LESSON 4 – The Heart – Love

Good day,

LESSON 4 – The HEART

The heart is the center of all creation. This is where everything
resides.
It encompasses every ‘good’ thought and every ‘bad’ thought.
It contains the everything and the nothing.
It is the point of infinite stillness.
It is all creation, and it is the miraculous.
It resides at the center of you which is why you are a miracle.

Everything we have stored that has been projected upon us is
waiting here to be uncovered, released, and powerfully resolved
back into the nothingness from which it came. Every challenge,
every idea, every philosophy, and every difficulty all remain stored
within this center. When we realize we are the creators and co-creators of our own reality, we embrace our fullest potential.

Our
hearts vibrate at 528hz capable of dissolving anything less than its
frequency and raising vibration to meet it exactly where it is, love.
All we must do is tune into and tap into love and allow the heart
center to sing its vibration.

When we become this, we enter a new state of awareness
embodying everything as connected. As we realize we are
connected to everything we also realize our brother’s and sister’s
pain is our own. The heart does not take on the illusions of pain and
suffering. It cannot carry such a load. What it does is transform energy into its vibration if we allow it to do so.

As we tune into the
darkness and the light, as we see ourselves as part of everything, we
can be within the illusion and become the vehicle for
transformation. This is power. This is the most powerful force in the
universe residing within you. Stand in the center of love and all
those trapped in the illusion of anything less than love will either
raise their vibration to meet yours or they will move the other
direction until one day they are ready. This is the meaning of
surrender and the true understanding of why we must accept
everyone as doing and being the best versions of themselves at every
point in their lives.

We are always exactly where we need to be, in
all ways.

 

Therefore, I believe Ethan’s birth and almost every difficult
experience in my life was exactly what I needed to have happen. It
transformed me into better versions of myself all leading me back to
the truth of my existence, of our existence, of all of us, the vibration
of love. With every difficult experience I was challenged to ask
myself if I wanted to look at this situation from the eyes of a victim
needing to protect and shield myself from the outside world or am I
being asked to go deeper to resolve and release something that needs
to be transformed. I chose to believe in the latter so that I and my
entire lineage could become the love that was waiting for us to
rediscover.


Personally, I had a lot of resolving and releasing to do
throughout my life and I was put here to shine the light on all of it.
I am the fortunate one with the honor of becoming this. This is my
truth, and this is my lineages truth. This is my purpose, and this is
my grace. The weight of generations lived within me waiting to be
released and transformed back into the light from which it came.

We can all do this for ourselves first and for our ancestors if we allow
ourselves to deeply go where no one has ever gone before; back to
the return of love.

We are the vessels for change.
We are the sacred chalice.
We are the love we have been waiting for.
We sense and feel this with every cell in our being because we
are vibrating at the heart level.

We are everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We know it is all taken care of in new and more beautiful ways
every time we connect through our hearts and allow the lower
vibrations to pass through as they are transformed through our
bodies.

We are the vehicles of light.
We are all space, time, and dimension and our home never left;
it was always right here within us.
It was the vibration of love that contained everything and
nothing. Our true center and the point of inner stillness. It was
always waiting for us. It was always right here in this now moment
as our true power waiting for us to reconnect.

Remember…
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast,
it is not paid. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily
angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes,
always perseveres. Love never fails.”
(1 Corinthians 13, 4–8, the Bible)

This quote will live on forever within the Christian writings. It
certainly is a form of truth for all of us. This is also who we already
are and what we already contain.
Love can do anything, and nothing is impossible to love. We are
love and so nothing is impossible to us.

We no longer stand in our own way because we know the truth
of who we are. Through vibration we can do anything, and
everything is possible because we are the point of creation.
We are this now moment, we are the vessels, we are the infinite,
we are the everything and the nothing all at the same time.
We are the ocean, we are the skies, and we are the earth. We are
connected to it all.


Anytime there is something that happens, something you feel or
sense, something you hear or see that brings up anything less than
love like anger, hatred, rage, or fear we know it will no longer stay.
As we become the vessels of light it now becomes our purpose to
help it transform.

We don’t avoid the darkness. We pass through it. As we stand
strong in the darkness it transforms through us.
We breathe into it, and in presence, we allow the great mother
to transform it all. We are the wombs of transformation and within
us is the love that nourishes and enlightens all energy into
something more beautiful. All illusions release, all insecurities will
dissipate, and all impossibilities will cease to exist.

We can choose our creations through our awareness.
Meditation and heart-full practices centering us in the body are
critical to this transformation. They create the space and the
strength needed to tune in, drop in, and deeply sense feel and always
know, even amid chaos. It might be chaos out there or chaos within
— either way, it is all the same.

We must drop in — be with ourselves, sense, feel and know the
chaos so that we can know true love. There is no other way around.
There is only one way: through the fires of limitation. This is where
our spirits ascend as the rising above. This only happens through a
complete experience of the oneness that already exists within you in
the heart.


This is the key you have been waiting for; it is your life’s work
waiting for you to turn the key. Now open the door and walk
through. You must begin where you are. And with everything that
comes up, you connect with love and send it back to the nothingness
that it came from which is everything.

This is your work, this is your way, therefore you came here…
To experience and be love… That’s all there is. That’s all we do.
We return to love.

How to bring in Profound Healing for your Entire Family & Lineage through YOU

Good Evening Friends (I truly mean this from the depths of my being),

These days, I hope you can feel the love that goes into each note that I send out.  If you were right in front of me, it’s as if we were having a fabulous conversation together and I get to share the compassion and love that wants to just fill you up with so much amazing light.

