Why Snow Storms & Organizing have everything to do with Reiki & Energy Healing

Dear Friends,

Good morning from a snow storm in Chicago. We received over 10 inches of snow! Wow, I haven’t seen an incredible snow storm like this one in a long time.

It felt so good to have a day where I felt like there was a reason for me to ‘find’ things to do around the house. I spent an enormous amount of time doing what I love to do, ORGANIZE!

It makes me feel so good to have a clean and organized home, especially with all the transitions that have happened in our family life over the last few years.

Sometimes, I equate having kids to living life like a pin ball. I get so bounced around with trying to help one kid in one direction, then the other in another, that when I feel like things are actually beginning to work and they are getting exactly what they need to thrive and prosper; it all changes again. Something happens where someone decides that there is something that is NOT going well or there is an unforeseen turn of events that sends us on a course correction somewhere else.

It can be a little hard to keep up at times and it can be very anxiety producing.

I like to keep life sequential and orderly. It just makes me ‘feel’ like I have some kind of handle on life, despite all the surprises that sometimes can be a bit overwhelming.

Which brings me to another point… this is also why I do Reiki.

Reiki has been a part of my family’s life since they were born. My kids know this as ‘energy healing’ because I also have a huge tool bag of other modalities that I use to help bring organization and balance to the body, mind, and spirit.

AND Reiki was how I first started with my energy healing practice.

Initially, I had my Masters in Occupational Therapy, and when my son was born with a congenital birth defect I then dove into the alternative healing arts to help bring science and spirituality together on our healing journey together.

Fast forward 23 years, and I am still using reiki daily with all my practices. It is a fundamental bridge to bringing in healing and restoration to the entire body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki meets us where we are. It is not a religion and it is completely neutral to any particular path. It’s purely a Japanese art that brings the artistry of Kanja, which are logographic characters, and Kana, a combination phonetic sounds, together to form a spiritual practice based on healing and transformation.

In Reiki, we paint symbols, meditate, and create mantras that all help bring the person, place, or thing to a high state of connectivity with what I like to call ‘access consciousness’ or Oneness with a bigger knowing that everything is in highest order, or another way to say… it’s all happening and working out!

It’s just that sometimes, we have micro-traumas, or even macro-traumas, in our life that can build up to one big feeling of ‘I can’t do it’ or ‘it’s not working’ or ‘all is lost’ that can send many of us spiraling the other direction and feeling like life is NOT working.

Scientifically, reiki brings balance to the para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems which reduces and eliminates the fight or flight responses and increases the person’s capacity for healing and recentering at an elevated rate.

We are highly sensitive energetic precision organisms that can affect and be effected at a rapid rate by an energy as simple as reiki. It is connected to a lineage of healing creating subtle shifts on a profound level.

A skilled practitioner is highly sensitive and adept to channeling the energy bringing in healing at an elevated rate.

This energy brings everything into balance and literally transforms situations for people, places, and things at a profound level.

Experiencing this for the self is what makes the difference. It’s something that must be felt to understand. Observing over time how such a subtle practice can have profoundly fast results is what separates the cognitive mind from the sensations of the body. Reiki is about sensing and feeling, bringing us back in alignment with a higher knowing that everything ‘is working’.

It is the fundamental first step to brining peace and higher order back into one’s life facilitating rapid renewal and transformation of not only the person, but organizations, groups, places, and things are affected as well.

Centering & Healing Tips

Centering Tip of the week!!!!  Here is a forgiveness meditation that I recently gave out to several of my clients.  Stay centered, and either meditate by sitting up very tall and grounded by sit bones in the earth (your chair) and feet flat on the floor, stacked spine, with a slight chin tuck or allow your self to be lying down and completely straight.

This is based on the ever famous Ho’oponopono prayer.  It is a Hawaiian mantra consisting of four phrases: “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you”. A practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, used to take responsibility for one’s life and clear negative emotions to find personal and spiritual healing. It has a long standing history of creating miracles for the person who connects and uses it daily!!!!!

  1. What do these phrases mean?
    • “I’m sorry”:
    • Acknowledges responsibility or remorse for any harm, even if it wasn’t intentional.
    • “Please forgive me”:
    • Asks for forgiveness for yourself and for any harm that may have been caused.
    • “Thank you”:
    • Expresses gratitude for the lessons learned, even in difficult situations.
    • “I love you”:
    • Extends love to yourself, others, and the universe, fostering connection and healing.

