You ARE Amazing. Kundalini, Reiki, & Ancestral Clearing Classes & Trainings

Dear Friends,

Last week, I wrote about becoming a clear channel.  What does this mean?  It means to always hold steady in the highest form of positivity and light filled consciousness as possible.  No matter what.

It means that if you have a goal, and your goal has something to do with bringing more light into this world, all you have to do is keep channeling the light.

Then one step after another will be clearly shown to you.

And it can not get any better than that!

It is blissfully amazing!!!!

How does life become that good?  As you serve yourself to become even brighter then you shall too serve others at least 100 times that.  And in that endless service between you and Creator is the answer to everything you have ever been seeking.

See How Bright You Are!!!

How do you become a channel?

First you must become crystal clear and be able to stay centered…

I offer three ways to do this:

  1. Peace make for your entire lineage and ancestry…. use The Master Prayer & Access only the Light…this is Access Consciousness.
  2. Stay Centered. Be in the Eye. Through everything you are and everything you do. All parts of you are only light. Be the center… Be this Strong.
  3. Ask for help. Reach out and call upon the light and KNOW how to do this. Through the right prayer, through centering, through clearing out patterns and belief systems, clear out karma, through mantra, through centering and channeling only this. Suffering IS the illusion.

Remember this… there is no Sickness

There is no Dis-Ease

Only Light

We are in a time of fast change.

Not because of AI technology.

Rather, GOD consciousness.

Light.

Able to penetrate through any block with butterfly wings.

Healing in all situations.

The strength of the diamond.

The light that refracts from this diamond.

Only light comes to me and only light goes from me.

Boundless, unwavering, solid, and strong.

All that is.

Everything.

A reflection of you.

This past week, several nights I could not sleep. I had an intuitive feeling rise within me. I felt a w/hole within my heart. I couldn’t explain what was happening. It felt so deep and so dark in need of so much help. It felt like a loss of one hundred thousand years old and a hundred thousand generations wide. I could not sleep. The absence became greater… the disconnect felt huge. I felt a longing, heartache, stress, and pain. I felt fear, loss, abandonment and isolation. I asked myself, “Is this my stuff or is this anothers?” I heard an answer…

“BOTH.”

I heard further, “It is yours and it is another’s. It is all of ours.”

I saw a web. A web of healing that needed to happen and then the healing came in golds in whites and violets… here’s what happened next…

As I lay in bed, I felt all the years within myself within the sheets. I felt the sensations of loss and abandonment especially at such a young profoundly innocent age.

I was 18 again. I had my own healing that I was tapping into at the same time that I was feeling this within all those who have ever felt this same way. I felt it within every woman out there that knows that her healing is deeply profound and affects us all for generations to come.

It is wide beyond all imagination. It is strong.

It is all space, time and dimension.

It is ancenstral.

It is within each of us especially the womb of all healing.

The chalice ourselves within the women.

It is the strain and stress of generations that lost the ability to connet through love and true power that only comes form the heart.  The depth of the understanding that we are all connected and that as one of us heals we sense and feel the healing of another at the same time.

It is our ancestors. It is every woman out there that deserves to feel nurtured, loved, supported, and taken care of. That deserves to be connected to the mother with in us all, in all space and time and dimension.

It is the pictures of families torn apart, families just wanting to connect, and the absence of this deeply profound connection. It is the wisdom and knowledge of a time from long ago when we truly all were ONE and we understood the deeper meaning in every plant, every animal, and in every being of existence. It is the reconnection that is happening again and again and again. We are awakening, and in our awakening is the healing that must be done.

To all women needing this healing, this is for you.

And to all men who have been influenced by the women, this is for you as well.

In all space, time, and dimension.

For all the let down within our lives and lineages. For all the times we didn’t feel safe. For all the times we couldn’t be children and lost years of innocense within our lives.

Creator, we ask humbly and gratefully to please lift out all weight, pain, burden, sin, debt, death, negativity, spells, hexes, black magic, white magic, curses, guilt, fear, shame, negativity, unworthiness, and limitation of ANY kind.

Please transform this into your love and light and let this love and light flow effortlessly back into us filling and giving us complete peace now and forever more.

Especially the children and us as children.

Creator, for all the women in all space time dimensions that ever suddenly perished, who lost their lives unexpectedly, who gave up, who were depressed, abandoned, cheated, saddened by life and all the illness and disease that came from it. For all the disconnection that resulted emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially because of it and for all that we made it mean within our lives, lifetimes, and lineages.

