About Me

About Me

Mantra: Always Start Where You Are, Always.

I have spent a lot of time learning from other masters and the one thing they all have in common is that their life is uniquely their own.  Their techniques and the ways they transcend life’s most difficult moments is what they learned on their own and what they teach now.  I want you to be the master of your own life.  I want you to become that which you were meant to become, a peacefully empowered master of your own life.

Why?  I know what its like to be where you are.  I have been there too, in my own way.  I was born into a family illusioned with its own narcissism, mental illness, betrayal, alcoholism, financial strain, and more.  It required years of work and isolation for me to realize the truth of all these misconceptions.  Everything I have learned and made my own over the years came from life experiences and education with masters.  When we put it all together, what I found is that we must believe that starting where we are is where we are meant to be.  We must be here and now.  In this now moment is the transcendence of everything.  How do we get there?  I took many routes.  And put them all into my programs and sessions easily accessible here.

I have years of formal education with my master’s in Occupational Therapy.  Many, many years after that of formalized training in many of the energetic therapies such as CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Meridians, Chakras, and multiple forms of energy work.  The most important thing I ever did, next to healing myself, was raising my children into self-accomplished empowered masters of their own lives.  Each of my children had their own beliefs and ideas about life that were inherited to an extent and shaped by the ideas of this world.  Teaching them how to be their own self masters of their own lives has been my most heart felt accomplishment.  This is ongoing.  And just like all of us, every day, we wake up to a new day and start where we are once again, learning and growing and becoming.

I honor you for being here.  And making the time.

Love,

Jennifer