If a can, I want to share a most amazing experience with you…

We just finished the IntuitLove Experience last weekend.   It was a beautiful 6 weeks of profound healing and deep understanding that as we set our intentions in our lives through sensations and feelings of what it is we would love to bring in for our family, relationships, health, spirit, abundance, and life purpose or career; we are shifting our lives to a deeply profound connection asking for us to go further than we have ever gone before.

We get to sense and feel like nothing else we have ever sensed and felt before and we get to go deep into profound awakening that allows for those goals and intentions to begin materializing all on their own.

I began this journey years ago with the Sandwich Connection, a 6 week program meant to shift and steer you on a path to higher awareness and awakening.  This awakening allows for miracles to be rewoven into life and allows for us to see the greatest good of everything happening within us and all around us.

It is a profound journey of goodness and grace that clears everything in the way of divine bliss and connection which is your true nature!

You see, I want this for you.  It is so much easier to go through this in community.  And I want to share this with you profoundly in a deep way.

It’s a 6 week program where we create miracles.  And we help each other realize that through the awakening is where we are fully connected to all that is.  It is here that amazing synchronicities get to align.  It is a deeply profound journey.

We are connected.  And if I can help you achieve your wishes and dreams for you and your entire family and lineage then I am living my purpose.

This is what we do…

Weeks 1-2 is about understanding how it works.

Weeks 3-5 is about establishing our wishes and dreams and working the energy to manifest and materialize what it is we are asking to have happen.  The sky is the limit and we are swimming in an ocean of abundant awareness that wants to bring us our wishes and dreams.  This is what we do!!!!

Week 6 is about bringing it all together and helping each other understand how we can keep this going together.  How do we continue to support each other and how do we keep this going.

Miracles happen.

Lives change.

Healing happens.

Prayers are answered.

Dreams come true.

We are the keys to the kingdom…

When we allow ourselves to deeply and profoundly feel and sense in the presence of others an amazing thing happens… we all heal and we all raise our vibration!!!

Several weeks ago, a wave of tiredness that went deep into the bones of my body profoundly came over me.  I was going though a deep shift. I felt an unshakable knowing my entire family and lineage was healing through me.

Not because of me.

Through me.

As I have been taking the time to ‘tune into’ every single sensation I have ever ignored within me so that I can go deeply where I have never gone before AND OPEN TO A PART OF ME THAT IS COMPASSION actively peace making for a profound symbolic reintegration of light and love of my entire family and lineage through all space time dimension.

This is not work for the lighthearted.  This is deeply profound work that requires the brave courage of a warrior of light willing to go where no one has ever gone before.

My lineage has covered up immeasurable pain with addictions, brutality, disease, separation and medical conditions.  We have spent an enormous amount of time in sufferings and victimhood.  And through it all, everything I have seen and made peace for, I now am seeing the miracles happen again.

Healing is happening where addictions are resolving and releasing at an exponentially fast rate.  Sensations and feelings that were numb to any responses or anatomical connections that made the general physiology of the body ‘stop’ working are coming back. Diseased conditions and medical issues that have plagued our family are resolving, releasing, and healing without explanation.

I am experiencing shifts at profound levels that takes an extraordinary amount of presence and attention to detail.  It is as if a laser light beam is shining onto every part of our existence in every corner of my body and allowing light to go where it has never gone before to free up every hidden fragmented parts of me and our lineage so that only profound amounts of light can come from us and go to us. And this can only be done by trusting, knowing, having faith and seeing the shadows that want to shift into light.

It’s how we can lead a horse to water and watch how it wants to drink, intuitively knows how to drink, and finally trusts again that the water is safe to drink. And so, the horse drinks all on its own.  It feels connected.  It senses the Oneness. It is beyond the mind and intuitively connected with the heart.

I feel safe enough to share with you something I have had to hold on my own for a long time. This is it…

Sickness is not sickness. Disease is not disease.  It is the language of the body speaking to us through us that something wants to be resolved, healed, and taken care of.  The body is asking for help to heal in a profoundly intuitive way.  When we tune into the sensations of the body and see what is there we can allow the moment of this experience to uncover all the shadow that was hiding, make peace for it all, and watch as the light comes in and sweeps it away.

This is the light workers way.  

We are profoundly finely tuned instruments of energy that can heal on multi levels all at one time and we deserve to come into these deeper and greater understandings of what true healing is.  It is a profound rewriting of the programming that has always been living inside that is waiting to be freed and shifted in this life time that does not have to ever hurt.  It can be amazingly connected, in tune, and in love with life.

As we come into a reconnection of ourselves through presence we open into a doorway to the other side that is better than we can ever imagine.

And quite often we have to sink into the stillness of nothingness where everything resides and full healing comes only in the presence of consciousness/conscience itself.

We have to be brave enough to sit in the dark.  Ironically this is the very womb that we came from which is where the answers remain.

It is my life purpose to meet you there, peace make for it all, and watch how the miracles unfold for you and everyone around you.

And this is exactly what is happening.  Every sickness, being turned around.  Every ache, a story that no longer needs to be played.  Every pain, a point of deep resistance to the truth of who and what we actually are.  All we have to do is presence ourselves into what is happening and then healing miraculously happens on all levels.

We wipe away all our doubts and fears that were speaking though our body so that we can keep moving and going forward into more light, more availability, and more sense of wonder. We are connected, capable, amazing, and full of miracles.

Thoughts on holding space…

Good day everyone,

This picture was captured in Colorado by my son on one of his overnight trips.

This beautiful landscape is one of the many views at Eagles Nest Wilderness.

It really is an incredible depiction of the many wonders held in our beautiful world we live.  And such an honor to view such a site with our own eyes.

