Healing Prayers for Women & for All Men Influenced by Women
Living a life full of HEART FULL purpose…
Lately, I’ve been running through all the scenarios in my head of how I could have, would have, should have done things differently in the past. All the past experiences and decisions that I made that turned out the way they did and happened in the manner they happened.
Some were wonderful outcomes and aligned with my inner truth and some were decisions that I am not so proud about. It’s those decisions that never really turned out the way I had hoped that I live in regret. And I know that living in regret doesn’t really help us to move forward in a positive and uplifting manner. But I have to admit… like many of us… I’ve been doing this to myself again and again.
I approach these scenarios with my mind, and I tune into my heart that longed for a different outcome. I ask myself if there is anything I could have done differently, and I always see it as a, “Yes.” A resounding, “Yes.” Not the kind of ‘yes’ that wants to beat myself up with judgement but the kind of ‘yes’ that sees with new eyes now how there are so many roads to our destination before us that we get to pick and choose which journey we’d like to embark.
Do we want our road to be rocky, deserted, painful and full of regrets? Or do we want our road to be synchronized, effortless and free to fly and be me?
You see… I was thinking… pondering this idea and it occurred to me… every decision I ever made, every idea that ever came to me, and every detail of my life always came down to my internal questions from within…. The big one… the ultimate question that maybe we all struggle with from time to time…. What is my PURPOSE? Why am I here and what is my LIFE MISSION? Related all together… what is my Life Mission and how am I going to live my life through this life mission that I am realizing before me?
Every experience I have ever had, every failure, and every perceived success has come back to this internal question. Am I making decisions in line with my highest potential and highest purpose at the time that I make these decisions or am I experiencing a lower version of me that is covered in fear and doubt?
Well, once I broke that down and realized that… I began to understand… I mean truly understand why I do what I do and all the programs I have that really do work. It’s because, I just believe… I believe so much that anything is possible, and we have a beautiful world of all possibility that is reflected upon us based on our own beliefs and ideas about life that I only live what I completely believe in every moment, every hour, every day, and every year. Doing anything less just doesn’t work anymore. And deciding that I am leading my best life and helping anyone who wants to come along IS MY PURPOSE!
WOW…Does that feel good! The kind of good that we just want to SHOUT FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOP OUT TO THE GRAND CANYONS OF THE WORLD!

This is what I want for you TOO!
I have one question I live with daily…. “In all that I AM… Am I living, breathing, and walking my life mission and am I in alignment with this?”
Most times now I can say yes…and when I can’t answer with a resounding ‘yes’ I now know how to shift myself into that alignment, effortlessly.
And I guess… I just want everyone else to know this and feel this and be this as well. I just want the empowerment flame to be passed along form one person to the next and for all, everyone to feel as though they can express themselves to their highest version out into a world that WANTS to receive the beauty of their uniqueness shine through! I believe in this world… I believe it exists. I believe everyone has their version according to where they are and what they came to experience. I believe in you.

Go Outside of Outside the Box
It’s that time of year. The days are darker, and yet more light is coming in. Time seems shorter and yet more is accomplished in a quicker time frame. Life is moving rapidly forward and yet cultivating stillness is of precedence.
How can we balance these polarities and help ourselves become all that we are meant to achieve through our highest purpose and potential?
First, we must be where we are. Observation, as if we are anthropologists, helps us become more of what we are and brings in a sense of ‘knowing’ of where we are going even if we are unsure of where that could be.
How do we observe? We become still during momentum. We breathe focus during chaos. We elevate by going within and disperse the darkness all around us.
We become light.
How? Use this time to cultivate awareness within. Allow the internal turmoil to surface and then witness what is happening. As an observer of yourself. Step outside of you and see what is happening within you. Just observe. Just breathe. Just become.
Still further… how do we do this?
Breath. The breath can be the kingdom to the heaven you are seeking. And like every great story, there is a journey which we all must take over to the other side. Truly, the excitement comes from the actual journey and not the destination.