For all the hardships and sacrifices we endured and for all the effects it had on each other.

Please help us all, forgive us all, release us all, and forever resolve this within us. Please and thank you.

For all the times as women we were too worn out, depressed, and alone, that we turned our backs on each other and especially you as creator in all forms and names. Please forgive us, please help us to forgive each other, all of us.

PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

Creator, for all the times we were not supported, cherished, loved, and held and in all the ways we didnt support, cherish, love, hold, and nurture each other.

For all the times we were inapporpriate with our daughters, our mothers, our sisters, our cousins, our aunts, our brothers, our fathers, our sons, our uncles and with everyone that has not been mentioned but needs this healing now.

Please forgive and release us all.

For all infidelity in the marriage in the lineage, and between all relationships especially in all the ways this was done in either thought, word, or deed. Please forgive and release it all as we forgie and release eachother and all the ways this affected the children from generation to generation and in all the issues that arose from this and for everything we made it mean from one to another. In all space time and dimension.

Please forgive us all and release us all and turn this into your light and love filling us completely with this love forever more.

For all lies, cheating, deceit, debt, instability, drugs, brutality, threats, and actions in thought word or deed and in all forms, please release, resolve, transcend and transform it all with your love and light.

For all the ways we had to cope to get through it all with addictions, numbness, silence, drugs, foods, videos, gaming, and more. And all the depression, emptiness, & feelings of never being enough, being unheard or misheard, pain and misery that resulted from this especially to the children and us as children.

Please transform this all.

Please transform this into your love, and let your love flow back into us filling us and giving us complete peace now and forever more.

Please help us all love and bless each other, love and bless ourselves, be at peace with each other and be at peace with ourselves,

It is done.

 

As we say these prayers, as we merge to oneness with this consiousness…

We actually drink from the nectar of Light Consciousness.

We actually open the gateway from the heart to the heavens through the river of the throat directly in line with our third eye and in alignment with the pouring down of essence into form.

We actually become the light.

When we see the greatest good for all comes as we channel the greatest good within ourselves. Even amongst the pain of it all.

When we are real, we allow for healing which only takes minutes and moments.

What happened next after I prayed for all of this healing. More healing came in… through more connections. I found that deep healing needed to happen within us, within our relationship for past events and circumstances that lingered like a w/hole in our hearts. This is the web of healing.

A web for all of us.

Everyone.

I felt generations of healing happening at once and felt honored that underneath this all was a diamond that was unburdened once again to shine in her/his true light. For this I am forever grateful for the wisdom of women/men especially the ones that are real among us all.

For all women & men, as we do the work everything gets undone.

We are renewed once more.

Tuesday Morning Kundalini Yoga

This makes me sad as I transition into a new role. A temporary role that I must take for now.  And as we end Tuesday mornings I hope that new opportunity comes. We shall see.

9-10:15am at Gorton Center in Lake Forest – Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation. Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

**ONLINE ONLY WEDNESDAY MORNINGS** 6am-6:40am (FREE) – CHANNEL THE LIGHT. Learn to heal with light energy and the breath. The I AM presence within you that lives and breaths within every cell of your body. As we tune into and tap into this energy we learn to breathe more light into the body, shift the energy around physical limitations, mental limitations, and emotional limitations. Healer, Heal Thyself.

Healer, Heal Thyself.

You are the change you seek.

Several years ago we hosted a small back yard get together at our house with some co-workers and neighbors.  Everyone brought a ‘dish’ to share.  It was a casual impromptu memorial day celebration.

The weather just happened to be unusually lovely, one never knows with midwest Chicago weather, and we spent the day outside.

We had a new addition to our family.  Our young cross bread shelter dog, Larkin.  We welcomed her into our family and she was adjusting rather well that past year.  Larkin loves kids and people in general.  She would often join the kids outside and spend time running, jumping, and playing fetch.  Occasionally, she would get a little excited and jump up on people unexpectedly scratching them with her front paws.  Her playfulness would sometimes be a litte too strong and one of us would end up having Larkin claw marks somewhere on our body.  These would last for a couple days and eventualy heal and fade away.

On this particular day, we had two younger children around 5 years old playing with our slightly older kids.  Larkin had adjusted well to their arrival and everything seemed rather simple.  Kids playing in the yard near the adults that were given a rare moment of socialization together enjoying the day.

