LESSON 4 – The Heart – Love

LESSON 4 – The HEART

The heart is the center of all creation. This is where everything
resides.
It encompasses every ‘good’ thought and every ‘bad’ thought.
It contains the everything and the nothing.
It is the point of infinite stillness.
It is all creation, and it is the miraculous.
It resides at the center of you which is why you are a miracle.

Everything we have stored that has been projected upon us is
waiting here to be uncovered, released, and powerfully resolved
back into the nothingness from which it came. Every challenge,
every idea, every philosophy, and every difficulty all remain stored
within this center. When we realize we are the creators and co-creators of our own reality, we embrace our fullest potential.

Our
hearts vibrate at 528hz capable of dissolving anything less than its
frequency and raising vibration to meet it exactly where it is, love.
All we must do is tune into and tap into love and allow the heart
center to sing its vibration.

When we become this, we enter a new state of awareness
embodying everything as connected. As we realize we are
connected to everything we also realize our brother’s and sister’s
pain is our own. The heart does not take on the illusions of pain and
suffering. It cannot carry such a load. What it does is transform energy into its vibration if we allow it to do so.

As we tune into the
darkness and the light, as we see ourselves as part of everything, we
can be within the illusion and become the vehicle for
transformation. This is power. This is the most powerful force in the
universe residing within you. Stand in the center of love and all
those trapped in the illusion of anything less than love will either
raise their vibration to meet yours or they will move the other
direction until one day they are ready. This is the meaning of
surrender and the true understanding of why we must accept
everyone as doing and being the best versions of themselves at every
point in their lives.

We are always exactly where we need to be, in
all ways.

 

Therefore, I believe Ethan’s birth and almost every difficult
experience in my life was exactly what I needed to have happen. It
transformed me into better versions of myself all leading me back to
the truth of my existence, of our existence, of all of us, the vibration
of love. With every difficult experience I was challenged to ask
myself if I wanted to look at this situation from the eyes of a victim
needing to protect and shield myself from the outside world or am I
being asked to go deeper to resolve and release something that needs
to be transformed. I chose to believe in the latter so that I and my
entire lineage could become the love that was waiting for us to
rediscover.


Personally, I had a lot of resolving and releasing to do
throughout my life and I was put here to shine the light on all of it.
I am the fortunate one with the honor of becoming this. This is my
truth, and this is my lineages truth. This is my purpose, and this is
my grace. The weight of generations lived within me waiting to be
released and transformed back into the light from which it came.

We can all do this for ourselves first and for our ancestors if we allow
ourselves to deeply go where no one has ever gone before; back to
the return of love.

We are the vessels for change.
We are the sacred chalice.
We are the love we have been waiting for.
We sense and feel this with every cell in our being because we
are vibrating at the heart level.

We are everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We know it is all taken care of in new and more beautiful ways
every time we connect through our hearts and allow the lower
vibrations to pass through as they are transformed through our
bodies.

We are the vehicles of light.
We are all space, time, and dimension and our home never left;
it was always right here within us.
It was the vibration of love that contained everything and
nothing. Our true center and the point of inner stillness. It was
always waiting for us. It was always right here in this now moment
as our true power waiting for us to reconnect.

Remember…
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast,
it is not paid. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily
angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes,
always perseveres. Love never fails.”
(1 Corinthians 13, 4–8, the Bible)

This quote will live on forever within the Christian writings. It
certainly is a form of truth for all of us. This is also who we already
are and what we already contain.
Love can do anything, and nothing is impossible to love. We are
love and so nothing is impossible to us.

We no longer stand in our own way because we know the truth
of who we are. Through vibration we can do anything, and
everything is possible because we are the point of creation.
We are this now moment, we are the vessels, we are the infinite,
we are the everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We are the ocean, we are the skies, and we are the earth. We are
connected to it all.