Awe inspiring to see such light shining in the darkness and come through with such vibrance.

Our Mother Earth is sacred.

She holds us in all space and time and creates connections throughout lives and lifetimes.

It is a wonder to imagine how many have seen these same sights in so many lives and lifetimes.

How long these mountains have been standing and for how many more lives and lifetimes they will remain.

I can’t help but wonder about the profound impact we have in every moment.

Within every dark moment there is light.

There is an inverse relationship.

Many lives and lifetimes have gazed upon these very mountains.  When you and I are gone, they will remain.

I aske myself… “How can I heal and evolve through the lessons of my soul (the imprints we came to heal) and become even more connected to Spirit (the direct connection we already have)?”

I heard, “Continue to help, to give back, and bring in light; no matter what.”

For me, this is the definition of ‘holding space.’

Remaining in the energy of light, even within another’s darkness can be very rewarding and challenging at the same time.

As we hold space in only light it is reflected as sacred space for all.  Sacred space only holds light.  It can not contain anything less.  It is only light.

When we help someone come to ‘light’ everyone ascends together.

There is no greater purpose.

It is how we can lead a horse to water and the horse will intuitively drink.

The horse intuitively senses drinking will provide life force (light); a way out, through and around to the other side into the light. It intuitively rests into this.  It just naturally becomes.  

There is no struggle.  There is only light.

It is in our nature.  We are all connected to Spirit.

And this is all we are.  Already here.  Now.

Let us reflect light upon the world.

Only light.

Intuition involves listening with the entire body.  There is a collective energy system made up of everything within and surrounding us.  It is tuned into everything.  Through intuition we understand that energy does matter.  Energy is everything within us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  It is also everything surrounding us.  The environment we live, our work, our social outlets, and all our relationships.  It is the energy of our cars, our bikes, our homes, and every physical and non-physical thing we can think of.  Energy is everything.  We are a part of all of it and it is a part of all of us.

Collective energy is everything made up on a massive scale.  Social institutions, religious institutions, educational systems, political systems, towns, cities, etc.  These are much larger in scale and just as influential energetically.  We are a part of everything, and everything is a part of us.  From the person we sit next to on the airplane to the words in a book we just finished reading.  It is all perfectly aligned with our energy, our vibration, around us and within us.

Everything that comes to us has been brought through our thoughts, beliefs, and ideas.  As we believe, as we shall see.  Our conscious and unconscious beliefs shape our reality.  This really does matter.

We are made up of our lineage, our ancestors and everyone that came before us.  This is all a part of our energy, our vibration.  This means as we become aware of all our connections, we become aware of our ability to shift our reality.  We have the power to shape our reality by keenly tuning into thoughts, beliefs, and ideas about life.  These are connected to our families thoughts, beliefs and ideas, and our societies thoughts, beliefs and ideas.  It is truly amazing.

Therefore, being deeply honest and full of integrity is absolutely important to us, our heritage, and our future generations.  Any hidden secrets or lost information within our histories has a valuable impact on our awareness and what happens in our lives.  Uncovering the truth of this can be extremely valuable to our welfare.

It is easy to acknowledge and appreciate the good things that happen.  We are grateful and we celebrate these experiences.  For example, the extra money that comes to us, the job promotion, the A on an exam, or something that we simply just did well.  It is difficult to recognize our downfalls.  The startup company that failed, the new employee that isn’t working out, the unsuccessful relationships, broken marriages, and multitude of other possible experiences. These are more than just negative events. They are a part of our energetic vibration living within our field of awareness.   As we vibrate on a certain level we draw these experiences to us.  We attract what we contain.

What we attract calls our attention to the gifts being presented and helps us learn more about ourselves on many different levels.  With insight we can clean up the past through our present and positively influence our future.  First, we must be where we are, tune into the current vibration, and become aware this is happening.

As we shift our energy through awareness, we shift to a new perception where blocks no longer exist.

Many of us were taught to think hard and make wise choices.  Always to reason life and mindfully live through carefully calculated thoughts.

Intuitive living is thoughtful and heartfully inspired together.   It accelerates critical thinking and elevates our energy.  Opportunity is our friend. Failure is perceived as opportunity for growth, and we learn to improve our lives.  As we learn from our experiences, we inspire others to do the same.

Intuition is sensation. It is heart intelligence speaking to us through the sensations of the body.  We ‘feel’ the right path to follow, we ‘feel’ connected to the right relationships, we ‘feel’ good in a certain environment.  We ‘know’ through embodied sensations what is good for us.  We also ‘feel’ when it feels confusing and bad.  We ‘feel’ afraid in certain environments, we ‘feel’ constricted in certain social situations, we even ‘feel’ bad around certain people.  We are very smart with embodied clairvoyance.

One of the issues blocking intuition is that many of us have not grown up honoring our gifts.  We have been inhibited by our societies, institutions, or families.  We are taught that what we ‘feel’ is not right. We are taught to reason everything through the mind.  Unfortunately, this removes us from our intuition and makes us numb to our internal voices from within.

To return to the intuition that resides in all of us we must learn to exercise this part of ourselves and live fully from the heart.  It is easier to live from the heart than the mind and creates an inspired, connected, and fruitful life.  At first, this may seem unfamiliar and uneasy.  This is common when we are used to mindful living.  The more we sense through the body and tune into our heart intelligence, we learn to listen to our internal voices already awakened to inspired living.

The intuitive feels everything around and within discerning truth.  We believe there is another way to living that is lighter and full or inspiration.  We hold the vision as we walk the path guiding us along out journey.  We know what is possible and feel this is truth letting go of how it is going to happen.