    Essentials to know: The highest order is ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS.  We access miracles when we tune into forgiveness and peace making.  Do this prayer daily and keep track of your wins and wows.  Ask the universe for more help and expect magical entourage to light your way!!!

  2. Do not get caught up in right vs wrong…EVER.

You ARE Amazing. Kundalini, Reiki, & Ancestral Clearing Classes & Trainings

Dear Friends,

Last week, I wrote about becoming a clear channel.  What does this mean?  It means to always hold steady in the highest form of positivity and light filled consciousness as possible.  No matter what.

It means that if you have a goal, and your goal has something to do with bringing more light into this world, all you have to do is keep channeling the light.

Then one step after another will be clearly shown to you.

And it can not get any better than that!

It is blissfully amazing!!!!

How does life become that good?  As you serve yourself to become even brighter then you shall too serve others at least 100 times that.  And in that endless service between you and Creator is the answer to everything you have ever been seeking.

See How Bright You Are!!!

How do you become a channel?

First you must become crystal clear and be able to stay centered…

I offer three ways to do this:

  1. Peace make for your entire lineage and ancestry…. use The Master Prayer & Access only the Light…this is Access Consciousness.
  2. Stay Centered. Be in the Eye. Through everything you are and everything you do. All parts of you are only light. Be the center… Be this Strong.
  3. Ask for help. Reach out and call upon the light and KNOW how to do this. Through the right prayer, through centering, through clearing out patterns and belief systems, clear out karma, through mantra, through centering and channeling only this. Suffering IS the illusion.

Remember this… there is no Sickness

There is no Dis-Ease

Only Light

There is nothing else….

Creating Miracles Through Prayer – The Power of The Word

Creating Miracles through Prayer

Simply by using the word.  As we pray we connect with Consciousness.  As we connect with this light we bring more of this Essence into form.  As this happens we are literally building our lightbody which is the vehicle for healing to happen.

We become a channel of the light.

We bring Essence into us, into our form.

As we merge with the word this vibration changes is everything within us and around us.  We quantumly shift to a new reality.

Read this forgiveness prayer every day.  

Next…

Tune into and sense the feelings of your body.  How is your body speaking to you.  Where do you feel it?  What is it saying?  Not the story.  The sensations.  Describe the sensations.

See the image or the memory

Describe the sensations – are they hard, stiff, jagged, tight?  Basically, anything that describes this.  It is not a story.  Stay out of the story.

Rate them on a scale of 1-10

Breathe – Take 3 slow deep breaths.  This should take you 3 minutes.

Sense and feel.

Re-calibrate.  We are looking for changes.  Is there anything left?  If the answer is yes, we do it again.  If the occurrence is in the same location we must go deeper.  There is something that is missing.  Another perspective?

Breathe again.

Slow it down.

Describe the sensation. Rate the sensation. 

Breathe into it. 

What is the image, memory, or story.  Come up with the ‘one’ liner.  Breathe into it… do the breath work.

Repeat the process until it exists no longer.

If something keeps repeating itself and does not get resolved.  You’ll know there is one of three things happening.

1 – Trusting and believing that is it has been delivered by God, Source, Divine Light. We must know that something bigger than us is taking care of it.  We MUST give it all up and say ‘Thank You’ –gratitude and trust are everything. Please & Thank You.

              This can be one of the biggest hurdles for people. 

2 – Something needs to happen first.  Could there be a different direction.  Give it some time.  There is something we may not be seeing, or it will lead to the next uncovering of what is next.  We must trust the process.

3 – Ancestral Patterns- We may be shifting a huge ancestral pattern that is dependent upon our consistency, strength and determination.  Keep your focus and go through to the other side.  Keep up.  You will come across to the other side with the shift.  Guaranteed. 

If God can’t handle it, nothing can.

Which means it IS happening.

There could be something that your lineage has been ‘dealing’ with for a longtime.  It is within us to shift it for us and the entire lineage.  This is how connected we are.  Keep going.  It will happen.

Patterns can be any number of things.

There are many and we need to discover the ones that we are supposed to face and then we do nothing.

We ask for Creator to handle it all.

And then we act on this through presence.

We set our intentions.

We watch and we listen.