Something dociled me into looking over my shoulder, at that exact time I saw Larkin, running along side one of the younger children (about the same size as Larkin).  Larkin definitely felt she had a playmate.  Within moments, I witnessed Larkin jump up with her front paws and accidentaly scratch across a child’s face. It was one slow motion movie that set me into a panicked frenzy knowing that the little girl would next be feeling these painful claw marks.  My heart sank as I imagined the red marks across her face that would be followed by crying.  I knew how much Larkin’s claws could hurt and leave redness not to mention puffy swollen marks that would last for days.

Much to my suprise.  That little girl, who was knocked over, merely winced with shock, and sniffled for 5 minutes while the adults assessed the damages.

There were 4 red marks across her face, which became darker with puffiness as the minutes passed.   To my suprise, the little girl became still, reached out to Larkin, as to forgive her, sniffled a bit more, and then launched herself right up to continue playing.  I was amazed.  I knew how much these claws hurt.  What was going on?

I ran up to my house to find the cotton balls, peroxide, and neosporin to help damage control.  All of an additional 5 minutes later, I returned to see the little girl playing as if nothing happened.  The little girl, with red claw marks, acted as if nothing happened,  Her mom assured me she would be ok.  Then within minutes I noticed that the red claw marks began to fade AWAY.  Within the next hour they vanished completely.

I was astounded.  I know what I had seen.  And I knew how much these could hurt.

I also knew how sensitive the face is and could not imagine how a child, with ultrasensitive skin could heal so quickly and literally before our eyes.

They were gone.

Why do I bring this up?

The little girl healed her body by non reaction.   Her mom was non reactive.  The claw marks literally did not stay and her skin healed immediatley.

This little girl became her own healer and healed thyself.

Just by pure non reaction.

Another example of heal thyself…

This past week… my son Ethan (23 years old) called me from school to tell me his middle back was in pain.

He wanted me to hep him heal what was happening.

I tuned in with my crystal sphere in one hand and my wand in another.

I saw that he had a small cyst on his spine that was filled with fluid needing to be released.  I felt the emotions contained within this cyst.  We spoke together about these emotions and we began the process of releasing the feelings around the cyst.  We breathed into the sensations and allowed what was surfacing to be processed together, resolved, and released.  Together he released some long standing unresolved feelings he had about himself and beliefs he had picked up that were not helping him go foward in life.  They were trapped and casuing pain in this area of the spine.  After we made peace, we energetically released what was left and shifted a pain level of 8 to a 0 within 10 minutes.

He was done and on with his day within 15 minutes.

Cyst vanished.

Healer, healed thyself.

He shifted the beliefs that were holding the trauma literally within his tissues.

The body holds memories and as we unwind these sensations we allow for new realities to come in and these are miraculous.

We know in CranioSacral healing we do cellular releases taking us through an unwinding process to heal tissues emotionally, physically, and mentally to get to the root of healing.  And sometimes we even talk with the tissues to help the process along.  I see these in picture images and literally peace make to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit and helping one become free of dis – ease.

Lastly we come to a case of kitty healing.

Her owner asked me to assess energetically and see if I could help her kitty heal a tail that had crimped unable to freely move and help the cat balance as she ran and jumped as typical cats do.  Her energy was low and she seemed to loose her kitty cat gusto.  Well, I got to work.  Kitty accepted the energy and we began energetically communicating as we brought the healing energy in together.  She showed me her fall that led to the crimped tail, and how she had lost her balance adding to the continued frustrations and low energy.

We brought more of the healing energy in together and we imagined healing violet white energy lining ever tissue and joint of her tail.  Additionally, we sent healing energy to her endocrine system and her vestibular system.  We made peace for the fall and we made peace for alot of energy that had led up to the moment in time when the fall had transpired.   Then I was shown how to help ‘uncrimp’ the tail energetically, smooth out the meridian lines and auric layers.  After two sessions, she was energetically back.

Kitty has sprung back to life, she’s jumping again, and her tail is flowing and flexing as she moves synchronistically, jumps, and runs effortlessly.

KITTY HEALER, HEALED THYSELF.

HOW can these things happen?

It is only through acceptance we are all healers and we need only to learn how to work in cooperation with the creative force within us all.

We can heal.  People, places and things can heal.  Time lines can heal.  We can align with the highest possible quantum reality as we tune in and resolve and release for anything less than a miracle.