Anytime there is something that happens, something you feel or
sense, something you hear or see that brings up anything less than
love like anger, hatred, rage, or fear we know it will no longer stay.
As we become the vessels of light it now becomes our purpose to
help it transform.

We don’t avoid the darkness. We pass through it. As we stand
strong in the darkness it transforms through us.
We breathe into it, and in presence, we allow the great mother
to transform it all. We are the wombs of transformation and within
us is the love that nourishes and enlightens all energy into
something more beautiful. All illusions release, all insecurities will
dissipate, and all impossibilities will cease to exist.

We can choose our creations through our awareness.
Meditation and heart-full practices centering us in the body are
critical to this transformation. They create the space and the
strength needed to tune in, drop in, and deeply sense feel and always
know, even amid chaos. It might be chaos out there or chaos within
— either way, it is all the same.

We must drop in — be with ourselves, sense, feel and know the
chaos so that we can know true love. There is no other way around.
There is only one way: through the fires of limitation. This is where
our spirits ascend as the rising above. This only happens through a
complete experience of the oneness that already exists within you in
the heart.


This is the key you have been waiting for; it is your life’s work
waiting for you to turn the key. Now open the door and walk
through. You must begin where you are. And with everything that
comes up, you connect with love and send it back to the nothingness
that it came from which is everything.

This is your work, this is your way, therefore you came here…
To experience and be love… That’s all there is. That’s all we do.
We return to love.

& Allow your Diamond to Take Shape!

Thoughts on Gratitude…

The other day, a client asked me, “Do you know anything about gratitude? And how does it work?”  To which I replied… “Oh yes!  Thank you for asking…gratitude does work!” 

And of course… I didn’t just stop there… I continued on… with one of my long winded answers. 

I just love it when people ask me questions… I tend to go on tangents and then always have to circle back and ask, “Did I answer your question completely?” I just get carried away with the winds of wisdom that blow on by with creative and fun answers that just hit me in the midst of conversations with clients, friends, and family. 

So… it got me thinking this week… how can I talk about gratitude in a simple form to help us all elevate and expand our experience?  Here goes…

I have to thank this client for asking me this question… little did this person know that they were my angel in disguise that day.  As soon as I was asked the question, I knew that my team of lightworkers were laughing at me going… “You see how you need to practice what you already know!”  I was drowning in my misery that day over several obstacles I kept running into!  And then this person called me with a question in the midst of a frustrating experience I was having in that moment!

Here’s the back drop of the story:

This particular day, I was out running errands finding myself repeatedly frustrated.  I was in the midst of changing over documents and signing papers at my local bank due to an official name change.  I never knew that doing a name change could be such a COMPLICATED process!

As it seems, our society either assumes that if one is changing their name it is either because of a divorce or a marriage.  To which I always had to further explain… neither… I just want to change my name to match more of who I am becoming… “Hmmm…I wondered if they thought I was crazy?” To which people mostly replied… “Why?”

I’m used to people asking me why… I usually have a different opinion than everyone else and seen as ‘curiously unusual’.  It was becoming more and more clear to me that when I decided to walk down this path of a name change that I really was an ‘interesting genre’.  LOL! 

Energy clients usually come to me with issues that have been ongoing or seeking a fresh perspective to a complicated problem and they need motivation to help bring ‘light’ to the situation. 

So, here I was faced with my own interesting situation that I had to bring in light.  We tend to see things in either ‘black’ or ‘white’ and I like to see colors.

I changed my name because I had always wanted to have a name that expressed the energy that resonates from me… uniquely my own and not something that belongs to anyone or anything else. So to me, it was a way to honor my birth family and married family by becoming vibrationally more of what I came here to express. I recently was ordained a spiritual name and felt the desire to integrate it into my first and middle name independent of any prior last names… why? It felt right.

So here I was… trying to explain again why I was doing what I was doing… and why it matters. 

