.  The first time I ever worked with them consciously was 20 years ago when my first son was born.  It was then that I began working with Archangel Ariel and Michael and Raphael and our lives have been better for it.  This weekend we will be merge with 3 other Archangels… Celestina, Faith, and Cassiel.  More information is below on the details.

Our New World is already here…


Our New World is already here…we only need to rise above what continues to happen out there to see it in here.
Dear Friends
The last several weeks have been very humbling.  I have been stopped many times to pause, reflect, breathe, and release.  It is very apparent that anything that is no longer going to work in the New World that is integrating into this world, must go. This is happening on a personal and global level. 

I mention this in this email because I want so much for all of you to step up and release everything that no longer is needed in the New World.  I am referring to anything that does not resonate on the vibration of love and gratitude.  This is a lot.  We must learn to let go of it all without any regrets.  If it does not resonate with love and gratitude, then allow it to go.  We can still have our goals, aspirations, and desires.  Instead, we are no longer struggling to achieve or feeling alone.  We are coming together as spiritually united beings of light collaborating and working for the good of every being on this Earth. 

This can be done individually and globally.  There are no hidden agendas and abundance is everywhere.  We must dispel all the myths, beginning with our own ideas.  What is happening out there is only a reflection as to what we are individually dealing with on our own home fronts.  So, if you are seeing deception, secrecy, frustration, anger, and fear… ask yourself, “How can I see this differently in a way that elevates and enhances all of life?  How can I contribute by the spirit of collaboration and collective access consciousness to help this situation?” 

This is coming up for me radically day in and day out.  I am asking, “What do you want me to see in this situation and how can this turn out better than I can ever imagine?”  So, I am establishing and working endlessly to develop classes and work to help to heighten awareness and bring Access Consciousness closer to our every day lives.  My door is always open and my services to heal and bring transformative shifts are here and present more than ever.  If you have not looked at what I am offering in a while, you may be interested in something recently. 

People are coming, needing to miraculously shift, and teaching how miracles are only a shift in consciousness is even easier with this New World.  Do not doubt yourself, you are more powerful than you have ever imagined… you only need the courage to go forth. 

Lately, there has been a lot of worry about sessions and doing them 1:1 in person or even doing group classes.  I will always offer both over zoom, as the energy has no limits.  I do encourage you to come in person though; people need people, and we are human BEINGS being together.  If you are worried about something happening, I ask you, what fear is driving you to question your innately amazing powers that reside within you and maybe that is the root issue that needs to be addressed.   Ask yourself, If I am made in the image and likeness of All that Is how can I be anything but love?  And if this is agreeable, then maybe the matrix of fear is what I need to look at and shift so that my miracles do show up. 

These are merely just questions to ponder.  And in times like this, we need each other in many ways.  So, lets come together in the spirit of unity and collaboration rise above the layer of fear that has been out there running lives for centuries and finally begin your miraculous life in love.  

I know this can be done.  It already is.  I will hold this for every individual who seeks this to be true.