We act through being in the moment and listening.

We remain strong and steadfast.  We remain consistent.

This is one of the hardest areas to shift.  This is one of the hardest things for humans to do because it requires complete in the moment awareness and gnostic knowing that we keep going deeper.  Until there is nothing left.

Use the techniques. Come up with your own prayer.  And work the magic.

Reach out for help. 

It only takes moments when we work together.

Class typically begins with an opening chant to “tune in,” followed by a warm-up focusing on the spine, then progresses into a series of postures called a “kriya” which are practiced with specific breathwork and often accompanied by mantra (chanting), culminating in a final relaxation or meditation phase, all aimed at activating the “Kundalini energy”.  Classes can help to balance body and mind, enabling one to experience the clarity and beauty of soul.

Learning to breathe is an art form.  Allowing the breath to center and rebalance the body & mind is a practice.  Meditation helps to focus our energy and enhance our lives. Healing Prayers for Women & for All Men Influenced by Women

We are in a time of fast change.

Not because of AI technology.

Rather, GOD consciousness.

Light.

Able to penetrate through any block with butterfly wings.

Healing in all situations.

The strength of the diamond.

The light that refracts from this diamond.

Only light comes to me and only light goes from me.

Boundless, unwavering, solid, and strong.

All that is.

Everything.

A reflection of you.

This past week, several nights I could not sleep. I had an intuitive feeling rise within me. I felt a w/hole within my heart. I couldn’t explain what was happening. It felt so deep and so dark in need of so much help. It felt like a loss of one hundred thousand years old and a hundred thousand generations wide. I could not sleep. The absence became greater… the disconnect felt huge. I felt a longing, heartache, stress, and pain. I felt fear, loss, abandonment and isolation. I asked myself, “Is this my stuff or is this anothers?” I heard an answer…

“BOTH.”

I heard further, “It is yours and it is another’s. It is all of ours.”

I saw a web. A web of healing that needed to happen and then the healing came in golds in whites and violets… here’s what happened next…

As I lay in bed, I felt all the years within myself within the sheets. I felt the sensations of loss and abandonment especially at such a young profoundly innocent age.

I was 18 again. I had my own healing that I was tapping into at the same time that I was feeling this within all those who have ever felt this same way. I felt it within every woman out there that knows that her healing is deeply profound and affects us all for generations to come.

It is wide beyond all imagination. It is strong.

It is all space, time and dimension.

It is ancenstral.

It is within each of us especially the womb of all healing.

The chalice ourselves within the women.

It is the strain and stress of generations that lost the ability to connet through love and true power that only comes form the heart.  The depth of the understanding that we are all connected and that as one of us heals we sense and feel the healing of another at the same time.

It is our ancestors. It is every woman out there that deserves to feel nurtured, loved, supported, and taken care of. That deserves to be connected to the mother with in us all, in all space and time and dimension.

It is the pictures of families torn apart, families just wanting to connect, and the absence of this deeply profound connection. It is the wisdom and knowledge of a time from long ago when we truly all were ONE and we understood the deeper meaning in every plant, every animal, and in every being of existence. It is the reconnection that is happening again and again and again. We are awakening, and in our awakening is the healing that must be done.

To all women needing this healing, this is for you.

And to all men who have been influenced by the women, this is for you as well.

In all space, time, and dimension.

For all the times we felt we were not enough, tried to earn or learn our value in family, relationships, and life in general.

For all those we abandoned because of this and for the abandonment that was done to us as well.

For all empathetic hurts and wrongs and all that we made it mean about ourselves, life, love, and family.

For all the let down within our lives and lineages. For all the times we didn’t feel safe. For all the times we couldn’t be children and lost years of innocense within our lives.

Creator, we ask humbly and gratefully to please lift out all weight, pain, burden, sin, debt, death, negativity, spells, hexes, black magic, white magic, curses, guilt, fear, shame, negativity, unworthiness, and limitation of ANY kind.

Please transform this into your love and light and let this love and light flow effortlessly back into us filling and giving us complete peace now and forever more.

Especially the children and us as children.

Please and thank you.

Creator, for all the women in all space time dimensions that ever suddenly perished, who lost their lives unexpectedly, who gave up, who were depressed, abandoned, cheated, saddened by life and all the illness and disease that came from it. For all the disconnection that resulted emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially because of it and for all that we made it mean within our lives, lifetimes, and lineages.