We are based on vibration… everything we are, think, do, and say is based on a vibration that is within us and all around us.  Our vibration attracts more of what we are.  When we allow our vibration to keep climbing higher and higher we want the world around us and within us to reflect more of what we are at the current vibrational state.  We feel it within us and all around us when we walk into a room, visit a town, a friend, family member, or institution.  We are vibrational beings meant to express ourselves at our highest potential and what we feel, say, and do… matters.  As we grow in conscious awareness our vibrations climb and our lights shine.  In so doing we lift ourselves and the world around us as we become more of ourselves.  We naturally feel better and the world around us reflects that.  Soooo…. I wanted to change my name to the vibrational version of me that was emerging within me… and here I was trying to explain this to a bank… a difficult task to do in a few words…

So… after I had finished with the bank and trying to explain an unusual concept within me … I was feeling defeated… like I was having trouble expressing myself… and wondering what was happening within me… I felt like Pig Pen’s Charlie Brown character walking around with a cloud of rain over my head… like why doesn’t anyone see me?  And then suddenly… this person called…. And asked me the question that helped me snap back into place…

Back to Gratitude… and how it works…

After I got off the phone and finished explaining why gratitude matters… I realized I was trapped and not feeling grateful for my current experience… and “Walla!!!!” It hit me… I was having trouble seeing myself clearly so the people around me were reflecting back to me what was unclear about me. 

And then the light bulb went on… and I was SO THANKFUL for that seemingly difficult experience!

So… how does gratitude work?

Gratitude shifts your vibration.  In all moments and every moment.  As soon as you announce, “Thank you!” the universe responds with exciting enthusiasm back to you… you are announcing acceptance and the energy of higher awareness keeps moving towards you…. Even if the perceived event seems lower in vibration… the energy of the event automatically begins to change.  It shifts into a higher vibrational state to match the new energy you are announcing to the world… even during a seemingly dismal outcome… the energy begins to get lighter.   With an acknowledgement of this is happening ‘for me’ instead of ‘against me’.  Everything is happening for us… everything is happening because we have something we are learning or saying to ourself repeatedly within us… we are like tuning forks walking around in the world.  What comes to us is usually a vibrational match to our current state of awareness.  If we are seeing darkness all around us, it’s usually because our vibration is asking us to get stronger within our light.  Resonating on a high vibration can be a difficult adjustment at first.  It challenges us to keep shifting and moving to higher states of being.  It’s symbolic of the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly.  We need to work within ourselves to build our high vibrational tune so that we can transform our world into what we are longing to become… a butterfly uniquely our own… or maybe it is a tadpole into a frog… or any metaphor will do.  We all have a metamorphosis and why not allow ourselves to just go there?  Our vibrations do not match on purpose and we are here to respectfully create our world to become more of who we are and not what others believe us to be.  Nothing is wrong with that, and everything is RIGHT with that! 

Sometimes, the universe throws us an experience because we have big things to learn and sometimes it allows us to flow effortlessly because we have matched our new vibrational level and we are celebrating the vibration of our metamorphosis. 

So just remember… expressing gratitude always brings more gratitude and higher states of awareness.  So whether you acknowledge a deceivingly difficult time in your life with acceptance and gratitude or you are genuinely elated by achieving something monumental in your life… tune into the many colored versions of gratitude and just say “thank you” no matter what.  Allow yourself to become the diamond that is emerging within you.

And there is nothing more fun and joyful than living with clarity of what we love and expressing who we are in ways that allows others to be expressions of more of what they love in their way.

Awakening…

Awakening can happen in many forms at many times in one’s life. Right now, there is a mass awakening happening across the globe. As you know, our lives have been filled with fears and insecurities for several years now. They seem to come in the form of illness, poverty, disease, and the crumbling of societies. As such, these are seemingly large-scale upheavals happening across the globe. They are real to many. Full of fear and full of sacrifice. This is true to this collective matrix in society. And I encourage you to look outside of the collective matrix. Simply, just go within. What happens when we don’t tune into what is happening out there. We begin to know ourselves within here. Within the heart. It is here that we come across the truth of who we are. Underneath all the layers on the surface is an internal knowing that there is a power so deeply ingrained within us that it has the power to heal the sick, feed the hungry, and bring prosperity to the land. It’s in there.

