Kundalini yoga brings energy and balance into everyday living. Through a series of postures and sound (mantras) the energy created works on your glandular and nervous systems helping you to become totally aware of the creative potential available to you. You can learn to ride your energy, to experience, and penetrate any given situation to attain balance. This is a great time to experience Kundalini in a relaxed/no expectations environment. In person or on zoom!

- a mat or blanket
- comfortable loose clothing
- pillows or cushions if extra support is needed
- ready to work on the floor