For all the hardships and sacrifices we endured and for all the effects it had on each other.

Please help us all, forgive us all, release us all, and forever resolve this within us. Please and thank you.

For all the times as women we were too worn out, depressed, and alone, that we turned our backs on each other and especially you as creator in all forms and names. Please forgive us, please help us to forgive each other, all of us.

PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

Creator, for all the times we were not supported, cherished, loved, and held and in all the ways we didnt support, cherish, love, hold, and nurture each other.

For all the times we were inapporpriate with our daughters, our mothers, our sisters, our cousins, our aunts, our brothers, our fathers, our sons, our uncles and with everyone that has not been mentioned but needs this healing now.

For all infidelity in the marriage in the lineage, and between all relationships especially in all the ways this was done in either thought, word, or deed. Please forgive and release it all as we forgie and release eachother and all the ways this affected the children from generation to generation and in all the issues that arose from this and for everything we made it mean from one to another. As we say these prayers, as we merge to oneness with this consiousness…

We actually drink from the nectar of Light Consciousness.

We actually open the gateway from the heart to the heavens through the river of the throat directly in line with our third eye and in alignment with the pouring down of essence into form.

We actually become the light.

When we see the greatest good for all comes as we channel the greatest good within ourselves. Even amongst the pain of it all.

When we are real, we allow for healing which only takes minutes and moments.

What happened next after I prayed for all of this healing. More healing came in… through more connections. I found that deep healing needed to happen within us, within our relationship for past events and circumstances that lingered like a w/hole in our hearts. This is the web of healing.

A web for all of us.

Everyone.

I felt generations of healing happening at once and felt honored that underneath this all was a diamond that was unburdened once again to shine in her/his true light. For this I am forever grateful for the wisdom of women/men especially the ones that are real among us all.

Flex & Flow

“The moment that doubt creeps in, is the moment we have to flex with the change in tide and flow into a new alignment that this IS happening. Once we Believe in the Miracle we must stay the course and hold to the vision…no matter what.  This is deep work.  The kind that few are willing to do.”  ~Jennifer

Last week I shared how I like to keep it simple.  This is still something that does not come easy.  For example…

My son is a student at Denver University.  He is going through a difficult period in his life.  He had some major medical issues come up the past two years that we are methodically working our way through.  It has taken alot of dedication, effort, and keeping things simple.  To make a long story short, just the other day, we were on ‘FaceTime’ catching up and doing a meditation together.  Actually, it was a visualization meditation where we aligned his chakras (‘energy centers’ in the body), helped them to spin at his normal young 22 year old vibrant rate, and then worked on bringing light into his spine and cranium through the soft violet white healing energy of the reiki channel or better know is the ‘I Am’ presence.  Lastly, we visualized the healing rays of light which are soft and vibrant pinks, purples, blues, greens, yellows and whites all around him just eminating from the poors of his skin.

I know, sounds complex…right?

We’ve been working on this awhile now.  Well after months of breath training, visuals, and coaching, Aiden finally was able to voice to me that he actually could see what I was describing finally happen.  Eventually, through enough meditations and work we were able to get to the point that now the light energy just comes in and automatically takes over.  He can see it and feel it.  Why are we doing this?

Miraculous healing has to happen on ALL levels.  

Aiden has a physical deformity issue that is more than a physical diagnosis.  It is a deep mental, emotional, and ancestral trauma.  He is doing the impossible.  Through healing on all of these levels we are seeing dramatic improvements in a case of scoliosis that was irrepairable and needed surgery immediately.

We don’t know why this happened.  It just happened.

His scoliosis went undetected and finally realized what was happening through a practitioner that wanted to investigate more why his back was muscularly malaligned. There is a story behind this that we will save for another day.  For now, our questions became answered with a traumatice diagnosis of scoliosis that was almost irrepairable.

We took immediate action.

We put together a team of holistic professionals to surround Aiden with healing on all levels.

This was NOT something that needed to be fixed by surgery.  We decided to BELIEVE in another path.

In order for this to heal and for Aiden to become WHOLE again we had to get to the root of where this came from and heal from the deepest part of his being.  

It has been a long road well worth it.

Although, we still have a ways to go our efforts are working.

Aiden is receiving the following work that has had to keep all of us flexing and flowing and willing to make changes at any moment to keep our healing train on the tracks.