That’s what happened to me.  It was dark for so long.  There was a depth of unexplainable despair within that could not be seen or touched by the outside world and only deeply felt within the heart. 

Define your intuition

And what happens when we allow ourselves to feel such trepidation and fall fully into our own madness?  We learn of the sacred sanctity of the power we all have, to go within and evolve into something greater and more expanded than ever before. 

We become that which we are truly meant to be.  Limitless lights of consciousness perfectly designed to awaken to an energy that lay dormant in the depths of the darkness within us, when activated shoots up to our consciousness an illumination so bright that it has the capacity to heal nations. 

It’s happening.

The awakening will continue to take over this next year.  It will be amazing.  People are coming into their own personal power at proportions unlike any that has ever been seen yet.  

The question is… will you continue to allow your serpent to awaken?

The fiery depths of the sleeping spirit within you.  Will you allow the dragon to emerge into consciousness and awaken within you and all around you. 

All you must do is set your intentions to awaken and it will happen.

Thoughts rush in.

I believe that miracles come from within and then inspire and enlighten a new path of light within the consciousness of groups and societies.

I believe that love is a majorly misunderstood vibration that we have never allowed ourselves to sense, know, and fully embody its true unlimited power.

I believe in unlimited thought, imagination, creativity, joy, and ideas that elevate and enhance our well-being in masterful ways incomprehensible to the mind.

I believe if we continue our own individual paths of self-healing, we will collectively influence the healing of our world.

I believe that you as the individual are that powerful.

And yes, I believe in LOVE. Not in the sense that creates a soft and rather nurturing place to fall or stay. Yes, that is part of it… But I truly believe that love knows NO BOUNDARIES and when we feel limits within us, it is truly a calling to elevate, enlighten, and lift ourselves from the illusions. This may take work at overcoming the fears associated with the illusion and yet again, the belief that it is going to be difficult is an illusion itself.

I believe in love.

I believe in love so powerful it has the power to walk through villages and towns to create health and relieve sickness and pain just by its mere presence.

I believe in love and its ability to hold strong in the face of adversity by its own peaceful power that is reverent, fully connected, and ONE with something greater than we could ever imagine ourselves.

I believe in love that is the oceans, a love that is the mountains, the trees, the land, the beings, and the spirits that walk this earth. It is the love that is within each of us.

I believe when we surrender to this knowing, we surrender to something capable of everything and thereby dismantling the illusions all at once.

I believe in love.

I believe when we come together to be the light, we spread wisdom only felt intuitively within the heart. This inspires us to be different, inspires us to rethink different, inspires us to want differences and, in this beautiful tapestry of difference we are creating, we will remember that it all began from going within. Just like it did when we first came here as a baby. WE SOAKED IT ALL UP IN ANTICIPATION OF AN INCREDIBLE MAGICAL WORLD.

I BELIEVE IT’S STILL THERE AND IT IS YOU AND IT CAN BE NOTHING BUT WHAT WE ARE ALREADY.

I BELIEVE WE ONLY NEED TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON WITHIN OURSELVES, OUR OWN THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS AND DISMANTLE WHAT IS NO LONGER HELPFUL OR SERVING US SO THAT WE CAN FREE OURSELVES TO SEE THAT WE ARE ALREADY LIVING IN THE NEW WORLD.

I BELIEVE WE HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED.

“Thank You, God!”

Recently… I have done a lot of forgiveness… offering up… forgoing… what this means for me is that I have had A LOT of scenarios happening in my life lately that have placed me in a position of just ultimate gratitude for what is already present in my life.

Repeatedly, I have been shown how abundant our universe is and when we become aware of the amazing surplus we already have, even more comes along.  Really… it does. 