Intuition is not always easy.  It is an unusual way to live. It combines faith in something greater guiding us on our way and embodied listening.  It is not always accepted nor is it in tune with the rest of the world.  It can be very humbling and extremely rewarding.   Intuition lives in unison with the heart, the environment, and spirit.  It is harmonious and connected to flow.  Conscious Intuitive Living is coming from the wholeness of your being allowing Spirit to guide into the unknown.

Our physical bodies function without thought.  Our hearts beat, blood is pumped, our lungs deliver oxygen, our skin tunes into sensations.  Intuition functions the same.  It leaves out thought or predictable patterns and tunes into embodied understanding.  We are connected to an ever-expansive universe responding to our vibration.  When we realize our power through awareness our highest vibration begins to greatly matter.  We know we are always being answered by our vibration. It is law.

In the next 4 weeks you will learn how to build your intuitive muscle and shift your vibration to expanded awareness fully connected with heart intelligence.  The goal is to become intuitively confident and consciously live from an elevated state of vibrational awareness.

This will positively shift and affect relationships with the people places and things around you.  Joy will enter and inspired living will consume life. It will be more important to follow the calling of the heart than the rational of the mind.  Living at the highest possible vibration will take precedence.  A power so strong will be revealed that anything less will not be tolerated. Lasting energetic vigor will prevail.

This practice will help you live from the inspired joy you have been waiting for. Your glass will consciously always be full and never half empty.  This is the heartful way of living inspired by the conscious intuitive. Let’s get started….

Here is a general outline of what to expect:

Week 1 – Embodied Listening –

We will understand what it means to be a fully engaged tuned into all 6th senses.  We enhance our ability to listen with our bodies, our spirit, and the callings of our soul.

Week 2 – Cleansing our Energy –

We cleanse the body of limiting thoughts and beliefs.  We work the energy centers of the body, the chakras, and release everything unaligned with our truth.  We become powerful. Our vibration elevates and we learn to co-create with the universe.

Week 3 – Cleansing our Environment –

We cleanse our environment.  Our homes, work, or establishments we frequent.  Everything holds energy. We release stagnant energy and surround ourselves only with our highest potential.  We learn how to self-care in all environments.

Week 4 – Consciously Merging Life as Intuitive

We focus living authentically as an intuitive.  We live from the heart and merge into a fully inspired life.  We shift our relationships and environments.  We continually expand our consciousness and live expressively making lasting changes in our world to this new way of high vibrational living.

Finally, there are a few things you will need to do to prepare for the weeks ahead.

You will need to bring ritual into your life. It is extremely important to embrace time for yourself in the morning.

  1. Keep a journal by your bed. As soon as you begin to wake in the morning you will ask yourself what you need to do this day.  You will lay there and wait for answers.  This may come in visions, words, or sensations. Whatever you feel led, guided, and directed to do you will embrace.  Allow yourself to open to the awareness’s that come through the promptings of your soul.  Take as long as necessary to feel what comes. Do not get up until you feel this connection.  Then allow yourself to journal what comes though.  Write all of it down.    Even if it does not make sense. This is one of the most sacred times of the day that will develop your intuition.
  2. Then listen to the daily lesson. Listen and visualize how you will structure your day according to the daily lesson.  This is a fundamental component of this course.  Listening and visualizing your day will instantaneously set you up for success.  It will connect you to the energy of this course meant reconnect you to your power.
  3. Set up a folder in your email ‘inbox’ designated for the daily lessons. You will neatly organize the audio and written lesson to easily refer as needed.
  4. Lastly, set aside 20 minutes at the end of your day to reconnect with you. Undisturbed and preferably immediately before bed.  Record what you learned that day.  Keep track of the revelations that came in.  Record all of it. Then ask for spirit to guide you in your dreams and continue to teach you what you need to know as you become aligned with your intuition.  Ask for spirit to clean your energy body and realign you with your high vibrational self.  Ask and expect miracles through the night and into the next day.

Remember, some of these lessons are shorter and some are longer, but none are more than 20 minutes in length.  The REAL PRACTICE comes throughout the day as you shift over into this new way of inspired living.

Become confident in yourself to access spirit and live life intuitively.  This is your power and setting yourself up with the 4 points above by:

  • Asking spirit to direct your day – listening to what comes in and writing it down.
  • Listening to the daily lessons and visualizing your day.
  • Organizing and setting up an email folder.
  • Reconnecting with your spirit and your intuitive self at the end of the day. Asking to be cleansed, cleared, and reunited with your high vibration through the night.

This past week, several nights I could not sleep. I had an intuitive feeling rise within me. I felt a w/hole within my heart. I couldn’t explain what was happening. It felt so deep and so dark in need of so much help. It felt like a loss of one hundred thousand years old and a hundred thousand generations wide. I could not sleep. The absence became greater… the disconnect felt huge. I felt a longing, heartache, stress, and pain. I felt fear, loss, abandonment and isolation. I asked myself, “Is this my stuff or is this anothers?” I heard an answer…

“BOTH.”

I heard further, “It is yours and it is another’s. It is all of ours.”

I saw a web. A web of healing that needed to happen and then the healing came in golds in whites and violets… here’s what happened next…

As I lay in bed, I felt all the years within myself within the sheets. I felt the sensations of loss and abandonment especially at such a young profoundly innocent age.

I was 18 again. I had my own healing that I was tapping into at the same time that I was feeling this within all those who have ever felt this same way. I felt it within every woman out there that knows that her healing is deeply profound and affects us all for generations to come.

It is wide beyond all imagination. It is strong.

