Kundalini yoga brings energy and balance into everyday living.  Through a series of postures and sound (mantras) the energy created works on your glandular and nervous systems helping you to become totally aware of the creative potential available to you.  You can learn to ride your energy, to experience, and penetrate any given situation to attain balance. 

Kripalu yoga focuses on meditative breath work, gentle and elongated stretches, & core strengthening through supported poses. It is a meditative yoga style focused on mental health and adaptability to life.

I believe the combination of the two lineages together can create a complete yogic experience suitable for most students seeking a balanced physical, mental, and spiritual practice.

Please have the following available:
  • a mat and blanket
  • comfortable loose clothing
  • ready to work on the floor