My family and lineage lived in lack and fear for a very long time.  There was a lot of fighting, working hard, and insecurity about how we were going to survive growing up.  It was not a good environment.  Needless to say, I unconsciously took this in as a child and ended up portraying this vibration in my day to day relationships.  I had no idea how much of my life was based on lack until I began to pay attention to the dialogue that would often run rampant in my head. 

I never really believed I was enough.  Always striving to do more, be more, have more, and try to prove to myself I was enough.  There were so many reasons why… too many to list.  When I decided to really look at what I kept saying to myself that just seemed so negative inside I began to realize that I just needed to once and for all, put an end to the internal mayhem happening within me and just enjoy the ride.  Once I released the internal upset I was causing within myself on a daily basis and just lay everything to rest… I instead, brought in a new phrase with every perceiving difficult task that happened.  I adopted the new phrase… “Thank you, God!”  Yep… anything that happened that was frustrating or just made me feel like things were not working out… AGAIN became followed up with a “Thank you, God!” 

  • The refrigerator stopped working, “Thank you, God!” then the mechanic would show up that day.
  • My dog was having severe skin allergies… “Thank you, God!” and suddenly, the answer to the allergy dilemma appeared. 
  • I had to be in two places at once and had no idea how to solve the issue… “Thank you, God!”  and one of the appointments would get cancelled on their own. 
  • I had a lack of funds to pay for a recent credit card bill, “Thank you, God” and a check appeared in the mail. 

The list goes on…

What I’m trying to say… we need to begin to turn our thoughts around to anticipate everything that happens in our life as a blessing…

Everything. 

Gas prices are up to $5.15 a gallon…. “Thank you, God!”  someone offers a carpool.

Food doubles in price… “Thank you, God!”  Food gift certificates are delivered to our door. A friend buys me dinner, someone invites me over for lunch, and the local market is having a sale on plants to grow your own food. 

There are ALWAYS answers to a perceived problem… we just must be in anticipation of the amazing outcome that is coming…. No matter what!  Thank you, GOD!  For always bringing the answers… because I know you have everything I need and everything I want already taken care of even if I don’t know it yet…

Reiki has been a gift for me in this manner…

I have been doing Reiki for over 20 years… it teaches…

“Just for today, do not anger, do not worry, and be filled with gratitude.  Devote yourself to your work and be kind to everyone and everything.” 

So with that… Reiki is another way to live life from a place of eternal knowing that all is taken care of… “Thank you, God!” 

I think back on how it has changed my life over the years…. I mean because my son was born with a disability, I was put on a quest to learn every healing modality out there to help him and now I help others!  “THANK YOU, GOD!”

There is so much to be thankful for and so many reasons why…. When we turn it around… everything around… we can have an amazing life right where we are… “Thank you God for everything!”  Life is amazing… no matter what. 

Thank yourself for beginning to bring your awareness to how we tend to focus on what we don’t have as a society… then bring your awareness to how you can do it differently… add in a “Thank you, God” and watch how everything shifts…. “Thank you, God!” becomes a magical mystery of all allowing the anticipated answers to every perceived problem to flow to you… & yes it does flow. 

My mom died when I was 16…. “Thank you, God,” I was able to become psychic because of it! 

My Dad was an alcoholic growing up… “Thank you, God” I realized how addictions can rob people’s lives and it brought compassion in. 

My brother had schizophrenia and was threatening my life, “Thank you, God!” it taught me boundaries… even with family… some of the hardest things for people to understand. 

My son was born with a disability, “Thank you, God!”  I realized I was a lightworker. 

Another son had medical issues… “Thank you, God!” I realized how much our environmental exposures have an effect on our body and how to transform these through diet, herbs, vitamins, clean water, and stones, minerals, etc.… “Thank you, God!”

My husband had a medical issue…oh the number of lessons from this was amazingly transformative for us as a couple… “Thank you, God!” 