The curiosity, the excitement, the dance, and the wonder comes from going where you have never gone before to experience a greater version of you, none of which you have yet to experience.
And, how do we do this consciously?
How do we do this without the anxiety, without the fear and without the trepidation.
We breathe into the moment. This one and the next and the next and the next. We keep breathing…slowly, consciously, and ever so effortlessly allowing the breath to take us there.
Master the breath and you master life.
Master the breath and you tune into something bigger than you, unexplainable in words and only felt within the heart.
This is where your connection is. Into the unknown fears that we must go through and out the other side into breath and consciousness.
See yourself as a beautiful template just waiting to be unveiled. You may not know how to connect the dots or even draw the picture. But first we must have some kind of vision within us.
What do we want to look like, be like, have, and how do we correspond with the world.
In this vision, who are we and what are we doing, having, and being.
Get into it. Become it. Most importantly love this version of you, no matter what the outside circumstances appear to be. We must see ourselves as such and then the experiences will be drawn to us. And to match ourselves with this new vision we must match our vibration to this experience. Hence, here is where the real ‘work’ begins.
We get to become the path to our destination. Remember, its not about the destination… its about the journey to become that which we seek.
Always hold yourself to the what you are creating and become the work at the same time. Every experience, every moment is the work. Essentially, this is your life work.
In French, travail means ‘to work’. And here is the secret… the work comes from the travel… the space between the starting point and the destination is the ultimate experience.
Seek to see outside the box… and go even further than this. Meaning, when we travel on our journey and we ‘travail’ to become more of ourselves we are always infiltrated with new environments, new skies, new sunshine, new buildings, new trees, new vehicles, new people. Begin to tune into your field of awareness, outside of the physical…. Within the auric field of awareness, we sense and feel what is happening. Tune in.
This is ‘outside of outside the box’. We are an elaborate container that vibrates outside of us just as strongly within us. These atoms and molecules that make up our physical are all around us… and all we need to do is see what is out there to shift what is in here. Ironically, our field of awareness outside of this container is what is within us. And we can influence what is all around us by tuning in from within and all around our vibratory containers.
Tune into the layers outside of you that we can’t see. Tune into the you within you that can see outside of you and then you will become everything you are seeking to create.
If you seem to be dealing with anxiety… instead of being the anxiety… and claiming this as the reason why you can’t get to your destination… make it the reason why you learn to accelerate your healing and become the anxiety, fully.
If you can’t make it to your destination because of financial issues… make it the reason why you go through the financial problems on purpose and become the absence of money to the other side of prosperity.
If you can’t get to your destination because of fatigue and depression. Make it your journey to go through the depression and fatigue to learn everything you can about this in order to move through it to your new place of residence.
Maybe what your parents passed on to you… all the negativity, all the fears, all the depression seemingly outside of you were exactly what was needed to bring forth the iridescent beauty already existing all around you. Maybe all the troubles, insecurities and fears that have filled this life are your greatest purpose. Our strength and agility is cultivated as we elevate above the clouds beyond the seemingly limited physical realm and into the etheric world of magical healings and transformations.
Maybe all the frailties and failures have happened on purpose. Just maybe. This is true.
And then do this…
And when you face all you are with the intention of becoming more than you have ever been before… something magical happens. When you go through the darkness, as we go through the seasons of our life, we find what we have always known… it was always there waiting for us to discover we were greater than we ever could conceive within our own minds. We are that which we were always imagining ourselves to be and even greater than this. When we know the light, we become the light, and the light can only become brighter. It never goes out, is diffused, or burns down to nothing. If you are the light, only light can you be. This is truth.
When we realize this, grace becomes us. Gratitude unfolds and illumination just happens. A reverent appreciation for all that is… for everything… even the illusory darkness effortlessly dispels all around us. Repeatedly, this limitless energy becomes overflowing. As you become over filled with incomprehensible joy it spills from you onto others and they can’t help but literally ‘lighten’ up as well.
Being ‘outside of even outside the box’ is how we become. Always in all ways.