What we are experiencing…

Aiden is healing emotionally through reiki + craniosacral therepy.  He is deeply healing through connections of emotions and sensations in his body and deeply processing on the table with a practioner who is helping him realease trauma in his body form this lifetime and beyond.

He is working with a Rolfer who is massaging and manipulating his spine to remove toxins and manipulate his musculoskeletal structure back into alignement.  Every time he receives one of these sessions Aiden goes through a somato-emotional release that he can sense and feel is coming up into his body and needs to process by tuning into his sensations, talk about the unusual feelings of emptineess that he is finally addressing within him that went unanswered for so long.

He is doing Schroth method of spinal realignement meant for people with scoliosis of 1.5 hours of deep spine work 2 times a week with more processing and visualizations that come when he has to concentrate on deeply visualizing and moving his body in new patterns of realignment.

He is doing pranic healing remotely with a practitioner who energetically realigns his spine.  Essential oils to heal his body, supplements for extra nutritional support, high quality all organic foods, and laslty…

weekly processing time and meditations of bringing in full healing with me.

Is it working?  Yes… his spine has already realigned 10+ degrees and we  get another xray in March to see how much further we have come.

The thing is, I already see the miracle… we are just holding the vision strong and we needed ALL THE SUPPORT of the entire team to get us there.

And the moment that doubt creeps in, is the moment we have to flex with the change in tide and flow into a new alignment that this IS happening.

This is not the first time I have had to hold this vision for someone in my family.  It happening with the birth of Ethan in 2001.

Born with Spina Bifida and told that he would never have major functioning in most of the systems in his body. (written in my book “Trancending Limitations” Pegaus 2022) We continue moving towards full healing on all levels.  He has had some major setbacks the past 4 years and is finally returning to himself.  After realizing that what we were doing was working he is finally embracing this on his own.  Now we are bringing more advanced energy healing practice to keep the healing going and have miracles truly unfold in the next ten years.

Just wait… and see.

As I hold true to flexing and flowing in my life personally and professionally it has come to my attention that everyone is ready now.  Everyone wants to know how to heal.  Whether it be a need for physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, or any other area, all of it will happen when you are completely supported and BELIEVE that it is happening.  That is CONSCIOUSNESS.

The ‘I Am’ presence in us all.

We only need to be taught how to access this and bring it in.

This is all I do in all the teachings I offer.

From the Fall comes Ascension through the Ashes

Last week I asked, 

“What do you want to create for your future?”

Now, I really want to know.  Answer this simple question and begin to hold that vision and then learn to let it go.  

It’s a balance to hold vision, see it, feel it, and touch it, and then trust and let it go.  

It requires strength in faith and certain dignified courage to create something that no one has done before.  

Most of us use our intellect to create.  We have learned out way into things.  

This works to a certain point.  Until one day we realize everything we thought really mattered, JUST DOES NOT.  

This happened to me 23 years ago with the birth of my first born son.  Born with a disability, I set out to prove to the world he would be nothing like it was written within the medical textbooks.  I already had my masters in Occupational Therapy (unheard of at the time) and I knew what every manual said about my kid. 

The trajectory they laid out in the text book was NOT going to be my child. 

I became momma bear and went straight into every esoteric manual and teaching I could get my hands on. All to prove to the world that he would NOT be ruled by a diagnosis. 

He would walk, he would have full control over every system in his body, he would be smart beyond measure, and he would be incredibly successful.

Did this happen?

Fast forward to today… YES.

Every bit of it came true.  And more.  And he, Ethan (meaning: STRENGTH), did it all. 

I became a shamanic, reiki, bodhisattva, zen shiatsu, ancestral clearing, crystal bowl, craniosacral therapy, microcurrent, meditation, kundalini, & kripalu yoga practitioner.    

And through every path, every pain, every grace, every strength, in every tradition, and in every way it all came down to one message… it is all possible.  We can do absolutely anything.  All we have to do is ask. AND BELIEVE. 

Then focus. 

Keep up. 

And trust. 

And it does.

And all of you… every one who woks so hard to just to break through the next wall… set down your sledge hammer and lets do this together.  there is an easier way.

We have to face it and breathe into it and allow it to go, on its own.  I teach you how to do this in all of my workshops, teachings, and definitely in my one to one meditations and energy clearings.  