A house fire… so much to learn… left us with no home… “Thank you, God!” our home was beautifully rebuilt into an oasis of love.   

Our dog died…. “Thank you, God” … opened me up to love even more.

Oh, so much…. With each loss, disappointment, and shift it has made me shift my perception even quicker and more profoundly than ever before.  “Thank you, God!”

No attachments… just to be in the moment and devote my life to my work…

Thank you God for bringing me Reiki…. So I can pass along these amazing teachings….

Thank you, God, for bringing me Kundalini Yoga so I could feel and be the transformation I have wanted to bring more into my life and help others…

With that… Thank you God for allowing me to share and allowing me to pass along what is meaningful and transformative to me… Thank you, God for you!

Imagine & Create

Imagination is the only knowledge you will ever need.  It is so profoundly capable of anything that everything around you is of your creation.  Once you see your life as your creation you will begin to live through the knowing that wherever two people have gathered miracles may come.  We are able to create whatever we want in our lives consciously and unconsciously.   We can create scenarios of life giving and miraculous opportunities and we can create scenarios of doom and desperation.  It is simply up to us to tune into our own beliefs and ideas and decide to transcend them all given our circumstances.  We can often see this when two people are presented with the same situation the outcomes that result from that situation will be completely different due to the perceived beliefs and ideas of the person.  Why is it that some people can rise above the ashes around them, and others become them? Every facet of what I teach in my sessions, workshops, and classes answers these questions. My work is dedicated to helping others become their soul’s purpose and spirit’s joy. 

We have imaginations more creative and wilder than anything we have currently encountered.   When we become aware of the unceasing ability of our imagination, we become the desires we have always wanted to create.   Ultimately, we become the honorable, humble, love fulfilled, and powerful people we have always wanted. When beings go through hardships and pain it is not in the suffering that they rise above.  It is their ability to ascend the conditions by perceiving them as opportunities for growth and expansion that helps them overcome.  So, why does one person prosper and rise above while the other remains defeated? Because some of us use our innately intuitive imaginations to go beyond the limitations.  Each of us has an internal knowing, sensations, and world of unlimited creation within us that must, has to, and can do nothing else but see life differently than anything we have been taught before. We are this way because we are unlimited souls only limited by our mind’s perceptions.  We are here to create change in this world that is beyond the beliefs of our minds.

How do we do this? By doing, being, becoming everything unlimited. Our imaginations are our hearts desires. This is our true power. We have a purpose and the purpose seeps through our amazing sensations, feelings, and knowing’s of our hearts that have a desire for something even greater than what we currently see. We must allow these sensations to take flight.  When we follow and allow our heartfelt knowing to flourish, live, sprout and grow; when we allow them to speak and expand and blossom to limitless heights beyond our minds, we see that anything truly is possible.  This is creation. This is what the Universe and God has been trying to show us all along. Our expansion is limitless, our profound ability to help others through the heart is limitless. Abundance is everywhere in every way on all levels of the realities.  As we choose to create through our own thoughts and beliefs, we practice becoming more and more unlimited. We are only limited by our own thinking which thinks it must think in a certain way. We can create anything, and the universe will respond in accordance with our vibration.

The universe will either match us up with that which we want to create, or we must become the level of vibration of that which we seek for it to show up.  Lastly, if this still does not happen then we must open to our truest heart’s desires through our soul’s purpose and our spirit’s joy.  Life will show us the journey to get exactly what it is that we want by helping to unfold what our hearts truly long for along the way. We are never being denied anything other than ourselves denying our own hearts.  Illusions and fears were taught to us and we unconsciously soaked up beliefs and ideas that no longer resonate with our hearts. These are the things we are to resolve and release to rise above our mind’s thinking.  

Every prosperous idea that comes to us, we know for it to come to fruition we only need to create all the feelings in the heart that in every moment along our journey is the opportunity to open up and transform.  High vibration momentum will propel us forward to higher and higher states of awareness bringing the synchronistic scenarios to propel us to our destination along the way.  We must simply allow ourselves to keep climbing higher and higher to new levels of awareness.  This is how miracles manifest.  A mirrored unfolding of a limitless reality created by the heart’s desire for joy.