Flex & Flow

Flex & Flow

Last week I shared how I like to keep it simple.  This is still something that does not come easy.  For example…

My son is a student at Denver University.  He is going through a difficult period in his life.  He had some major medical issues come up the past two years that we are methodically working our way through.  It has taken alot of dedication, effort, and keeping things simple.  To make a long story short, just the other day, we were on ‘FaceTime’ catching up and doing a meditation together.  Actually, it was a visualization meditation where we aligned his chakras (‘energy centers’ in the body), helped them to spin at his normal young 22 year old vibrant rate, and then worked on bringing light into his spine and cranium through the soft violet white healing energy of the reiki channel or better know is the ‘I Am’ presence.  Lastly, we visualized the healing rays of light which are soft and vibrant pinks, purples, blues, greens, yellows and whites all around him just eminating from the poors of his skin.

I know, sounds complex…right?

We’ve been working on this awhile now.  Well after months of breath training, visuals, and coaching, Aiden finally was able to voice to me that he actually could see what I was describing finally happen.  Eventually, through enough meditations and work we were able to get to the point that now the light energy just comes in and automatically takes over.  He can see it and feel it.  Why are we doing this?

Miraculous healing has to happen on ALL levels.  

Aiden has a physical deformity issue that is more than a physical diagnosis.  It is a deep mental, emotional, and ancestral trauma.  He is doing the impossible.  Through healing on all of these levels we are seeing dramatic improvements in a case of scoliosis that was irrepairable and needed surgery immediately.

We don’t know why this happened.  It just happened.

His scoliosis went undetected and finally realized what was happening through a practitioner that wanted to investigate more why his back was muscularly malaligned. There is a story behind this that we will save for another day.  For now, our questions became answered with a traumatice diagnosis of scoliosis that was almost irrepairable.

We took immediate action.

We put together a team of holistic professionals to surround Aiden with healing on all levels.

This was NOT something that needed to be fixed by surgery.  We decided to BELIEVE in another path.

In order for this to heal and for Aiden to become WHOLE again we had to get to the root of where this came from and heal from the deepest part of his being.  

It has been a long road well worth it.

Although, we still have a ways to go our efforts are working.

Aiden is receiving the following work that has had to keep all of us flexing and flowing and willing to make changes at any moment to keep our healing train on the tracks.

What we are experiencing…

Aiden is healing emotionally through reiki + craniosacral therepy.  He is deeply healing through connections of emotions and sensations in his body and deeply processing on the table with a practioner who is helping him realease trauma in his body form this lifetime and beyond.

He is working with a Rolfer who is massaging and manipulating his spine to remove toxins and manipulate his musculoskeletal structure back into alignement.  Every time he receives one of these sessions Aiden goes through a somato-emotional release that he can sense and feel is coming up into his body and needs to process by tuning into his sensations, talk about the unusual feelings of emptineess that he is finally addressing within him that went unanswered for so long.

He is doing Schroth method of spinal realignement meant for people with scoliosis of 1.5 hours of deep spine work 2 times a week with more processing and visualizations that come when he has to concentrate on deeply visualizing and moving his body in new patterns of realignment.

He is doing pranic healing remotely with a practitioner who energetically realigns his spine.  Essential oils to heal his body, supplements for extra nutritional support, high quality all organic foods, and laslty…

weekly processing time and meditations of bringing in full healing with me.

Is it working?  Yes… his spine has already realigned 10+ degrees and we  get another xray in March to see how much further we have come.

The thing is, I already see the miracle… we are just holding the vision strong and we needed ALL THE SUPPORT of the entire team to get us there.

And the moment that doubt creeps in, is the moment we have to flex with the change in tide and flow into a new alignment that this IS happening.

This is not the first time I have had to hold this vision for someone in my family.  It happening with the birth of Ethan in 2001.

Born with Spina Bifida and told that he would never have major functioning in most of the systems in his body. (written in my book “Trancending Limitations” Pegaus 2022) We continue moving towards full healing on all levels.  He has had some major setbacks the past 4 years and is finally returning to himself.  After realizing that what we were doing was working he is finally embracing this on his own.  Now we are bringing more advanced energy healing practice to keep the healing going and have miracles truly unfold in the next ten years.

Just wait… and see.

As I hold true to flexing and flowing in my life personally and professionally it has come to my attention that everyone is ready now.  Everyone wants to know how to heal.  Whether it be a need for physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, or any other area, all of it will happen when you are completely supported and BELIEVE that it is happening.  That is CONSCIOUSNESS.