| Manifestation is found in Asking for Help… I tend to give myself a lot of things to do. I used to think it was because I was trying to avoid feeling something within me… you know the ‘addiction’ pattern that has been in my family for generations. Instead of dealing with my feelings, I used to find things ‘to do’ to keep myself from feeling what it was I didn’t want to feel when I just sat down and did nothing. But that is over now. I have dealt with that ‘thought’ and ‘belief’ repeatedly and have resolved and released with Creator on many levels. Now, I am relearning how to ask for help. I have so many current projects that I am working on that I tend to get lost in my mind trying to figure out how I am going to accomplish it all forgetting I need to take my own advice. The problem of ‘not being able to get it all done lives in my mind. The solution is always out there I just need to remember to live from the heart. The heart of all creation that brings in the possibilities one at a time, and only when I ask that to happen. When I keep getting caught up in the mind trying to figure it all out I tend to keep my mind in a perceived control pattern and on the relentless hamster wheel of trying to figure it out. Instead, I know that talking with the universe and gently asking for help always resolves the issues but I still forget from time to time. For me, meditation and talking with the universe was never about calming the monkey mind. It was more of a way to speak with Creator and learn to listen to all the messages that the universe was providing to help me; no matter what. I only need to keep shifting my perception to where the mountains don’t even exist anymore. All possibility shows up and nothing gets undone. So here, I am, remembering to ask and listening again. Lately, my ‘to do’ list has grown enormously and the universe is reminding me I need to practice what I preach… which is why I am sitting down to type up this email. The simple act of writing everything down is the point of attraction. It was never that we can’t do it all or that we don’t have enough time… it was truly about trust, faith, and knowing that it all does truly work out and it all does truly happen in divine timing. We just have to get our thoughts and beliefs out of the way that keep sabotaging the infinite from doing its divine work. You see, I know we are creators intimately connected to The Creator… or The Source… or the Energy that is based on a system of infinite possibility that is all connected to our energy that we put out and intimately responds to the frequencies we generate to help us vibrate at the highest possible rate based on where we are. Another words, It matches our vibration! So, if I raise my vibration that all is possible and I know this to be true then that is what does show up… every answer… every thought… every belief pattern is matched… and all I have to do is shift the thoughts and beliefs to a high vibration…. Hmmm… sounds simple enough? Yes, it is. We just get in our own way… not our fault… this has been happening for generations. And now it is time to shift it. The infinite wants for us exactly what we want for ourselves, and life always does happen for us in the right timing. It does. Too many times we create the belief that it is not happening fast enough, we are doing something wrong, or we don’t deserve it from happening and then of course… it doesn’t. I have experienced this firsthand time and time again. Seriously, all we have to do is release and resolve for these things and… bam… the momentum and the ball gets rolling in the energy patterns that line up for us and create the momentum in the direction of what you want to happen. All you have to do is do nothing… increase your vibration by resolving to release the lower frequencies that keep tripping us up and we are back on track again. Really, where there is a will there is a way… there is. It’s not about Creator’s will over our own… it’s about us living from the heart and creating all possibility so that which we love that comes from our soul’s purpose and spirits’ joy does happen effortlessly. Lately, I’ve been super hard on myself. Thinking, in my head that I am failing because things aren’t happening the way I want them to on my timeline. Again, I tend to want it all now… and the time lag in between getting something and it showing up really tends to trip me up. So what is my point? My point is… the simplest form of getting what you want is in the asking. I forgot to ask again. The fundamental signature of all the teachings is connecting with Creator and asking for help. It instantaneously puts us back on track. We learn to ask over and over again, for what it is we need help with… and it instantly begins to unfold to help us. Instead of going into overwhelm we can connect, ask, and know that it is done. Then guess what happened… It started coming to me on how I was going to get it all done… the answers just happened… like a download… one by one the lists started checking off themselves and the overwhelm began to subside… here is what happened… -The school issues with classes got handled by each of my kids. -I sent the emails out that needed to be sent…including this one. -The carpet got cleaned effectively and efficiently with a new cleaner that was homemade and aux