If we can imagine our individual worlds becoming brighter and brighter every day, we will be lead guided and directed to make the changes for this to happen. The hardest part for many of us is learning to surrender and let go of that which we are holding onto so tight to receive our goodness.  Learning to live life through our unlimited abilities is our life work.  It is how we transcend all limitation.  It is our purpose.
 
Imagine your life as nothing else but miraculous and the life of your dreams will finally show up.  Imagine and create.

Healing Happens

A friend called me out of the blue today.  When I answered the phone, I was greeted by an elated voice, “Jennifer! Hello my dear! I just wanted to call and thank you! I think I healed my knees!”  She was so excited with an abundance of joy.  She had just finished working two laborious intensive shifts at her job and her knees no longer hurt.  She was so excited they did not hurt anymore she had to call to tell me. 

I love hearing news like this and find it so much fun!  This is someone who only weeks ago had seen a doctor who told her to prepare to have two knee replacements in the near future.  Not only that, she had begun looking for a new job and contemplating how she was going to afford the medical bills associated with surgery.  When we met and she shared with me her situation I offered her another way.  I explained that all she had to do was be open to purposely shifting her thoughts and beliefs and that she could heal herself.  She had nothing to lose and took the offer.  No looking back and with no doubts she decided that she could either find the other way I was telling her about or she could go on with what she was told, inevitably leading to life changes that would cost her surgery and bills she could not afford.  Through several sessions of working together and using the techniques I use as an OT we uncovered and reacquainted her with her ability to selfheal.  And yes, she healed herself.  She used Reiki (I just reminded her of the gift that she already possessed), we worked together to uncover the thoughts and beliefs surrounding her knees, and the Microcurrent.  We met for a handful of sessions.  As her knees grew stronger and she felt the changes progressively happen she felt more confident in her own abilities.  Until finally, after this last session she was able to go back to work without any issues whatsoever.  So, when she called me to tell me she “thought” she healed herself, I told her, “Well of course you did my dear.”  And we laughed and carried on conversations over the amazing things she was able to do at her job that she could not do before. 

This leads me to the next thought… You see, we have all been taught to believe that we do not have this ability.  We are taught that as we age, we eventually loose functioning and things happen that are beyond our control.  Knee replacements are something that many of us must go through and the idea that there is another way never comes up.  The idea and possibility that we can selfheal is thought of as ridiculous. Not only that, “what kind of audacity do I have to actually give people hope?”  Yes, I have been asked that before.  But you know… this is what I say… which is better…believing that we eventually fall and stay on the ground because that’s just the way it is? Or, believing that we can rise above anything as the phoenix rises again.  I believe we can rise again.  Actually, I know we can.  Maybe, that is exactly why Ethan was born as my son… so that we could show the world that healing happens.  He was born with a condition that we were told to prepare for the worst for the rest of his life.  I said, NO. And we found the other way.  This is what I teach now.  No doubts & commit to another way… and healing happens.  It does.
 
Our thoughts and beliefs create our reality.  No matter what.  We are light based on frequency and vibration.  We are pulse, form, and wave.  Everything we think, do, and be…matters.  Believe me, I would not be so invested in what I do if I did not know without complete confidence.  And I do.  Too many of us think that healing is only possible for a few that happen to receive a miracle.  Not so.  Healing is possible for all.  Too many of us rather keep thinking that we have to suffer, and we have to just deal with the hand that has been given.  Ugh.  No. 

So, when this elated soul called me to tell me “Jennifer, I think I healed my knees!” I told her, “I know you did.”  I was just here holding that vibratory state for you until you created it yourself.  I am here just to remind you of what was always within you. 

Congratulations my dear friend… you remember who you truly are…a divine being of light capable of everything…even the impossible.