The ‘I Am’ presence in us all.

We only need to be taught how to access this and bring it in.

Tuesday Morning Kundalini Yoga

9-10:15am at Gorton Center in Lake Forest – Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation. Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

The Power of Love

The Power of Love Celine Dione sings this so beautifully…

“We’re headed for something,
Somewhere I’ve never been.
Sometimes I am frightened,

Of the power of love…
The power of love…”
 
Love reaches us all at some point in our life.  In can come in packages great and small disguised as so many gifts and wearing so many different colors at the same time.  At the root of it all is the power of love.  How great do you want this power to be within you?  How incredible do you want the truth within you to shine.  How abundant do you want your life to become?  Get ready… because when we answer yes to all of these questions and when we honestly want it all, we are ready to learn.  The acceleration into the power of love will happen in incredible amounts of time space continuum blasting anything that is less than this out of its way and propelling you into the infamous creative process of love in ecstatic creation and the epitome of divinity. 

Love is truth.  It is the creative force within us that wants to bring us all together.  Holding us close… holding us tight to the eternal bosom of the mother breast and allowing each person to be nurtured and unfold into the aliveness that is waiting to burst out from within them. 

How can we love so many and be so strong within that love?  We can.  We can love so many at so many eclectically different levels.  It is the extension from our hearts that is the creation of who we are.  If we can become the divine love that resides in creator and allow that love to encompass our entire being than we can extend this love to every person place and thing that we encounter on all levels of creation.  You are creator and you create your existence.  If you come from a place of eternal and exuberant love for every living and nonliving thing and being than there can be nothing but satisfaction and all-encompassing compassionate love for all of creation.  The mother of divinity looks upon us with the eyes of wonder in who you are and marvels at your existence seeing the light in everyone she gazes upon.  I see that in you.  You are love in creation seeing and knowing yourself for the first time and every time every day.  In every moment there is a spark of creation wishing and desiring to become more of itself… love.  It can not be contained and all it does is wish to unfold into more of itself.  It wishes to become more of its glorious music that seeps into its bones and encompasses every inch of skin that lays upon your body.  Love is in every creation… it does not, not exist.  It is impossible to go without and it feeds the very essence of our soul. 

How open do you want to become?  What are you afraid of?  Are you thirsty to be quenched with the music of love and laughter that wants to feed you and lift you up to all eternity?  Then come to her.  Allow her to rearrange your life, lift your soul, and sweep you off your feet.  She wants to bring a heavenly guide into you that is leading you on the path that you can not see.  No one comes to tell you where you are going when you are in love.  It just is. Being in love is the very essence of each one of us.  We are love, we are in love, it is all around us.  It is as if the fish is seeking the water and fails to see that it is everywhere all around her until she one day pauses and senses deep within the sustenance that was always there seeping through her skin, her gills, deep with in her bones and propelling her forward swimming naturally all on her own. 

Once you realize the love that you are there is nothing that can’t happen, nothing can hold you back and all you are comes radiantly out and within you and elevates the world as you know it into a higher state of awareness that cannot be figured out.  It is miraculous truth unfolding innately on its own without the rhythm that you know and completely consumed by divine forces of music that know nothing else but to grow and blossom right where it is.  It is the eternal unfolding of the great mother love that is grasping your hand pulling you close to her body and consuming your every being until you finally realize that you are the sun and the moon and the oceans that you marvel so deeply at in awe. 

The power of love will lead you to a place that you have never been.  Allow yourself to be frightened and be ready to learn because your soul is finally escaping into an infinite reality that is beyond limitation and truly sensed with every part of your miraculous being.

Become the power of love, dear one and let it take you to unlimited divinity discovered within.

How to Transcend this time…

Living in the in-between… Transcending this time…

Currently, we are living in the in-between.  What we currently are seeing happening out there we need to actively go within, transcend and live beyond into what we want to create.  If we want to make lasting changes in our world that are heart centered we must see beyond.  We must hold vision into the future of what we want to create, see beyond our limiting minds, and distractions and move into all that is.  We must feel the uncomfortable, ask what it is that we want to create from this and move from there.  We must sense what is not working and extend into the infinite that is able to provide every miraculous possibility with heart full exploration.  It all begins with the individual. 