natural! -Supplements got done and list was made on what to get in the future. -House cleaners are coming in two days. -Laundry was done by one of my kids. -I got my recipes started and typed and had success with one of them! -Nora made some quotes with pictures which is on this email! -Garage was cleaned and organized by my husband and partially me. -Kids got to all practices on time by working together. And there was more time for a few things that did not get done that I wanted to work on from the previous days. Overall… No matter what… wherever we are… and whatever is going on… we need to be in receptive mode in order to receive the goodness that the infinite universe is responding to in every moment. I often speak about asking and receiving… and this is one of our biggest allies. We can ask for ANYTHING and we should allow ourselves to get out of our own way to receive. The universe always wants to supply. We actually don’t ask enough and the way that we ask needs to be tailored to help us ‘know’ that it IS all happening. We are the ocean… not just a cup from the ocean. I’m sitting here in awe on how it all does just work out. Again, all I had to do was shift my vibration to match up with what I was asking for and needed. Every single time I forget and then remember again… it’s always a wonderful lesson for me. I know it may sound an easy enough thing to do… and it truly is energetic in nature. We only need to know what we are up to and how to shift ourselves so that what we are asking for DOES happen. This is what the Sandwich Connection does. Several years ago, I created this program so that I could bring in what I wanted. And it consistently does, repeatedly. Now, I always remember…. To ASK. The Journey
The Journey…
Our lives are a journey through all space and time. Typically we have things to do, people to see, places to go, and lives to create. We have a long ‘to do’ list that is primarily full of creation in our hands. Many of us see our lives as opportunities to thrive and fill it with good things and fun evolutions on a dialy basis. Many of us find our lives to be difficult and full of conflict or strain or ‘in between’ type events that make it difficult to keep on going in life in so many ways. There may be times of anger, depression, heartache and sadness. Or there may be financial and physical set backs with our health and well being or that of a loved one. Whatever the journey we are on, and however it unfolds it is always truly about choices that we can make consciously and unconsiously in our lives and the path that we want to bring upon. Is it filled with upset and defeat or is there always a silver lining around the corner? Seeing the silver lining can sometimes become a chore. It may be difficult to open ourselves to that possibility for many reasons.
Maybe we have been through so much in our lives that seeing the gems in the pressures of our current reality is just too difficult of a task right now. Opening ourselves to truth and insight is too overwhelming as we are facing the uncertainty that is before us. This often requires such inner strength that it is as if we have spiritual arms that are trying to hold up the world and help us move foward in our lives when we have no idea which direction to turn or how to be on our way. This is when insight and faith in the unknown path before us can bring us only what we need in the current moment and that is all we need to know for now in order to get us to the next stone on our path. Sometimes, we can’t see the silver lining or don’t know which direction to turn because part of our path of evolution is to be so trusting in something bigger than ourselves that we have to give up everything to find ourselves again. And, just maybe we need to do this because we never truly knew who we were in the first place.
For me, having spritual strength in the times of my life that were the most tulmultuous were exactly what I needed to develop and grow. Remaining exactly where I was, breathing into the moment, and letting go of everything my mind wanted to define about my current situation was exactly what I needed. There was nothing I could figure out and all I could do was absolutely nothing; except breathe. That is when my true spiritual nature emerged. That is when everything fell into place. That is when I had to trust completely. That is when all I could do was to breathe. Holding onto my perception of what I ‘thought’ was the right thing to do never helped. Letting go and breathing into the moment was the only thing that did.
For today, Things may be difficult, hard, daunting, cloudy or fearful. Or, things may be elated, joyful, and fantastically amazing. It is all connected and just two different perspectives. These are all emotions, energy in motion, just perceived in different ways. These are all emotions that we will all experience at different points in our lives. It is all a part of our circle of life.
Learning how to navigate these emotions and understanding that they are governed by the perceptions of our mind and the thoughts and beliefs that shape our lives is most of the struggle that we face when things feel heavy and constratined. Learning that we have the power to let go by simply being in what is happening is also a powerful experience that can take time to master.