It is all space, time and dimension.

It is ancenstral.

It is within each of us especially the womb of all healing.

The chalice ourselves within the women.

It is the strain and stress of generations that lost the ability to connet through love and true power that only comes form the heart.  The depth of the understanding that we are all connected and that as one of us heals we sense and feel the healing of another at the same time.

It is our ancestors. It is every woman out there that deserves to feel nurtured, loved, supported, and taken care of. That deserves to be connected to the mother with in us all, in all space and time and dimension.

It is the pictures of families torn apart, families just wanting to connect, and the absence of this deeply profound connection. It is the wisdom and knowledge of a time from long ago when we truly all were ONE and we understood the deeper meaning in every plant, every animal, and in every being of existence. It is the reconnection that is happening again and again and again. We are awakening, and in our awakening is the healing that must be done.

To all women needing this healing, this is for you.

And to all men who have been influenced by the women, this is for you as well.

In all space, time, and dimension.

As we say these prayers, as we merge to oneness with this consiousness…

We actually drink from the nectar of Light Consciousness.

We actually open the gateway from the heart to the heavens through the river of the throat directly in line with our third eye and in alignment with the pouring down of essence into form.

We actually become the light.

When we see the greatest good for all comes as we channel the greatest good within ourselves. Even amongst the pain of it all.

When we are real, we allow for healing which only takes minutes and moments.

What happened next after I prayed for all of this healing. More healing came in… through more connections. I found that deep healing needed to happen within us, within our relationship for past events and circumstances that lingered like a w/hole in our hearts. This is the web of healing.

A web for all of us.

Everyone.

I felt generations of healing happening at once and felt honored that underneath this all was a diamond that was unburdened once again to shine in her/his true light. For this I am forever grateful for the wisdom of women/men especially the ones that are real among us all.

For all women & men, as we do the work everything gets undone.

Tuesday Morning Kundalini Yoga

This makes me sad as I transition into a new role. A temporary role that I must take for now.  And as we end Tuesday mornings I hope that new opportunity comes. We shall see.

9-10:15am at Gorton Center in Lake Forest – Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation. Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

Become Strong As Diamonds

& Allow your Diamond to Take Shape!

Thoughts on Gratitude…

The other day, a client asked me, “Do you know anything about gratitude? And how does it work?”  To which I replied… “Oh yes!  Thank you for asking…gratitude does work!” 

And of course… I didn’t just stop there… I continued on… with one of my long winded answers. 

I just love it when people ask me questions… I tend to go on tangents and then always have to circle back and ask, “Did I answer your question completely?” I just get carried away with the winds of wisdom that blow on by with creative and fun answers that just hit me in the midst of conversations with clients, friends, and family. 

So… it got me thinking this week… how can I talk about gratitude in a simple form to help us all elevate and expand our experience?  Here goes…

I have to thank this client for asking me this question… little did this person know that they were my angel in disguise that day.  As soon as I was asked the question, I knew that my team of lightworkers were laughing at me going… “You see how you need to practice what you already know!”  I was drowning in my misery that day over several obstacles I kept running into!  And then this person called me with a question in the midst of a frustrating experience I was having in that moment!

Here’s the back drop of the story:

This particular day, I was out running errands finding myself repeatedly frustrated.  I was in the midst of changing over documents and signing papers at my local bank due to an official name change.  I never knew that doing a name change could be such a COMPLICATED process!

As it seems, our society either assumes that if one is changing their name it is either because of a divorce or a marriage.  To which I always had to further explain… neither… I just want to change my name to match more of who I am becoming… “Hmmm…I wondered if they thought I was crazy?” To which people mostly replied… “Why?”

I’m used to people asking me why… I usually have a different opinion than everyone else and seen as ‘curiously unusual’.  It was becoming more and more clear to me that when I decided to walk down this path of a name change that I really was an ‘interesting genre’.  LOL! 

Energy clients usually come to me with issues that have been ongoing or seeking a fresh perspective to a complicated problem and they need motivation to help bring ‘light’ to the situation. 

So, here I was faced with my own interesting situation that I had to bring in light.  We tend to see things in either ‘black’ or ‘white’ and I like to see colors.

I changed my name because I had always wanted to have a name that expressed the energy that resonates from me… uniquely my own and not something that belongs to anyone or anything else. So to me, it was a way to honor my birth family and married family by becoming vibrationally more of what I came here to express. I recently was ordained a spiritual name and felt the desire to integrate it into my first and middle name independent of any prior last names… why? It felt right.

So here I was… trying to explain again why I was doing what I was doing… and why it matters. 

We are based on vibration… everything we are, think, do, and say is based on a vibration that is within us and all around us.  Our vibration attracts more of what we are.  When we allow our vibration to keep climbing higher and higher we want the world around us and within us to reflect more of what we are at the current vibrational state.  We feel it within us and all around us when we walk into a room, visit a town, a friend, family member, or institution.  We are vibrational beings meant to express ourselves at our highest potential and what we feel, say, and do… matters.  As we grow in conscious awareness our vibrations climb and our lights shine.  In so doing we lift ourselves and the world around us as we become more of ourselves.  We naturally feel better and the world around us reflects that.  Soooo…. I wanted to change my name to the vibrational version of me that was emerging within me… and here I was trying to explain this to a bank… a difficult task to do in a few words…

So… after I had finished with the bank and trying to explain an unusual concept within me … I was feeling defeated… like I was having trouble expressing myself… and wondering what was happening within me… I felt like Pig Pen’s Charlie Brown character walking around with a cloud of rain over my head… like why doesn’t anyone see me?  And then suddenly… this person called…. And asked me the question that helped me snap back into place…

Back to Gratitude… and how it works…

After I got off the phone and finished explaining why gratitude matters… I realized I was trapped and not feeling grateful for my current experience… and “Walla!!!!” It hit me… I was having trouble seeing myself clearly so the people around me were reflecting back to me what was unclear about me. 