We all have thoughts and ideas about life… things we would like to create from our dreams.  This is possible.  This will happen.  Those seeds were not put there to be dormant, they were put there to sprout and grow.  Imagine for a moment, the part of you that lives within your dreams.  The part of you that has unlimited possibility desiring to create fully from the heart.  Then imagine all of this fully falling together as if an orchestra is creating beautiful heart filled music which fills your senses with wonder and joy.  Just imagine.  Breathe into the moments of ecstasy and bliss and also the moments that feel strangely separate, detached, and doubting.  These will come up for you.  It’s all part of the process.  A seed that is sprouting has to work and move the ground above it in order to make it’s way to the light.  Even then it must grow only in a way that is innately it’s own.  There is no perfect way to do this.  And it does not stop to doubt itself and stay hiding from the journey of growth.  It does not use mental reasoning to think of all the ways it can’t do something.  It knows nothing else but to go forward and do what it is supposed to do; grow, become, and share it’s beautiful unique gifts.  It knows no other way to do this than to be.  It just is. 

I encourage you, in times of growth and separation that seem to be in the in-between, to embrace these moments that feel separate and insecure and to address them one to one.  Don’t push them aside or tell them to go away.  Embrace their gifts, because as every seed knows, the darkness has it’s gifts.  For without it, there would be no light.  Embrace these gifts of darkness, these times of transition, for what they are… opportunity to grow, expand, renew, and become your true self.  This is what we were always meant to do and become. 

We are in a time of dramatic change which is to be embraced by each person out there as a way to grow and reach for the light of consciousness that is encouraging all of us to be one with our heart-felt desires.  We are the Ocean no just a cup from the Ocean.  Dip into that and become one with the unlimited that exists within you.  Darkness is not to be avoided, but embraced for the teachings that it provides.  Plants can not survive and grow strong without the elements of nature imposing on its growth only to help it thrive.  It needs all grades of wind, rain, cold, heat, and light to help it become it’s purpose.  We can learn a lot from a plant, a flower, a tree, and a forest.  There is an instinct of perfect harmony that happens and nature never ceases to exist.  It continues to grow and become.  It just is. 

As we go through this time of transformation, we may feel like we are in a cocoon.  This may be what we need for now.  Eventually, we will have that desire, the impulse to begin to emerge and break free.  Even then we will have to sit and let our wings dry for awhile.  Being curious about what we are to become.  This is the process my friend.  This is exactly where you are supposed to be.  It is here that I encourage you to continue to open your hearts and become.  Become more of the you that you were always meant to be.  The part of you that desires goodness and grace in every moment of your life and the lives around you.  Take this time to sense it, feel it, become it.  You are a being of light and your essence is this.  It can be nothing else.  Of course, there are many different types of butterflies just as if there are many different plants, flowers, and trees.  Some are stronger than others, some seemingly more vibrant, and some with curiously dark behaviors.  The only way to thrive in our existence is by knowing thy true self first.  Knowing your purpose, knowing you are one.  How does this happen?  By being exactly where you are and beginning from within.  Then you will see the journey was always supposed to be this way because it was always asking you to become more of you. 

You see, I can not be more of me unless you are more of you.  We need each other.  We need each other to thrive and become, to expand and unite.  We need to support each other through the darker times holding vision for each other of the light that is just ahead.  The mysteries of the forests are here to show us this.  Allow this time to be your transformation and eventually you will emerge into all that you were ever meant to become.  We don’t really know how one particular seed will germinate until it just decides to go forth and be.  Become you… We are here to connect and extend ourselves to the limitless possibilities that we all have.  We can learn, we can recreate, and we can become anything and everything all at the same time. 

This is our truth…become.

The Power of the Divine Feminine

The heart of a woman is infinitely divine.  She is automatically connected to source energy and she can heal herself profoundly well.  Some have only forgotten this ability.

I was in the middle of a session with a client the other day when an image came to me of a beautiful woman with living, purposeful grace of a creative intelligence beyond words.  This woman resonated divine love.  She was glowing in the wisdom of divine love, compassion, and peace.  She radiated love to everyone she met by her loving eyes that graced acceptance to all beings.  Her vibrancy and fire from her own internal knowing of who she ‘is’ resonated so strong that she could walk into the room and shift the energy to shear love through her presence.  She was divinity.  She was a strong peaceful power knowing exactly what she was meant to complete in her lifetime.  She could be and do absolutely anything.  She was divinity. 