No matter where you are on your journey and what may be happening in your life… learning how to have spritiual strength and empowering yourself with the creative forces of the universe can help to dramatically shift and remold your lives into greater and grander versions of yourself. After all, that’s why they say it was never about the destination and always about the Journey along the way…

The Power of Love
| The Power of Love Celine Dione sings this so beautifully… “We’re headed for something, Somewhere I’ve never been. Sometimes I am frightened, But I am ready to learn, Of the power of love… The power of love…” Love reaches us all at some point in our life. In can come in packages great and small disguised as so many gifts and wearing so many different colors at the same time. At the root of it all is the power of love. How great do you want this power to be within you? How incredible do you want the truth within you to shine. How abundant do you want your life to become? Get ready… because when we answer yes to all of these questions and when we honestly want it all, we are ready to learn. The acceleration into the power of love will happen in incredible amounts of time space continuum blasting anything that is less than this out of its way and propelling you into the infamous creative process of love in ecstatic creation and the epitome of divinity. Love is truth. It is the creative force within us that wants to bring us all together. Holding us close… holding us tight to the eternal bosom of the mother breast and allowing each person to be nurtured and unfold into the aliveness that is waiting to burst out from within them. How can we love so many and be so strong within that love? We can. We can love so many at so many eclectically different levels. It is the extension from our hearts that is the creation of who we are. If we can become the divine love that resides in creator and allow that love to encompass our entire being than we can extend this love to every person place and thing that we encounter on all levels of creation. You are creator and you create your existence. If you come from a place of eternal and exuberant love for every living and nonliving thing and being than there can be nothing but satisfaction and all-encompassing compassionate love for all of creation. The mother of divinity looks upon us with the eyes of wonder in who you are and marvels at your existence seeing the light in everyone she gazes upon. I see that in you. You are love in creation seeing and knowing yourself for the first time and every time every day. In every moment there is a spark of creation wishing and desiring to become more of itself… love. It can not be contained and all it does is wish to unfold into more of itself. It wishes to become more of its glorious music that seeps into its bones and encompasses every inch of skin that lays upon your body. Love is in every creation… it does not, not exist. It is impossible to go without and it feeds the very essence of our soul. How open do you want to become? What are you afraid of? Are you thirsty to be quenched with the music of love and laughter that wants to feed you and lift you up to all eternity? Then come to her. Allow her to rearrange your life, lift your soul, and sweep you off your feet. She wants to bring a heavenly guide into you that is leading you on the path that you can not see. No one comes to tell you where you are going when you are in love. It just is. Being in love is the very essence of each one of us. We are love, we are in love, it is all around us. It is as if the fish is seeking the water and fails to see that it is everywhere all around her until she one day pauses and senses deep within the sustenance that was always there seeping through her skin, her gills, deep with in her bones and propelling her forward swimming naturally all on her own. Once you realize the love that you are there is nothing that can’t happen, nothing can hold you back and all you are comes radiantly out and within you and elevates the world as you know it into a higher state of awareness that cannot be figured out. It is miraculous truth unfolding innately on its own without the rhythm that you know and completely consumed by divine forces of music that know nothing else but to grow and blossom right where it is. It is the eternal unfolding of the great mother love that is grasping your hand pulling you close to her body and consuming your every being until you finally realize that you are the sun and the moon and the oceans that you marvel so deeply at in awe. The power of love will lead you to a place that you have never been. Allow yourself to be frightened and be ready to learn because your soul is finally escaping into an infinite reality that is beyond limitation and truly sensed with every part of your miraculous being. People are Innately Good
It’s just about March. This time last year we entered a new phase of iconic development within our lives. Most of the world went into a ‘lockdown’ and a collaborative effort to bring people to a severe halt that would last longer than anyone had comprehended. This shut down that has been met with mixed conflict and tumultuous behaviors in our society all over the United States has left most people feeling like we are living in the in between. Many people have been suffering, jobs taken away, and severe losses of all kinds. The amount of forced oppressive conditioning has been debilitating to so many people in countless ways. There is healing that needs to be done and truth that will continue to be revealed to help our communities come to a higher way of living. The unraveling of the old ways are necessary for the new age coming on the horizon. This does not mean we need to go through anxiety, depression, or fear-based thinking to get to where we are going. Rather, accepting where we are and truly walking into a new understanding of what is happening is necessary to rise above the perceived dogma. The pain that is happening is not to be overlooked but embraced as finally needing to be looked at and reveal the truth of our current situation as well as how this unraveling is necessary for where we are going.