And then the light bulb went on… and I was SO THANKFUL for that seemingly difficult experience!

So… how does gratitude work?

Gratitude shifts your vibration.  In all moments and every moment.  As soon as you announce, “Thank you!” the universe responds with exciting enthusiasm back to you… you are announcing acceptance and the energy of higher awareness keeps moving towards you…. Even if the perceived event seems lower in vibration… the energy of the event automatically begins to change.  It shifts into a higher vibrational state to match the new energy you are announcing to the world… even during a seemingly dismal outcome… the energy begins to get lighter.   With an acknowledgement of this is happening ‘for me’ instead of ‘against me’.  Everything is happening for us… everything is happening because we have something we are learning or saying to ourself repeatedly within us… we are like tuning forks walking around in the world.  What comes to us is usually a vibrational match to our current state of awareness.  If we are seeing darkness all around us, it’s usually because our vibration is asking us to get stronger within our light.  Resonating on a high vibration can be a difficult adjustment at first.  It challenges us to keep shifting and moving to higher states of being.  It’s symbolic of the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly.  We need to work within ourselves to build our high vibrational tune so that we can transform our world into what we are longing to become… a butterfly uniquely our own… or maybe it is a tadpole into a frog… or any metaphor will do.  We all have a metamorphosis and why not allow ourselves to just go there?  Our vibrations do not match on purpose and we are here to respectfully create our world to become more of who we are and not what others believe us to be.  Nothing is wrong with that, and everything is RIGHT with that! 

Sometimes, the universe throws us an experience because we have big things to learn and sometimes it allows us to flow effortlessly because we have matched our new vibrational level and we are celebrating the vibration of our metamorphosis. 

So just remember… expressing gratitude always brings more gratitude and higher states of awareness.  So whether you acknowledge a deceivingly difficult time in your life with acceptance and gratitude or you are genuinely elated by achieving something monumental in your life… tune into the many colored versions of gratitude and just say “thank you” no matter what.  Allow yourself to become the diamond that is emerging within you.

And there is nothing more fun and joyful than living with clarity of what we love and expressing who we are in ways that allows others to be expressions of more of what they love in their way.

To become Strong as Diamonds… allow your diamond to take shape.

Awakening…

Awakening can happen in many forms at many times in one’s life. Right now, there is a mass awakening happening across the globe. As you know, our lives have been filled with fears and insecurities for several years now. They seem to come in the form of illness, poverty, disease, and the crumbling of societies. As such, these are seemingly large-scale upheavals happening across the globe. They are real to many. Full of fear and full of sacrifice. This is true to this collective matrix in society. And I encourage you to look outside of the collective matrix. Simply, just go within. What happens when we don’t tune into what is happening out there. We begin to know ourselves within here. Within the heart. It is here that we come across the truth of who we are. Underneath all the layers on the surface is an internal knowing that there is a power so deeply ingrained within us that it has the power to heal the sick, feed the hungry, and bring prosperity to the land. It’s in there.

We become that which we are truly meant to be.  Limitless lights of consciousness perfectly designed to awaken to an energy that lay dormant in the depths of the darkness within us, when activated shoots up to our consciousness an illumination so bright that it has the capacity to heal nations. 

It’s happening.

The awakening will continue to take over this next year.  It will be amazing.  People are coming into their own personal power at proportions unlike any that has ever been seen yet.  

The question is… will you continue to allow your serpent to awaken?

The fiery depths of the sleeping spirit within you.  Will you allow the dragon to emerge into consciousness and awaken within you and all around you. 

All you must do is set your intentions to awaken and it will happen.

And yes, I believe in LOVE. Not in the sense that creates a soft and rather nurturing place to fall or stay. Yes, that is part of it… But I truly believe that love knows NO BOUNDARIES and when we feel limits within us, it is truly a calling to elevate, enlighten, and lift ourselves from the illusions. This may take work at overcoming the fears associated with the illusion and yet again, the belief that it is going to be difficult is an illusion itself.

I believe in love.

I believe in love so powerful it has the power to walk through villages and towns to create health and relieve sickness and pain just by its mere presence.

I believe in love and its ability to hold strong in the face of adversity by its own peaceful power that is reverent, fully connected, and ONE with something greater than we could ever imagine ourselves.

I believe in love that is the oceans, a love that is the mountains, the trees, the land, the beings, and the spirits that walk this earth. It is the love that is within each of us.

I believe when we surrender to this knowing, we surrender to something capable of everything and thereby dismantling the illusions all at once.

I believe in love.

I believe when we come together to be the light, we spread wisdom only felt intuitively within the heart. This inspires us to be different, inspires us to rethink different, inspires us to want differences and, in this beautiful tapestry of difference we are creating, we will remember that it all began from going within. Just like it did when we first came here as a baby. WE SOAKED IT ALL UP IN ANTICIPATION OF AN INCREDIBLE MAGICAL WORLD.

I BELIEVE IT’S STILL THERE AND IT IS YOU AND IT CAN BE NOTHING BUT WHAT WE ARE ALREADY.

I BELIEVE WE ONLY NEED TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON WITHIN OURSELVES, OUR OWN THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS AND DISMANTLE WHAT IS NO LONGER HELPFUL OR SERVING US SO THAT WE CAN FREE OURSELVES TO SEE THAT WE ARE ALREADY LIVING IN THE NEW WORLD.

