Happy Labor Day weekend.

These photos sit next to the manuals, scientific journals, and esoteric practices I keep in my office where I see clients, write, practice, and create during the week.
The top right is a picture of my Great Grandfather, who came to this country from Italy and established life for his family in America. The picture on the left is my Grandfather as a new high school graduate from one of the public schools in New York City. The picture on the bottom right is my Uncle (standing) and my mother as an infant in the stroller.
All of these people were laborers. My great grandfather was one of the first tradesmen in New York City as he and his wife built their new life after surviving the tumultuous voyage by boat from Italy to New York City’s Ellis Island.
My grandfather had several siblings that came over on the boat and some tragically perished from sicknesses endured from the stress and poor conditions of the journey.
My grandfather, born in this country, brought new life to the family, became a plumber who built many of the original buildings standing in New York City today.
My uncle (mother’s brother) was the vice president of the NYC American Federation of Teachers who was keystone builder of the NYC Teachers Union impacting thousands of teachers and children advocating for the rights of education across NYC. Their dedicated efforts to improving the livelihood of people made the difference in the lives of children and families and the learning environments and conditions they endured.
These men worked hard and delivered goods and services in the foundational infrastructure of one of the first cities in America; New York.
Here are some comments about my Uncle;
“Charlie was basically a people person, he worked very hard in the early days when we were trying to build the union. I think his personality had a lot to do with drawing people into the union. He listened, he was respected; he never brushed you off.”
Uncle Charlie

I bring this up because these men in my life built New York City and their families all at the same time. It was a fundamentally hard working career choice they had made to build a better life for their lives and the lives of everyone living in New York City.
Through year after year of diligent work they made an impact on the livelihood of this thriving city.
Were they perfect at what they did? No. Did they make mistakes? Absolutely. And, if it were not for their perseverance and dedication to making life better for everyone involved we would not be where we are as a society today.
This is history. And this is only a snap shot of my family history of the movement and birth of the importance of LABOR DAY.
If you would like a nice article on the history of Labor Day, I found this one to share. It goes through a brief synopsis of the importance of this day.
I am focusing on Labor Day because of the heart that went into building a country that stands today as a support system and respite place for so many.
People come to America to rebuild, to prosper, to start over, and to live a life they have always dreamed.
Many times, its not easy. And yet, the ones that dig deep, persevere, and endure are the ones that come out understanding the true meaning of heart coherence.
Coherence implies harmonious order, connectedness, stability and efficient use of energy.
When we live life through heart coherence we live in a state of Conscious Coherence for the good of all involved.
A balance between dedication, diligence, peace, and humble knowing.
That is what the founding fathers and mothers of this country did.
And for that reason, I find Labor Day one of the most fundamentally celebrated and cherished days of the year.
As you go into your Monday, Labor Day, allow time to remember who built not only this country but your family.
Honor them.
Respect them.
Cherish them.
And you will find a new state of awareness that will bring you to an elevated view of what it means to be part of a heritage of family within your own personal lineage and the lives of all those around you.
We are all truly connected.
Happy Labor Day everyone.
Sat Nam, Namaste, Light, Love and Blessings,
~Jennifer

Manifest through Heart Coherence
September 25th thru October 30th

The Sandwich Connection – Heartfully Manifest Your Soul Purpose and Your Spirit Joy.
I often have to ask myself… “What is possible?”
I am always wondering what ‘more’ can I do to help.
Years ago I developed this program because I needed to shift my thinking into a state of cohesive alignment with my soul and spirit.
What is soul?
This is our reason for being here.
Our soul comes in with a plan for our personal evolution.
All of our lessons are here to be learned in this moment. Then I realized that my SPIRIT is always connected and that this connection to higher CONSCIOUSNESS wants me to connect with these soul lessons so that I can learn how to ascend with Consciousness itself.