In addition, a different perception is needed at this time. We have come to the forefront of change. Change is the only constant we have. It is a necessary process of transformation that will not allow out-dated belief systems to continue. There is an abundance out there waiting for all of us as we wake up to what is truly going on. It is going to take some time and it will remain hidden for a while until the masses wake up. Until they want to truly see and seek the truth. In the meantime, if you are reading this it is because you are being called to rise to a resilient way of being and thinking that is not new it only has been pushed aside for too long. It is time.
There must come a time for each of us for a new forefront of opportunity to occur. We must see with fresh eyes how we can take current issues that are happening and shift ourselves into opportunistic thinking that will shift our world into higher states of living. Where there is change, there is opportunity for elevated transformation to occur. I truly believe this. I am not overlooking the pain or suffering, and in actuality I am agreeing that sometimes the pain and suffering is necessary in order to know how to transcend all the darkness. Humans are more resilient and amazing than we could have ever perceived. It’s only through our accepted faults that we can forgive and rise above to begin anew.
Over the years, quietly, I have lived this transformation. It was dark and lonely for a very long time. It was extremely difficult to understand how we could get to this point and how could we all be thinking and being in such an oppressed world. After all, I always thought we lived in the land of the free. And yet, so many things never made sense to me. For example, how could we be told that nothing is impossible when I felt as though so many barriers were put in my way and my children’s way that came up against the freedom of expression and elevated thinking that we were taught to believe. As I opened the doors to a different reality that was happening all around us, I came to understand that we were being fed a fantasy land filled with empty promises that you were allowed to believe just as long as you remained in control by a limited few. As I discovered more and more about the reality and the gravity of what was happening, I pressed on harder and deeper to see where the rabbit hole would end. With each new and elevated discovery made I was met with resistance from those who wished to remain in power. And every time I showed them there was another way, I was pushed back with a ‘pat on the back’ and a smile saying ‘that’s nice’ showing me the door. To them my discoveries were just my own, an anomaly, so to speak and nothing more. There was no scientific proof of my findings, only a miracle mindset that was not good enough for the masses. It was as if the healing miraculous discoveries I was making of enlightened ways of being on this path of “NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE” were purposefully dismissed. Professionals and authority figures in all corners were simply content with the way things were and the money they gained in return for their ‘normal’ that had been created on a society that was living amongst a false system. A foundation built on a belief system that kept us where we are, had no desire to see there was another way. People were being kept where they were, relentlessly on a hamster wheel of life, and unwilling to question how ‘wrong’ we may have gotten this all in the first place. And, throughout the years I have come to understand that only a few will see at first and the rest will come when they are fed up with their current reality and ready to move on.
For that, I was pushed in the direction of alternative means because it was the only way I could follow my dreams. I embraced the deep-rooted beliefs in the power of the human spirit to become and rise above everything as sincere truth. This was not just found in movie scripts, plays, or fantasy stories. It was what I was living on all levels of my existence. I just had no idea how much effort and time it would take to come to the point where I could share this with the world. So, I learned and created and consistently pressed on. Quietly, I sought out the answers, I dispelled belief and myth after myth and came to know the truth of this amazing world we live in. Now, it is time to share.