Take comfort now… in the mass awakening that is happening.  For in the depths of the darkness the brightest lights will shine. 

We become that which we are truly meant to be.  Limitless lights of consciousness perfectly designed to awaken to an energy that lay dormant in the depths of the darkness within us, when activated shoots up to our consciousness an illumination so bright that it has the capacity to heal nations. 

The question is… will you continue to allow your serpent to awaken?

“Thank You, God!”

Recently… I have done a lot of forgiveness… offering up… forgoing… what this means for me is that I have had A LOT of scenarios happening in my life lately that have placed me in a position of just ultimate gratitude for what is already present in my life.

Repeatedly, I have been shown how abundant our universe is and when we become aware of the amazing surplus we already have, even more comes along.  Really… it does. 

My family and lineage lived in lack and fear for a very long time.  There was a lot of fighting, working hard, and insecurity about how we were going to survive growing up.  It was not a good environment.  Needless to say, I unconsciously took this in as a child and ended up portraying this vibration in my day to day relationships.  I had no idea how much of my life was based on lack until I began to pay attention to the dialogue that would often run rampant in my head. 

I never really believed I was enough.  Always striving to do more, be more, have more, and try to prove to myself I was enough.  There were so many reasons why… too many to list.  When I decided to really look at what I kept saying to myself that just seemed so negative inside I began to realize that I just needed to once and for all, put an end to the internal mayhem happening within me and just enjoy the ride.  Once I released the internal upset I was causing within myself on a daily basis and just lay everything to rest… I instead, brought in a new phrase with every perceiving difficult task that happened.  I adopted the new phrase… “Thank you, God!”  Yep… anything that happened that was frustrating or just made me feel like things were not working out… AGAIN became followed up with a “Thank you, God!” 

  • The refrigerator stopped working, “Thank you, God!” then the mechanic would show up that day.
  • My dog was having severe skin allergies… “Thank you, God!” and suddenly, the answer to the allergy dilemma appeared. 
  • I had to be in two places at once and had no idea how to solve the issue… “Thank you, God!”  and one of the appointments would get cancelled on their own. 
  • I had a lack of funds to pay for a recent credit card bill, “Thank you, God” and a check appeared in the mail. 

The list goes on…

What I’m trying to say… we need to begin to turn our thoughts around to anticipate everything that happens in our life as a blessing…

Everything. 

Gas prices are up to $5.15 a gallon…. “Thank you, God!”  someone offers a carpool.

Food doubles in price… “Thank you, God!”  Food gift certificates are delivered to our door. A friend buys me dinner, someone invites me over for lunch, and the local market is having a sale on plants to grow your own food. 

There are ALWAYS answers to a perceived problem… we just must be in anticipation of the amazing outcome that is coming…. No matter what!  Thank you, GOD!  For always bringing the answers… because I know you have everything I need and everything I want already taken care of even if I don’t know it yet…

Reiki has been a gift for me in this manner…

I have been doing Reiki for over 20 years… it teaches…

“Just for today, do not anger, do not worry, and be filled with gratitude.  Devote yourself to your work and be kind to everyone and everything.” 

So with that… Reiki is another way to live life from a place of eternal knowing that all is taken care of… “Thank you, God!” 

I think back on how it has changed my life over the years…. I mean because my son was born with a disability, I was put on a quest to learn every healing modality out there to help him and now I help others!  “THANK YOU, GOD!”

There is so much to be thankful for and so many reasons why…. When we turn it around… everything around… we can have an amazing life right where we are… “Thank you God for everything!”  Life is amazing… no matter what. 

Thank yourself for beginning to bring your awareness to how we tend to focus on what we don’t have as a society… then bring your awareness to how you can do it differently… add in a “Thank you, God” and watch how everything shifts…. “Thank you, God!” becomes a magical mystery of all allowing the anticipated answers to every perceived problem to flow to you… & yes it does flow. 

My mom died when I was 16…. “Thank you, God,” I was able to become psychic because of it! 

My Dad was an alcoholic growing up… “Thank you, God” I realized how addictions can rob people’s lives and it brought compassion in. 

My brother had schizophrenia and was threatening my life, “Thank you, God!” it taught me boundaries… even with family… some of the hardest things for people to understand. 

My son was born with a disability, “Thank you, God!”  I realized I was a lightworker. 

Another son had medical issues… “Thank you, God!” I realized how much our environmental exposures have an effect on our body and how to transform these through diet, herbs, vitamins, clean water, and stones, minerals, etc.… “Thank you, God!”

My husband had a medical issue…oh the number of lessons from this was amazingly transformative for us as a couple… “Thank you, God!” 

A house fire… so much to learn… left us with no home… “Thank you, God!” our home was beautifully rebuilt into an oasis of love.   

Our dog died…. “Thank you, God” … opened me up to love even more.

Oh, so much…. With each loss, disappointment, and shift it has made me shift my perception even quicker and more profoundly than ever before.  “Thank you, God!”

No attachments… just to be in the moment and devote my life to my work…

Thank you God for bringing me Reiki…. So I can pass along these amazing teachings….

Thank you, God, for bringing me Kundalini Yoga so I could feel and be the transformation I have wanted to bring more into my life and help others…

With that… Thank you God for allowing me to share and allowing me to pass along what is meaningful and transformative to me… Thank you, God for you!