Is it easy?  No.  That’s why we have each other.  

That’s why, like Gabrielle Bernstein said it best… “The Universe has your back.” 

Because we do.  

We’ve got your back.

I want you to feel this, know this, and sense this with your very being. 

That’s why I do ancestral clearings, meditations, energy healing with tools, and produce real results.  

The quality of life returns, paradigms shift, and healing happens. 

How do I know? 

Well, my greatest teacher has been life itself.  

My children’s healing.

Then my own healing.  

The healing of my ancestors and my lineage.

Our karma. 

Synchronistical. 

It is Done. 

And the biggest reason of all… it is my souls purpose and spirit’s joy to share this with you.

THE COURAGE TO BE YOU… In the humble throws of the deepest and blackest part of the evening, I often ask myself, ‘What do you want?’

It’s a tossing and turning thing. You know the kind of evening when you can’t sleep and no matter how many times you roll from one side to the next you wake up. Sleep doesn’t come and an internal dialogue of fear can easily be created. So, I have a choice… I can dream big or I can worry. When I dream big, I can go from point A to point B in a matter of minutes. In reality, these dreams may take years to cultivate. So, I toss and turn. Which path? What’s next? How do I know this is where I want to go and what I want to become? And then I always come back to the unassuming glory in the present stillness residing in the depths of my mind and heart. It’s already here.

How do I know? Because movement is happening. Positivity is around me and love is in the air. It may not always ‘feel’ this way. Trust me… there are plenty of people out there who want to shift my bliss. And the more I DIG DEEP into the present and cultivate the stillness from within the more that I am lead, guided, and directed into the co-creations of my heart wanting to bring people and community together at fundamentally heart based healing levels.

I see it everywhere. The laughter of a child, the stillness of the waters, the eyes of a mother, the wings of a bird, the playfulness of the puppy, the courage of an entrepreneur, the artist, the singer, the loved ones. All of it.

It is the courage to be you.

The courage to be the one to make the changes. The one that sees a world gathered in love and cohesive Consciousness collectively helping and fostering seeds of growth and love patiently planted and cultivated for generations to come. These seeds are geared towards love and impacting others with this glorious change that is being birthed and manifested at escalated rates of materialization.

We all have dreams, big dreams. And in those dreams they are folded in with the desire to use techniques that work, share them with others, and help everyone manifest & materialize a cohesive Consciousness bringing closeness into the hearts of every man woman and child. It’s the collective descension of Consciousness onto the planet as we raise into Ascension at the same time.

A rebirthing that is happening as we move into 2025.

It is the Ascension Evolutions of Consciousness into every workplace, every college, every home, every family, every One on Earth.

It’s Big. Huge. Planetary. Just learn to hold on and let go all at the same time.

Because the only moment we have is the present.

The Illusions of our Physical, Mental, and Emotional Limitations

September is the month of Heart Coherence

Hey There… 

What a week it has been.  Light is pouring in, to help us move into our truth at an elevated rate these days.  Stay tuned… because September will be an absolute shift into more of this heart coherence that is becoming so prevalent.  It is an amazing shift to watch and one that I have been waiting for on so many different levels. 

I am giddy with excitement at the new miracles that are unfolding for so many.  Emotional healings are speeding up, mental revelations are pouring in, and physical abnormalities are balancing and becoming non existent.  I speak about this in my book “Transcending Limitations” Pegasus 2022, Lesson 2 – The Illusions of our Physical, Mental, Emotional Limitations.

It was back then that the messages were clear what was about to happen in the coming years. 

Presently, we are seeing this within everyone, everywhere we go.  There is restructuring, shifting, and unfolding that is happening at elevated rates and on an unparalleled scale.

Those of us in alignment with light consciousness are receiving support on extreme levels to keep moving forward and encouraging us to continue to take leaps of faith knowing we will land on an elevated platform or we will automatically learn how to fly.   

Light has fully descended and now only the direct ascended path is before us. 

September will be about becoming this and stepping on the path. 

In preparation for this shift… we are adding in classes and enhancing already existing classes to match the shift and encourage the unparalleled support that we are offering to help you continue to bring your light and make these unparalleled changes in your realm at this time. 

You are needed. 

You are necessary.

No one can do this like you can do this.