There is an age of enlightenment on the horizon. We are getting there. It will take some time. Remember, we need to wake up to the truth of who we are to come to the knowing of what we can do. Some of us are… and you can tell who they are… they are the one’s who walk through life with compassion, understanding, and a strong insatiable wonderful knowing of what life has to offer. They understand that through the fires there is phoenix rising from the ashes. They have beauty within and around them, there is a sparkle in their eyes and a demeanor of peaceful leadership. Many of these people have been through their own fires in life and understand what we are all going through right now. They are the Wayshowers, that hold the truth, they have strength and the confidence in an elevated way of being. They possess a ‘knowing’ beyond reason that something amazing and elevated is coming from all the turmoil and chaos that is unfolding everywhere we turn. They know that there is a secret and steady light that is infiltrating the country and the world. This light will bring purpose and love to every human being that decides that there is indeed another way. They see beyond the veils and the illusions that are pervasively persevering and they continue to press on dismantling the darkness knowing there is another way.
What do we need to learn from all of this? A lot. People are innately good. They are. As a population we need to see the good in others. We need to see their faults, the injustices, and failures as a cry out for healing and no matter how much corruption they created we are to help them anyway. Despite the rhetoric, the lies and deception, we need to see there is goodness in there… they are merely reflecting a mirror of healing needing to happen for us all. We have a lot of work to do… and the work need not be difficult, lonely, or hard. We merely need to reach out, find each other and lend a hand. We need each other, we need to hold our hands together, to lift each other up, and truly embrace each other physically and metaphorically. We must be in charge of our bodies and minds and we must allow our spirit’s to do our soul’s work. We have much work to do… and as always… I always say this… “We must start from where we are.”
If we innately know our own goodness and how incredible we are from within we can take the gifts that we have been given to spread amongst the world and use them in an elevated way to plant seeds of change and grow love. We cannot do this in untilled and weed filled soil. We must dig deep and learn to become ourselves…we must become new again. What was done before… doesn’t work anymore so we must be honest with ourselves and see what really is going on.
We need each other, we need to know ourselves, we need to truly know where we are. We need the real us to emerge. I can’t be more of me without you being more of you. I can’t spread light unless I can feel sense and know the light that is already shining within me. I can’t plant seeds of goodness unless I believe that the goodness will come. I can’t do any of this unless I first seek knowledge from within. I need to know who I am.
Many of us don’t even know what that is. It has been covered up pushed down and hidden from us for a very long time. But I promise you that it is buried in there for a reason. Because the earth has a way of transforming a stone with enough pressure to a diamond that has always been waiting to emerge and be discovered for the first time again.
That is how I see you now. That’s how I see what is truly going on. I see people, in all forms as amazing, and doing the best that they can. I was scared before. Because I had been mocked, told I was wrong and scrutinized for thinking differently. And after awhile, after the pain wore off, it just doesn’t work anymore. It was a pile of lies and dirt that covered my true light. And now I know…. Those piles of dirt were just waiting for me to go in there and see what was burning true all this time… a golden stone emerging. I now know…people are good…no matter what. We are doing and being good in the world. I believe in you and I believe in humanity…. Let’s keep discovering our true self. Let’s start where we are.

Our Sacral Sacred Essence
The Sacrum – The Seat of the Butterfly – The Seat of our Soul
Your wings of the butterfly are seated in the soul depths of your sacrum, coccyx, and the crest of the iliac. This is the seat of your soul. Here is wisdom from all your lives and lifetimes that come together in the perfect balance of masculine and feminine energies. This is the strongest and most sacred point of your entire body. It is the root of all your existence. This is your connection with your oneness with all that is, with your creator. It is where you become who you are meant to be and learn all that you are meant to learn within this life.
As this area reawakens in your body, it opens to a doorway of unlimited possibilities. When you feel safe to be here when you feel that you have contributed to your life’s calling, your soul’s purpose, this is where you will feel complete. This is where the truth of who you are is meant to shine.
There is so much information gathered in this area with so much potential healing that can happen. Healing in this area requires great awareness. This is where we feel safe, we believe root ideas about ourselves, and we have faith in something bigger. It is here that we feel cared for, loved, connected, safe, supported, and fundamentally allowed to thrive in our lives. This is our Mother Earth Connection containing all the necessary wisdom to live our life’s passions and desires. It is here where we gain insights through our inner voice recognizing it is connected to divinity.