A perfect balance of feminine and masculine energy exuding no pressure or strain and only a knowing of the all-powerful magic which she embodied.  This woman was infinitely divine with the purpose of creation.  One wanted to be in her presence.  She was a love like no other that transcended everything.  She welcomed us to stand with her and embrace the energy for ourselves and in so doing she resonated light that one could not help but embody themselves.  As they shifted up to and held a level of vibration close to hers they began to embody their own peaceful power and began to see that they too were the same as she.  They soon came to realize the path they had been taking up until now was one of self-discovery.  The illusions of separation, difficulty, and despair were illuminated.  They would finally see that she had come to show them the way.  Her elevated state was only a reflection of what they had already contained.  They were awakening. 

They wanted this power because that meant they could help others do the same.  In this power they were taught to work cohesively and collaboratively together.  As they learned to succeed together they helped each other all at the same time.  No one person was ever above another and they all shared this common knowing that we are all valued and in need of each other for the divine gifts we have to share.  No one else could compare to anyone else and thus everyone had their own uniquely needed and necessary contribution to make to the success of the whole.  She helped them to see and know they are each necessary to fulfill the purpose of life.   Each individual’s purpose burns to unite and come to a supreme understanding of divine magic and miracles contained within all.  She was an example of power in every sense of the word.  Many wondered, “How did she become this? How did she get to this point of all knowing wisdom in her life?  How does she know?” 

It was only through a lineage of healing which happened from moment to moment and connected to the past only within the present.  This lineage of women realized over many years that healing only comes from within.  The more they focused and understood their power to heal and be healed their lineage of ancestors simultaneously healed within themselves.  They knew that they were to finally stop the limiting beliefs and programming that had taken over generation after generation.  They were the cohort that would stop this and heal the past from the present moment and thus permanently shift the future.  Their entire universe was shifted and elevated through one woman stepping into her power.  It only took one woman to see that this was the path.  True power only comes from compassionate acceptance of our faults and misbeliefs and a will to tune into and turn on the infinite connection that are never separate.  As she began to work on herself she opened up to the all knowing possibility that she was doing this for her mothers and grandmothers and fathers and grandfathers that came before her and all the tribes of lineages before.  It was simply that simple.  As she elevated, resolved, and released they too were doing the same.  She was the healing they had been waiting for on the other side.  As she did this they worked together and dimensions shifted.  The veils of separation of souls that had been lost were lifted in her work.  She figured out that as she cleared herself she felt her mother and grandmother lift and be cleared.  And she could feel their gratitude for helping to release us all from the regrets and misunderstandings carried with them to the other side.  The universal healing was immaculately orchestrated between worlds.  All because one woman decided it was time to do things differently. 

As they continued to heal, the energy continued to shift and the patterns of a long held belief system that no longer ‘worked’ transcended.   As she became more of her powerful self it extended to her present-day lineage.  She saw her children shift as she shifted herself and without effort witnessed them learning to heal their own bodies.  Simply embodying this power is all that was required.  She saw the important role of the man to support the woman… to care for and to elevate her existence because as he recognized his important role as supporter, protector, and caretaker of peace and love and his deep role of cultivating respect and admiration for the female the true balance of masculine and feminine returned and further unified the relationship.  The balance of feminine and masculine as a healing force for the family lineage became prosperous again.  The children effortlessly embodied this as their reality and a new generation of self-healers was born again.  As the masculine embraced the importance of the feminine the feminine reflected this by embracing the masculine.  Their unified individual selves became complete.  As they were complete within they so shall could be complete together in a new relationship meant to support their individual powerful paths with the purpose of completing our new world consciousness rooted deeply in love, compassion, and collaboration. 

This all began with the gestation of the woman stepping into her peaceful power and knowing that there was another way.  She listened to her intuition and was determined to go forth and create a new existence.  When she decided to become this and when he supported her intuitive knowing life became amazing, the lineage transformed, and an elevated existence became reality for all of Earth.  Gardens grew, they fed the people, they helped them see the miraculous that came from within and embodied the innate true peaceful power shifting everything.  The waters cleared, the fish came back, the forests grew thick and vibrant, the climate balanced and the ice resumed.  Everything began again in a fresh perspective of vibrant peaceful and balanced ways.  We embodied our Garden of Eden again and the truth of the cyclical nature of life was revealed. 

This is the power of the infinitely divine woman feminine energy that we all have within.  This is what she is showing us now.  This is our truth.