Intuitive Knowing is Being Certain in the Uncertain

Someone asked me the other day, “How do I know when something is right for me?”  We were talking about Intuitive Knowing.  This scenario can be attributed to when we come to a crossroad in life and we are trying to determine the best path to take for ourselves or for others.  This is an enormous topic which can be difficult to break down.  Let’s try and pick out one aspect of “Intuitive Knowing”.  Somewhere along the way in our history as a species we lost our intuition.  This mothering, feminine principle of our intuitive ‘hunches’ are our internal navigation system that ‘knows’ without reason or scientific explanation.  This is our 6th sense about something which can not be explained and is embodied when something seems absolutely ‘right’ for us or absolutely ‘not right’ for us.

For example, let’s say we were walking down a city street.  There is no one around.  It’s dark outside and all of a sudden, we find ourselves with the option of walking down a dark deserted ally to get to our destination.  This direct route looks and feels uneasy to us.  We are not sure if we should walk down this dark and deserted ally or if we should turn around and find a ‘safer’ path to follow.  Let’s say part of the reason we may feel uneasy about walking down this ally is because of the stories we have been told from when we were younger.  Maybe, our parents warned us not to do this or news reports have shown how dark ally’s can be a place where criminals hang out.  Or maybe the person who is at the point of deciding to walk down the ally is a martial artist.  Maybe this person has a black belt in karate, and they feel completely comfortable walking down a dark ally knowing all the possibilities that could happen.  They have a different perspective and have worked at gaining the intuitive ‘sense’ through their martial arts to ‘know’ they can protect themselves. 

Now, let’s return to the other person who does not have this training but has a family history of fearful family members and ancestors and maybe has direct experiences themselves that have led them to distrust situations like this.  Therefore, they will always avoid these experiences.  They will spend a life time of avoiding ‘scary’ circumstances and this ally scenario is just a representation of what they will do to always feel safe out of fear.  There may even be other people just like this person that take it a step further and feel they must always be ready for ‘unsafe’ circumstances to arise.  They must even arm themselves with protective devices ‘just in case’ they run into a circumstance that is life threatening.  In all these circumstances, they are prepping themselves for something that could happen based on past experiences. Whether they consistently avoid dark allies or arm themselves in advance they have one thing in common.  Fear is the driving force of their reality.  They have already predetermined all the possible unsafe outcomes and live their lives avoiding or ready to defend against stressful situations. 

This is not ‘intuitive’ knowing.  Such, we need to know what it is not before we can understand what it is.

Intuitive knowing is a delicate muscle that must be exercised regularly.  We must exercise being certain in the uncertain.  We must become positive and exuberant with possibilities all the time.  We must see every experience as the opportunity we were asking to show up.  This may seem like a ‘dream’ reality. 

Let’s see this differently.  We are energetic beings.  Every pulse in our body is based on energy.  From the moment we birthed into our reality we have been soaking up the energetic thoughts and beliefs of every one and thing around us.  If we are not aware of this and if we do not have people in our lives role modeling this ‘knowing’ then we do not develop the ability to internally ‘know’ and discern what is true for us.  Through our unawareness that this is possible we unconsciously program ourselves and send energetic signals out into our individual universes about what is possible all day long.  These signals can most certainly be positive and uplifting or negative and self-defeating.  No matter what they are, they still go out.  The universe is responsive and wants to give us everything we are asking… positive and negative… conscious and unconscious.  And then the universe responds to what we are asking by hooking us into those very experiences we are subconsciously deciding in our life.

So, if I am standing at that ally and believing that something bad is going to happen conscious or unconscious, if I walk down the ally… 9 times out of 10 something bad will happen.  But if I stand at the ally and take a moment to recognize and become aware that maybe there is something else happening here.  Maybe I am subconsciously creating my own fear-based experiences that I am not completely aware right now but could possibly be having.  Then, in that moment, we begin to change our reality.  We change what we are seeing and thus we change what is showing up for us.  So, if I have ‘clean’ intuitive knowing that is unattached to any thoughts or beliefs from when I was younger or in my ancestors or lineage I can stand at the entrance to that dark and deserted ally and begin to see a completely different picture.  A new version of reality can show up.  Then, I can take a moment to take a breath… feel the energy that is happening within my own body, take the time to shift myself and assess what is truly going on and make a decision based on my intuitive knowing.  This is a feminine part of us that knows without explanation that despite the darkness and deserted place we see we know and feel that we must go down that ally anyway.  We feel that there is a ‘reason’ for us to go down the ally despite what we initially felt.  Because now, we are aware of our subconscious, and now we can tune into ourselves and decide to dispel any unhelpful beliefs.  It is in that moment that we bring in our full and powerful awareness.  And when we do, we can feel and sense and know that ‘yes’… I need to do this… I need to walk down this ally. 

And as we do… the ally begins to light up…it begins to feel more comfortable.  It begins to show us that there is another way.  In fact, it now becomes a beautiful opening to an existence that we had no idea was possible until we took the first step.  When we took the time to consciously experience what was happening within us and then decide, we became empowered.  As we repeatedly take steps forward, we see even clearer.  We breath more deeply and we begin to trust ourselves and not something outside of us.  Then, we come upon something even more magical… we get to find new experiences filled with possibilities that could never have unfolded if we unconsciously did it the old way.  We might even find that the reason why we felt so drawn to walking down the alley is because a litter of baby kittens needed our assistance to be rescued from the cold.  And in that wonderful surprise we embraced our intuitive knowing always leading us to something grander than we could have ever discovered otherwise.  The one who embodies the path of the intuitive knows that there is always another way, knows for no reason, and always follows through with the promptings of the heart. This can only be done by finding the awareness from within that asks us to pause, sense, feel, ask ourselves first, and then we know.  This is how we know with intuitive knowing. This is our true power that is certain in the uncertain.