Especially those of us to which were born into a masculine body have this insatiable urge to be one with their own mother nature. Fostering their feminine side through actions of self-care, nurturing, love, support, and connections will only enhance their ability to be successful within the world. Our connection to our mother nature is calling us back to the true purpose of our lives. In addition, there is a small point at the end of the sacrum, this is the coccyx. It is here that light resonates out and streams further down through and into the core of Mother Earth. It is a vibration of consciousness unlike anything we have experienced as humans. It is pure light helping us to navigate back to the womb of her safety and eternal wisdom that is calling us back home. This is a thin yet strong high vibratory light stream resonating out of and into the coccyx. It is a kite string of energy connecting our entire physical structure to the Earth in acknowledgement of the interdependent relationship we have with the physical and emotional perceptions of our entire being in exchange for safety, nurturing, and supported eternal love inside the core of our existence and the core of the great mother that we stand, move, and sleep upon. She is our eternal womb right here and right now on this Earth plane calling us back home to our knowing that everything we ask for manifests through conscious and subconscious means. This small and yet powerful tip is bonded with the Mother. This is our anchor and are fluidity which balances, shifts, sways, and moves in all directions as if we were a mother ship effortlessly moving on the water and yet feeling connected and safe all at the same time. It is here that we embrace our entire being which is tuned into our intuitive nature calling us to stay or motivating us to move forward on our way. It is a powerful source of energy which stabilizes and connects our entire lightbody and assisting our physical body to make necessary changes for evolution. Connecting with this area unites us with our soul’s purpose.
Next is the joint of the sacrum and the iliac together. This structure is a body of strength inside of our body. It’s natural fortitude grounded in creativity gives us a balanced connection to our intuitive knowing of how and when to approach and press situations and how and when to release any desired outcomes. It is the float and the flight of a butterfly’s wings which has such tenacity to affect the corners of the Earth. When this area is unrestricted it becomes a free-flowing distribution of energy within the body, effortlessly helping us fly in all areas of our lives and lifetimes. True and effective power in this area is reflected as the human that has become a perfectly centered being of masculine and feminine energies. One area does not fall in the shadows of another. Light energy passes through this area in the form of nerves, tissues, and blood vessels. Nourishing, protecting, and creating pure light through the rest of the system. It safely holds the seat of our soul, our purpose for being, and our free expression of our intuitive nature. Our imaginations thrive in these areas and they allow us to safely feel, prosper, and dream our reality into existence. We can only fly when we feel with fluidity and remember the truth of our existence created and rooted within the mother Earth. This is our true power within creation.
This area is critical to the manifestations of our dreams.
It is here that we achieve everything that we can imagine and more.
Just as a butterfly moves gracefully with the flapping of its wings, gliding on the winds of the universe, so too can we as human beings assume this same state of being. Our Sacrum reminds us of this ability we all contain.
Whatever is wanting, needing, asking to be released within this structure does and will come up for us in many forms. We may contain feelings of underappreciation, lack, financial strain, regrets, disconnection, or survival issues. We must continue to remember these are beliefs & ideas about life that have come from our experiences growing up or from our ancestors and lineage. We can help ourselves and our lineage through resolving and releasing these ideas within and around the restrictions we feel. As we feel into this, as we do this, we create our new reality, and everything begins to open up again to our natural ability to fly with fluidity within our renewed wings.
As we reconnect, resolve, and release this area we return to a state of balance tuning us once again to our natural state of being which is exceptionally creative, expansive, free, abundant, and connected.
The sacrum, coccyx, and iliac all are in synchronistic flight together to bring balance, intuition, and knowing back into our lives. Health in these areas allows us to be in tune with our environments and helps us to make fruitful contributions to the lives and life of the Mother Earth. We must heal our selves to return to the Earth that was meant to thrive within our lifetimes. She is waiting for us to embrace our true power through the wings of the butterfly and the safety of the seat of our soul; Our Sacral Sacred Essence.