And we want you to know that we are here to support you so that you can bring in more light to the world that will help all of us at the same time. 

It is a win / win relationship. 

Healing only takes moments.  It no longer takes years of therapy or months of clearings. 

It happens now… in this present moment. 

Teaching the tools to help you do this and offering all the answers right before you is no longer a secret. 

Everything is accessible to everyone and what seemed mystical and magical before is becoming the norm. 

Everything we share is this direct connection to Conscious KNOWING of complete connection already existing in everyone.  We are simply removing the illusion of separation and helping the awareness to strengthen until the vibration is stabilized.  

This is how miracles happen. 

This defines the true meaning of ‘holding space’.

If anything, at the very least… you are encouraged to keep going forward and shine your light even brighter knowing that support is all around you taking you there. 

And if we can help… let us offer that hand that will help you leap to this KNOWING at the most grounded and fundamentally rooted level.

I often have to ask myself… “What is possible?”
I am always wondering what ‘more’ can I do to help.
Years ago I developed this program because I needed to shift my thinking into a state of cohesive consciousness in alignment with my soul and spirit.

What is soul?
This is our reason for being here.
Our soul comes in with a plan for our personal evolution.
All of our experiences are a representation of this… AND we collectively decide who we are going to pair up with to help us on our journey. Sometimes this is not so much fun because we have a filter over what is truly happening.
I did this for a really long time. Until one day, I got it… I woke up. Then there was no turning back.

Then I realized that my SPIRIT is always connected and that this connection to higher CONSCIOUSNESS wants me to ascend all of these soul lessons so that I could learn how to SOAR with Consciousness itself… which is truly who we are with our Spirit’s joy.
NO MATTER WHAT.
I say NO MATTER WHAT because I had enough ‘tragedy’ within my life and my ancestral lineage to make me ‘believe’ that I was just here to suffer through all of this.
But when I became truly connected to my SPIRIT I realized that this was the ILLUSION that the collective BELIEVES.
WHAT?
Yes… we are here to shatter this collective illusion and become connected to the CONSCIOUSNESS that creates miracles. Anything less than this is simply NOT TRUTH.
This is what the Sandwich Connection is ALL ABOUT.

The Webs We Weave

From dusk until dawn, it is there, a vast opportunity to step into the newness of life.  

A place we can go to and create our own Garden of Life.  A web of possibility waiting for us to access.

The question we can ask ourselves is “What will you create today?” 

What goodness would you like to deliver to the world?  What loving impact do you want to bring forth and how do you aspire to create within your world?  

How do we access such creations?  

In the present moment. 

We have access to a web of information within our own being.  A web of consciousness we can tune into and become a part of if we learn how to access from a point of all positivity which creates all possibility which allows for miracles to unfold.  

How do we get there?  We focus.  Only on the good.  Only on the light.  Only in the web of access consciousness that continually asks and continually desires to help you create “Only good and only light and only love coming to you and only all of this coming from you.” 

It is a continual form of expansion and contraction of goodness and grace bringing amazing experiences the more we only focus on this.  The more we directly beam our intelligence into the Web of Divinity only capable of miracle after miracle after miracle after miracle.  

It really can be this good.  It really is this light filled.  And it really is this AWESOME.  

How to do this?  

We expand only into light.  We release and resolve for anything less. We allow the beliefs and ideas that no longer serve us to be set free and we continually breathe into this reality until we become one with only good, only light.  

Then we exude what it is we are asking for and the miracles of life can be passed along from person to person, place to place until we become one large golden grid of grace capable of ascending above all that we came here to learn.  

We all have goodness to bring forth.  We all HAVE GRACE TO BE WOVEN.  We all have golden webs of iridescent light to integrate into our realities within and around us.  

The more we lean into our web of perfection the more we attract that which we only contain… light.  Frequencies of light of higher realms of possibility only accessible to those who choose to pass through into this realm and focus their minds only on the connection this place offers itself.  

So…

The question remains:

What web will you weave today?

What light will you bring in?

What do you want to allow to unfold into your beautiful eclectic existence of amazing experiences offered to you daily?  

Creation is up to you. 

Be your own creator and realize the power of light you already contain.  

Join me Monday evenings as we continue to meditate on this light and as we bring in Meditations to Raise Consciousness into this realm.  

The Mother Monad of Light pouring around us all the more we tune in and connect as one.
